Well what can I say. Just finished off a great weekend in the Fairways Dundalk for my wedding, the staff, food and hotel are of 5 star quality. Alina our wedding coordinator was the most amazing person who made our whole wedding so amazing. There wasn't any request that we asked that she couldn't forfil. She went above and beyond for us and I'm very greatful she had joined the fairways not long before we booked our wedding there. I can't thank her enough for all she done. All the serving staff and bar staff were amazing and so friendly. Eithna the manager was also all hands on. we met her a few times before the wedding and she's such a lovely helpful member of the team at the Fairways if you see this thanks so much. The wedding day was surely the best day of my life and I'm so happy I picked the Fairways as over reception venue they didn't disappoint. Rooms were amazing everyone only had good things to say about rooms and food and staff. Thanks again to all the team and I'll definitely be looking forward to visiting again soon.

The wedding manager Alina was absolutely amazing, couldn’t have done the wedding without her!! always making herself available to us and finding a solution to every problem. I don’t think we would’ve had such a good time if we would’ve done it at a different hotel. She is a very kind, funny 😜 and positive woman!! The food and service went beyond our expectations, everything was amazing!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! totally recommend

My husband and I recently got married at the fairways hotel Dundalk, for 2 years we planned out reception and had a vision for the day, I can honestly say that everything was perfect, the lead up was excellent Alina kept in touch with us and organised everything from meetings to menu tasting, on the day Alina & Ethine was brilliant, from arrival waiting on us with champagne to helping out with my kids during the day nothing was to much, the food at our wedding was delishious, all our guests complimented how nice the food was, the drinks arrival cocktails (brambles and pornstar martini was a great hit too) our day was everything we imagined it to be and more, for that I can not say that you enough to all the staff at the fairways, but particularly Alina the fairways is lucky to have her she’s amazing, her attention to detail is second to none, a bubbly friendly girl with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the wedding industry I’m so glad I got to have her by my side on our big day! From the moment we first stepped foot in the fairways we just knew we were in good hands .. there was no question for us that this was were we would pick to get married .. I cannot fault Fairways hotel as a wedding venue. We had such an amazing experience start to finish. Alina our wedding coordinator went above and beyond for us. She was truly a god send from the moment we sat and went through our plans to the big day. The staff on the day were amazing nothing was to big of a deal they were so helpful and attentive shout out to Georgey also for helping behind the scenes such a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend the fairways Hotel. We stayed in the master suite in preparation for our wedding and staff were extremely helpful. The room was absolutely stunning. It exceeded my expectations.
Excellent value for the quality of the room and services. The rooms are stunning and clean. The staff are friendly and responsive. Several of my wedding guests were attending fairways for the night of my wedding as overflow accomodation. The fairways staff organised a bus transfer to and from the venue at 2 different times. They were very accommodating and the guests were thrilled with the service.

We selected the Fairways Hotel for our wedding after looking into a number of options and speaking with Alina, the Wedding and Events Manager. Alina was a dream to work with, providing advice and support throughout the process. The day itself was fantastic, the reception was beautiful, the food delicious- all the guests commented on it and the night went really well. We had a smaller wedding of 50 people and I was concerned with how the room would look etc., but it was perfectly set up and decorated immaculately. The staff were excellent throughout and guests commented on the service they received. We would highly recommend the Fairways Hotel as a wedding venue.

The fairways was everything we wanted and dreamed of for our wedding! We celebrated here for 3 days. Alina and her team went above and beyond every day to ensure we had everything we needed. It was truly unforgettable and every detail was perfect, no stone was left unturned and nothing we asked for was too much (and there was a lot). The hotel was spotless and the food was amazing , our guests still talk about it to this day! The fairways and their team will always hold a special place in our hearts.

We recently had the pleasure of putting our 8-piece band on stage followed by our DJ for a fabulous wedding at The Fairways Hotel Dundalk, and the events team were such a delight to work with. The team made sure everything went off without a hitch, and we felt supported every step of the way. We also appreciated how accommodating they were with our vendors.
The food was phenomenal! We had a plated multi-course meal, and every guest raved about how delicious the dishes were, especially the Fairways Famous Feather Blade Beef Bourguignon which was perfectly cooked. The bartenders were quick and friendly.
We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our big day. The combination of exceptional service, fantastic atmospheres & decor, and delicious food made it a wedding we and our guests will never forget. Every young girl dreams of their fairytale wedding day. The staff at the fairways and especially Alina help achieve this and much much more. No request was to wild or wacky and everything and more was made possible for our special day. A Typical bride there was numerous emails, phone calls right up till the morning of the wedding checking details ensuring everything was perfect however Alina and all the staff had all in hand. Even a last minute dash to the fairways the morning of the wedding at 4am and the staff where so understand of my excitement/nerves and put me at easy. We had our ceremony and reception in the blackrock suite and couldn't not fault it. All our guest still talk about the fabulous food. If your trying to find your perfect wedding venue we would 1million percent recommend the fairways..

Fairways hotel - a place to be remembered forever. I recently got married in Fairways Hotel Dundalk and I’m so glad that I chose it. Everything was amazing - the food, service, quality. Our wedding ran very smoothly as we were given a wedding planner on our first arrival to the hotel, with that I just want to thank Alina for being there on our day and our journey to making our day so special. She is so kind, friendly and organised and was able to accommodate all of our wishes to ensure our wedding was perfect. With all the stress regarding wedding planning she was a huge blessing to us and is to Fairways Hotel Dundalk. The day of our wedding was full of joy and laughter, the staff were respectful and very professional on serving our guests - they were highly satisfied with the food and service. Everything was perfect our ceremony, our reception and our suite which was complimentary to the wedding package. We just want to once again thank Fairways Hotel for such an amazing experience which we will always be grateful for.

What an amazing venue. I would 100% recommend booking the fairways hotel for your big day here. They had the place looking fab for us and the food is amazing we couldn’t fault any of it and all our guest came up to us and said how nice the food was too. The staff are amazing really put themselves out for you and Alina was super helpful helping plan everything for us and making sure everything was right on the day for us and great to deal with, with what ever you needed nothing was a problem for her she really went out of her way for us.

Our daughter got married in the Fairways hotel in December 2023. We were absolutely blown away with the level of care and passion the hotel gave in making her wedding day so special.
We stayed in the hotel a few weeks prior to the wedding to run through some final details and wow what can we say about the service we received on the day by Eithne and Linda in particular.
We stayed 3 days for the wedding in December and nothing we wanted to organise was ever an issue, they were so helpful to accommodate all our requests from our pre wedding meal to the actual day of the ceremony and then the day 2 of celebrations- nothing was ever a chore to this fantastic team!
I truly believe a company that can show that much care towards making a couples day so special is a testament to any customer service training they deliver because on the 28th of December they really did deliver the most magical day for our daughter and her wife.
The rooms are incredible, the staff are fantastic, particular thanks to Una, Eithne, Linda, Kyle, Suranga and Ciaran, and wow what can we say about the food- it was honestly to die for!

I truly believe a company that can show that much care towards making a couples day so special is a testament to any customer service training they deliver because on the 28th of December they really did deliver the most magical day for our daughter and her wife.
The rooms are incredible, the staff are fantastic, particular thanks to Una, Eithne, Linda, Kyle, Suranga and Ciaran, and wow what can we say about the food- it was honestly to die for!

From start to finish I have no words for the service we received by all the team, I'll never be able to put into words the gratitude we have for all your effort the last few weeks running upto the wedding.
On the day the compliments people gave to me about the food was unbelievable but anyone we've caught up with over the last few weeks are still talking about how good the food was!

We had our dream wedding in The Fairways Hotel in June 2023. We knew that the Fairways was our dream venue from the day we viewed it! Kelly was our Wedding Co-Ordinator and she is amazing! Without Kelly our day wouldn't have been what it was! We have absolutely no faults with the hotel. The d?cor, food and atmosphere is next to none! We had our dream day and the venue was amazing! I would highly recommend the Fairways hotel to everyone.

I had my dream wedding in The Fairways Hotel in December 2022. From the day we viewed the hotel we just knew this was the venue for us. Everything about this venue is amazing, the staff, the decor, the value for money! Our wedding Coordinator Kelly was absolutely amazing, we were well and truly looked after. The hotel was a lovely atmosphere for my wedding. Most staff were very helpfull, friendly and my needs were catered to. My relatives enjoyed their stay too. I believe some people wished for more staff but

We recently had our wedding in the Fairways hotel and we cannot recommend them enough, from the moment we we first got in contact with the hotel right up to our wedding day they were with us every step of the way. We recently got married in the Fairways and they were excellent from start to finish. Our wedding contact was delightful to deal with. Her help and advise was invaluable, really helpded us to have a wonderful stress free day. All the staff were very professional, friendly and really took care of us. The hotel itself looks amazing big change since I was in it last. As for the food it was gorgeous, eveybody kept telling us how wonderful they thought the food was. We had a brilliant wedding and a lot of that was down to the Fairways hotel.

The food was amazing, and there was not one complaint made from any of our guests. Every single one of them had a fantastic day. Fantastic Wedding
We thoroughly enjoyed our wedding here last week. From first consultation with Rachael last year, she was always contactable and worked with us to create an amazing wedding.
I stayed the night before with my bridesmaid in the Master Suite, and had a delicious afternoon tea and dinner that evening in the Brasserie. The suite was well designed, luxerious and spacious. We spent the morning of the wedding getting ready in the suite with a delivered breakfast and had the Hair Stylist and Make Up Artist prep us there. Both were delighted with the space they had to work at the same time. It made the morning more relaxed.
The ceremony and reception were both well decorated and a special thanks to Andy and Christina for making the day wonderful from start to finish. Everything was as we requested; all the guests had a wonderful time. All dietary requirements were catered for, and we had the most wonderful day. The day was perfect.
We had breakfast served in the Bridal Suite the next morning, which was a lovely way to end our wedding experience. Thanks again to all the staff who made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable.

Our dream wedding. We recently got married in the Fairways Hotel in Dundalk. From the beginning of planning to the big day itself we couldn't have been happier with Rachel, Christina, Andrew and their team of Oran, Oisin, Edward, Jessica and Katie. They delivered a gold standard service throughout the entire day. Christina worked with us throughout the planning and was there whenever we needed her whether it was through email or phone call. I would like to take this opportunity to Thank The Fairway s Hotel for a fabulous day, evening and two night stay. We had an amazing time from we pulled up to red carpet and was greeted by Andy. The food and service was top class and great value for money. We dealt with Rachel for the planning of the wedding and she was never further than a phone call or email away. Her friendly manner would draw anyone back. The honeymoon suite was amazing and Thanks very much for the upgrade on the second night. We got married through the pandemic and only had a small evening but we where treated no different than if we had a couple of hundred people. We would recommend the The Fairway s to anyone looking for a friendly atmosphere, top class food and staff that no requirement is too big or small.

We can not put into words how amazing the fairways hotel was from start to finish in organising our wedding. Not only the service but the food , venue , rooms and all staff were simply excellent. We mainly dealt with rachael and Andy who both went above and beyond to make our day special and run perfectly. Rachel was only ever one phone call or email away at all times. We got married during the covid-19 pandemic. As you can imagine there was constant obstacles that arose during to the ever changing restrictions. Rachael and Andy treated our 50 guest wedding the same way they would have for 300 guests. The wedding suite was amazing and the whole hotel has had an incredible upgrade. This is the place to get married if you want great service and excellence in every way.
