We recently got married in the Castlecourt in July 2026 and we are so delighted we chose to have our wedding there. From attending the wedding showcase to the actual wedding day, everything was so smooth, no stress was needed as Vincent, Jamie and all the team are so helpful and will do anything they can for you. My husband and I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Vincent, Anna Marie, Anne, Liz, Rhona, Linda, and Jamie for our wedding in the Castlecourt. From our initial meeting, tasting menu and planning, right up to our wedding day, everything was absolutely perfect. We had no stress, every request or query was immediately responded to and every detail covered. Our guests are still raving about the quality of the food and the quality of the service. I wish we could do it all over again. We will certainly be returning to the Castlecourt regularly throughout our marriage, it is such a special place with the most amazing staff. We recently celebrated our wedding at The Castlecourt Hotel in Westport, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day.

From the very beginning, Vincent, our wedding organiser, was absolutely fantastic. His attention to detail, professionalism and genuine care throughout the whole process were exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made sure everything came together exactly as we had hoped.

On the wedding day itself, the entire team at the Castlecourt were outstanding. The service was flawless, the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, and every little detail was taken care of. It allowed us to simply relax, enjoy ourselves and take in every moment with our family and friends.

The food, atmosphere and hospitality were excellent, and so many of our guests commented on how well everything was organised and how fantastic the staff were.

A huge thank you to Vincent and everyone at The Castlecourt Hotel for making our wedding day so special and memorable. It’s a day we’ll treasure for the rest of our lives, and we couldn’t recommend the Castlecourt highly enough to any couple looking for the perfect wedding venue.

Having our reception at the Castlecourt Hotel in Westport was the best decision we could have made for our Wedding day.
Having always considered Westport for our reception, from our first meeting with Vinnie to view the hotel, we were absolutely certain it was where we wanted our wedding.
Each staff member, in particular Vinnie, made the whole planning process so simple and for that we can't praise them highly enough. There was no question that was too small and anything we asked of them, they looked after for us.
The day itself was absolutely fantastic and the way everything ran so smoothly is still beyond belief. From the drinks reception to the quality of the food on the day and everything in between, all the staff went above and beyond for us.
People are still talking about the food in particular which was so important to us. We are so thankful to each staff member in the Castlecourt Hotel, in particular the Weddings team, for making sure we had the most unforgettable wedding day. We cannot recommend the Castlecourt Hotel more to anyone who is considering having their wedding there.

Got married on the 31-12-2025 in the castlecourt. Everything can get a little overwhelming but with the help of Vinny and all the incredible staff there it was the most amazing day . We couldnt thank them enough! If you are unsure of where to have your wedding go check out the Castlecourt you wont be disappointed!! Everyone is happy to help with everything big and small and they are only a call/text/email away. Everything was amazing , I send on photos of our day and the laughter on there faces says it all . I was delighted to be sharing our special day with Vinny, Liz, Ann, Rhona and Jamie they are absolutely top class at what they do,

The Castlecourt was amazing in every single way! Vinny and Liz show professionalism at its best. From contact, to assistance, to giving us everything we asked for- they were unbelievable! The food was outstanding, our guests are still talking about it! Service was 10/10. Food was quick and no one was left waiting for a drink. We used 3 different rooms over the day and each one looked so beautiful. We also had our day 2 in Bar 23 and again, had an amazing day and night. We couldn’t praise The Castlecourt more and we 100% recommend it for an unforgettable wedding day!

From the start, Vinnie and all the wedding team were just fantastic. They took the time to explain the timeline to us, the run of events and left us feeling like the had it all under control at every stage of the day. I knew that I wouldn't have to worry about a thing.
From our arrival, to our entrance, dinner and evening event; everything was perfect. The dinner service was the best service we have ever seen at a wedding. The food was amazing, every plate came out hot and everyone was stuffed after dinner. The tiny little touches certainly did not go unnoticed !! We felt as if our wedding wasnt just another wedding, the staff genuinely cared.

The Castlecourt Hotel has always held a special place in our hearts, and we’ve kept coming back over the years—but for our wedding, they truly outdid themselves. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond, with thoughtful touches and surprises throughout the day that made us feel so special.

The owners, managers, and staff made it feel like ours was the first wedding they’d ever hosted—everything was so personal, and they genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. Their generosity and warmth shone through all day long.

So many of our guests have said it was the best and most well-organised wedding they’ve ever attended, and we completely agree. Everything ran seamlessly, and that’s entirely thanks to the incredible Castlecourt team.

We genuinely can’t put into words how grateful we are. This hotel has always meant a lot to us, but now it’s even more special.

First off we like to extend our thanks to Vinny, Liz, Jamie and all the team at the Castlecourt Hotel. Since the beginning of the wedding preparations the team have been there to support us in any way possible. On the morning of the wedding they gave us access to a function room as we had a large party of 12 to get ready for the day ahead. Before we could ask for anything they had it presented to us. It really made us feel extremely relaxed as they were able to anticipate our needs before we did. All of the wedding party couldn't help but be in awe of the work and the professionalism that the team had. On the day, we had many guests coming up to us expressing their delight and enjoyment they were having at the wedding insofar that they were planning to book the hotel for their wedding.

We had ceremony, drinks reception and dinner in the venue and the set up and quick turn around was impeccable. The team could not do enough for us. Everyone was mesmerized by the setup of the civil ceremony and the ease in which the team were able to direct everyone.

It was extremely warming to see the owners Joe and Ann, be among the staff and helping during the dinner. The food was magnificent and the the service 10 out of 10. Each course was served promptly even with the addition of entertainment throughout dinner. The team at the Castlecourt are the best that we could have asked for and we would recommend them to anyone looking to book a venue for their upcoming nuptials.

We recently celebrated our wedding at The Castlecourt Hotel, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we viewed the hotel and booked our wedding date: Vinny, Liz, Rhona, Jamie and staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The detail and personalised service they provide made us feel incredibly special, as if they were just as invested in our big day as we were. No request was too big or too small, and I'm sure by the end of it Vinny had heard enough questions for me! But nothing was ever an issue and they genuinely couldn't do enough for us, it was fantastic!

The entire team was attentive, warm, and professional, ensuring that every request was handled with care. The venue itself was stunning, providing the perfect backdrop for both our ceremony and reception, having the cocktail reception outdoors was a fabulous addition and having the option of drinks from beers, to prosecco to cocktails was something which our guests loved and continued to comment on. The food and dinner service were both fast, efficient and absolutely beautiful, with very generous portion sizes.
Finally I have to comment on their package options and pricing, it was more than reasonable for the amount of things you get included in your package and I loved how you have the option to pick and chose what you need.

The Castlecourt is absolutely incredible! They will go above and beyond to ensure your entire wedding experience is exceptional. The Corcorans, Vinny, Rhona, Liz, Jamie and the entire hotel staff are absolutely wonderful and we cannot thank them enough for such an incredible wedding weekend.

We started the planning process from Boston, which was extremely daunting but once we decided on the Castlecourt we knew we were in the best hands. They worked around the time difference, video called with us, and any time we came over for a visit they made time to meet with us to go over details. Vinny, Liz and Rhona are top notch from start to finish. They put us at ease, answered any question or concern we had, and handled every request like the pro's they are. There was never a request that was too big or small for the team, and they ensured the day went off flawlessly. Because of how incredible they are, we were worry free day of, and were able to really enjoy time with our friends and family.

We had a large American group who stayed at the hotel for the weekend, and the Castlecourt was able to accommodate a rehearsal dinner and welcome reception the night before the wedding which was such an added bonus. The staff in the hotel was so friendly and accommodating with our guests which just added to the experience. We have gotten so many compliments from the food, to the accommodations, and of course the staff that we were so pleased with our choice of venue.

You will hear it all over Westport - the Castlecourt knows how to do weddings; and that is so unbelievably true. We would choose them over and over again and we can't wait to come back to stay!

We got married at short notice due to an illness. Vincent was just so easy to deal with and took the stress out of everything. No ask was too big or too small. It was a small intimate wedding and it couldn't have gone any better. The staff and food on the day were both exceptional.

The Castlecourt Hotel is the best place in Mayo to have a wedding. Right in Westport, its the perfect place to invite your guests- especially if they are coming from the US or other countries and have never been to Ireland. Vinnie and all the staff at the hotel are the best in the business. The service is impeccable and they take care of every detail. We planned our wedding from NY and communication was absolutely seamless. We arrived at the hotel a few days before our wedding and as soon as we got there we knew we had made the right decision. Everything leading up and the day of was flawlessly executed- right down to the custom menus on each table with a picture of us taken only a few hours earlier! The next day we were presented was a memory box complete with photos of our guests printed into a photo album and on a flash drive. We used the bridal suite for getting ready and it was stunning, complete with breakfast and champagne brought up. The food at the reception was to die for!! Absolutely delicious!!!!

Vinnie was incredible at making sure that we were completely at ease throughout the entire day. We couldn't recommend the Castlecourt more!!!! If you want to have a relaxing and fun day with your friends and family this is the place to have your wedding.

Well we knew we were in safe hands booking the Castlecourt but they really did go above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble and all the staff we dealt with were fantastic, from Vinny to the girls arranging accommodation-and babysitting! The food, service, decor and even the next day for the barbecue was all amazing. It's also the little things like the photo album up to the room the day after that was a lovely touch

Vincent and his team provided an amazing service and made our day so enjoyable.we didn't have to worry about anything before the day/ on the day/ or the day after.we still get compliments on the food and service that was provided by the hotel.so professional.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wondering where to have their wedding
