Zana and her team were simply fantastic. Her attention to detail is second to none and my dress fit beautifully, even though there were considerable alterations to be made.

I cannot thank Zana enough for her expert skills, time and patience in providing the alterations for my wedding, including my own dress and 2 bridesmaids. Zana listened to all of our requests and desires individually and tailored everything to the highest standard that brought out the best in everyone. In particular, her advice and patience in altering my wedding dress into one that I wish I could wear everyday is something that I will be forever thankful for. This included a last minute alteration where Zana kindly answered my panic on a Sunday evening (!) and even met my parents with the dress at her home to be able to complete everything for the big day. Nothing was ever too much for her and her expert eye spotted tweaks that I had not even seen myself. Thank you so much Zana, I could not recommend your services more highly.

Zana is a fantastic alterations expert (not just wedding outfit!) She is honest with you and will make sure everything is absolutely perfect. As the bride, my dress was so comfortable on the day and Zana did a very professional job. Zana did a brilliant job altering my wedding dress which had a lace top. She was really pleasant to deal with and very patient when I decided to change my shoes last minute so therefore delayed getting the hem altered! I would highly recommend her to any future brides!

Zana did an absolutely fabulous job altering my wedding dress!! There was quite a lot of work needed to be done on my dress as I'm quite petite but Zana was amazing and my dress fit me like a glove by the end! She even added a bustle for my train which was amazing for later on in the day! Thank you so much Zana!!

I bought my wedding dress online. It was too big and zig zag was recommended to me. Zana was just terrific. Very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Zana was incredible from start to finish leading up to my wedding weekend with 4 outfits. She is now my go-to seamstress for everything in my closet. She was sweet, helpful and understanding, even helping me order buttons from the wedding dress company, and helping my mother tailor her dress too. I felt so supported and like the dress was sewn onto me the day of the wedding, without it being too uncomfortable. Couldn't recommend more highly!

I had the best experience with Zana from Zigzag stitch after being let down by a previous seamstress I contacted Zana she was so quick to respond and made everything really easy, she completed my wedding gown to the highest standard and in only 2 fittings, my sister also went to her for alterations to her bridesmaid dress, I then found out I could have extra guests and Zana completed my other 2 bridesmaid dresses in less than a week. Each dress fit perfectly. I couldn't have been happier with my experience and have already sent on 2 more people through my recommendation. Thank you Zana I will be back for any alterations in the future!

I found the service to be excellent from start to finish. My dress needed quite a bit of intricate adjustments and Zana's attention to detail was without fault. She ensured I was happy every step of the way and I absolutely loved the dress and all she did to make it look as fine as it did. Zana is warm and friendly and super efficient.

Due to COVID, I had to buy my wedding dress online, and Zana was able to work wonders on it. She also made me a mask to match my dress. She did a wonderful job. We had to make a very last minute date change and she was able to finish the alterations in time (just before Christmas!) She did the work very quickly and to a very high standard. She really made a big difference to our day and I'm so grateful for her. I would recommend her to everyone!
