Stay away from this site. I purchased a pair of Freya Rose shoes from them last year and returned them as directed on the website. However, following numerous phone and emails the owner would not refund my money. In the end, my bank refunded the amount. This is not a legitimate business and it annoys me to see this company being advertised in irish bridal magazines.
This company has a great website and facebook account, however they are not delivering stock and are uncontactable. I'm waiting three weeks for delivery of shoes paid for and I cannot get through via phone (always switched off), email or via facebook message. It's unclear if this company has gone out of business. A message has appeared on their facebook page from a customer who hasn't received a refund for shoes returned 7 months ago, naturally very disappointed.
Do NOT buy anything from this gangster she is a thief and does not refund money despite her T&C's. Currently in litigation over this. Made my wedding planning very stressful. Don't know how she sleeps at night stealing people's wedding fund. Outrageous that she is still trading. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Do not use this company!!!! I ordered wedding shoes in Feb 2015 and have still not received them or heard anything back from the supplier. I have also tried to phone and e-mail and have heard nothing back!! The phone is now switched off and I have started a dispute with PayPal to try and gety money back. They should be taken off this website as it seems to be a fraud!!
I ordered ny shies, paid for them, the woman I was dealing with disappeared. If it wasn't for PayPal I would have lost everything. I do not recommend them.
