Castlecourt Hotel

We recently celebrated our wedding at The Castlecourt Hotel, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we viewed the hotel and booked our wedding date: Vinny, Liz, Rhona, Jamie and staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The detail and personalised service they provide made us feel incredibly special, as if they were just as invested in our big day as we were. No request was too big or too small, and I'm sure by the end of it Vinny had heard enough questions for me! But nothing was ever an issue and they genuinely couldn't do enough for us, it was fantastic!

The entire team was attentive, warm, and professional, ensuring that every request was handled with care. The venue itself was stunning, providing the perfect backdrop for both our ceremony and reception, having the cocktail reception outdoors was a fabulous addition and having the option of drinks from beers, to prosecco to cocktails was something which our guests loved and continued to comment on. The food and dinner service were both fast, efficient and absolutely beautiful, with very generous portion sizes.
Finally I have to comment on their package options and pricing, it was more than reasonable for the amount of things you get included in your package and I loved how you have the option to pick and chose what you need.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such an important moment in our lives. Thank you to everyone at The Castlecourt Hotel for making our wedding day absolutely perfect. We’ll cherish these memories forever! Highly recommended for any couple looking for a magical wedding venue.

The Castlecourt is absolutely incredible! They will go above and beyond to ensure your entire wedding experience is exceptional. The Corcorans, Vinny, Rhona, Liz, Jamie and the entire hotel staff are absolutely wonderful and we cannot thank them enough for such an incredible wedding weekend.

We started the planning process from Boston, which was extremely daunting but once we decided on the Castlecourt we knew we were in the best hands. They worked around the time difference, video called with us, and any time we came over for a visit they made time to meet with us to go over details. Vinny, Liz and Rhona are top notch from start to finish. They put us at ease, answered any question or concern we had, and handled every request like the pro's they are. There was never a request that was too big or small for the team, and they ensured the day went off flawlessly. Because of how incredible they are, we were worry free day of, and were able to really enjoy time with our friends and family.

We had a large American group who stayed at the hotel for the weekend, and the Castlecourt was able to accommodate a rehearsal dinner and welcome reception the night before the wedding which was such an added bonus. The staff in the hotel was so friendly and accommodating with our guests which just added to the experience. We have gotten so many compliments from the food, to the accommodations, and of course the staff that we were so pleased with our choice of venue.

You will hear it all over Westport - the Castlecourt knows how to do weddings; and that is so unbelievably true. We would choose them over and over again and we can't wait to come back to stay!

We got married at short notice due to an illness. Vincent was just so easy to deal with and took the stress out of everything. No ask was too big or too small. It was a small intimate wedding and it couldn't have gone any better. The staff and food on the day were both exceptional.

The Castlecourt Hotel is the best place in Mayo to have a wedding. Right in Westport, its the perfect place to invite your guests- especially if they are coming from the US or other countries and have never been to Ireland. Vinnie and all the staff at the hotel are the best in the business. The service is impeccable and they take care of every detail. We planned our wedding from NY and communication was absolutely seamless. We arrived at the hotel a few days before our wedding and as soon as we got there we knew we had made the right decision. Everything leading up and the day of was flawlessly executed- right down to the custom menus on each table with a picture of us taken only a few hours earlier! The next day we were presented was a memory box complete with photos of our guests printed into a photo album and on a flash drive. We used the bridal suite for getting ready and it was stunning, complete with breakfast and champagne brought up. The food at the reception was to die for!! Absolutely delicious!!!!

Vinnie was incredible at making sure that we were completely at ease throughout the entire day. We couldn't recommend the Castlecourt more!!!! If you want to have a relaxing and fun day with your friends and family this is the place to have your wedding.

We couldn't fault our experience with the Castlecourt in hosting our wedding from day 1. Vinny and the team are so experienced and well-versed in providing a high quality and seamless reception. They were on hand for any small question or query in the lead up to the wedding and made us feel so at ease. The wedding day itself was perfect from start to finish - the drinks reception, the food, the service, the staff and the accommodation, our guests had nothing but good things to say about the team and service at the Castlecourt. We enjoyed our day 2 in the BBQ area which was also exceptional. The staff cannot do enough for you, and work so hard to ensure you and your guests enjoy the day, and that you as a couple have nothing to worry about. I would not hesitate to recommend the Castlecourt hotel for their outstanding service and professionalism; thank you all so much for everything you did to ensure we had the most unforgettable day!

From start to finish the castlecourt was fantastic. All the staff were wonderful and nothing was a problem. Food was amazing and served so quickly. The whole day ran seamlessly and was absolutely perfect and it was all down to the castlecourt, we just showed up! Our guests are still talking about the wonderful service provided and how welcoming the hotel and staff were. I highly recommend that you book this hotel as I can honestly say you will never have any regrets!

Well we knew we were in safe hands booking the Castlecourt but they really did go above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble and all the staff we dealt with were fantastic, from Vinny to the girls arranging accommodation-and babysitting! The food, service, decor and even the next day for the barbecue was all amazing. It's also the little things like the photo album up to the room the day after that was a lovely touch

Vincent and his team provided an amazing service and made our day so enjoyable.we didn't have to worry about anything before the day/ on the day/ or the day after.we still get compliments on the food and service that was provided by the hotel.so professional.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wondering where to have their wedding

I have nothing negative to say about the Castlecourt Hotel. They are the ultimate professionals at what they do. From the initial booking, to countless queries and the day itself. There is no need to worry about a single thing when you book your wedding there. All the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. No other venue will compare to the Castlecourt in terms of value, food, venue and staff. Five stars.
