The Gamblers

We had The Gamblers play at our wedding in County Clare in September 2025, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better band and DJ. From the very first song to the last dance, they kept the floor packed all night long! The energy, talent, and professionalism from the whole band were exceptional. They played a fantastic mix of music that had everyone — from our youngest guests to our grandparents — up dancing and singing along. Their transitions between live music and DJ sets were seamless, keeping the atmosphere electric from start to finish. So many of our guests came up to us afterwards saying it was the best wedding entertainment they’d ever experienced. The Gamblers really made our night — their chemistry on stage, the quality of the sound, and their ability to read the crowd were second to none. If you’re looking for a wedding band and DJ who will bring unbelievable energy, top-class musicianship, and unforgettable memories to your big day, we couldn’t recommend The Gamblers more highly. They were an absolute highlight of our wedding and we’re beyond grateful for the amazing experience they gave us and our guests. Thank you so much, lads — you were phenomenal! 💃🕺🎶

Billy was delightful to work with, very responsive and genuine. The band was incredible - everyone was so talented and they put on an amazing show. We had requested they learn 1-2 songs outside of their genre that we liked (punk/rock/pop punk) and they went above and beyond to learn 5-6 songs for us. They absolutely nailed it! Would highly recommend them for any event.

We had The Gamblers play at our wedding reception in Kilronan Castle, and they were absolutely fantastic. From the moment we booked them, Billy and the lads were incredibly accommodating, professional, and easy to work with—nothing was ever too much trouble.

We had The Gamblers play at our wedding on Saturday and they were just unbelievable! The dance floor was packed for the whole night and they played exactly the type of music that we asked for. Billy was a gent to deal with from day 1 and every message was replied to so quickly!
So many people commented on the band, from our friends to our parents and aunts/uncles, so all age groups were catered for! If you're looking for a lively band with a mix of classic and modern songs,the Gamblers are the band for you!

We genuinely had the best time! So did everyone, the band are still the talk of the parish 3 weeks later - the best wedding band people have heard in a long time - no one could get over how full the dance floor was all night - even the hotel staff mentioned it! The lads read the crowd and knew exactly what to play to keep everyone up and dancing!

10/10 would recommend the lads to anyone planning a wedding or event!

We cannot recommend Billy and The Gamblers highly enough! We had The Gamblers for our wedding back in May and from the minute we sent the first enquiry Billy was so quick to come back to us and was so helpful, letting us know where they had upcoming gigs so we could go see them etc. On the day they were absolutely amazing, the crowd never left the dancefloor all night from the minute the band started until the DJ set ended. They emailed us a couple of weeks before the wedding and built their set list around the songs we wanted included. Thank you so much Billy & the lads!

Billy and the band were brilliant from start to finish! Once they’d kicked off, the dance floor never emptied and a few days on, we were still sore from dancing! They were incredibly obliging and great with communication. Would 100% recommend for a great night.

The Gamblers were our wedding band and they were brilliant. Billy was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish, very chill and easy going we didn't have to worry about anything and nothing was too much trouble. They played exactly what we wanted and they learned our first dance too which we were delighted with. The band was great craic on the night and the dance floor was full from start to finish.

I cannot recommend this band enough- the dance floor was full all evening and they sang a variety of songs to suit everyone's taste. Billy was such a pleasure to deal with- very chill and professional. We were delighted he was able to sing our song we had picked for our first dance. Everyone commented afterwards on how great the band were and at keeping the crowd going with a mix of trad and modern and liveliness to there music.

John and I got married last August. Billy and the lads were our band on the night.
We could not recommend The Gambler Band enough. Our guests did not leave the dance floor all night. The band were extremely entertaining and the lads all have amazing talents. Thanks again to Billy and the band for making our wedding so memorable. We will never forget the fun night we had dancing to their music!
