It's been eight months since our wedding and usually when time passes, the buzz will have worn off and you'll sit with your partner and reflect on what you would have done differently and still to this day I cannot think of a single thing I would change about our wedding at Fallon & Byrne.
The venue was stunning and I think fondly of the friendly, smiling faces of all of the staff. Our wedding coordination team with Adam present throughout our special day, the staff of the wine cellar, the serving staff at dinner and Aoife behind the bar on hand for anything we needed throughout the night. They were all incredible!
I served weddings for many years while working in a hotel and always felt they were all the same with little variation. Sure, if you want a standard package that's on the cheaper side that's fine but what we had at Fallon & Byrne was so special.
Our wedding joined not only two families but two cultures - Ireland and France. We customised our day to incorporate French elements to make my husband's family and friends feel as welcome as possible. We were able to blend all of the best parts of our countries together and a huge part of showcasing the best part of Ireland was the welcoming, friendly staff which made me feel so proud to invite people from all over the world to witness what Ireland was all about and I couldn't have done that without the amazing staff at Fallon and Byrne.
The little details of writing "Bienvenue and welcome" at the entrance, we had a champagne reception, a cheese course and a traditional French wedding dessert of croquembouche. We were able to offer our guests a white wine from the Loire valley, the region my husband is from.
It was meant to be! I was lucky enough to be married at my dream venue and the only sadness I feel is when I wish I could do it all over again. Thank you so much for making our wedding day so special!

The whole team at Fallon and Byrne made what could have been a very stressful experience so easy and wonderful.
A highlight of the planning process was the private wine tasting that doubled as a final in person run down of the day, it was an excellent way to reduce the stress.
Adam, Cheska, Aoife and the whole team were a pleasure to deal with.

We had a fantastic wedding celebration in F&B and canβt thank them enough for making our day even more special. F&B were involved from very early and gave great recommendations and insight from other weddings helping us plan all details. The food was amazing from canapΓ©s delivered to Stags head to a beautiful dinner and dessert selection. Special mention to Adam Doherty who was so helpful to us from wine tasting to overall wedding planning and we have received plaudits from the majority of our guests who had a magnificent day. The staff were so friendly and everything requested was provided with a smile. Thanks for making our day amazing to all at F&B, weβd highly recommend this venue to anybody currently planning their special dayβ¦.5 stars!!!

We had our wedding reception in F&B last month. I cannot speak highly enough of the events team. Adam was our main point of contact for the wedding day and he was just brilliant. He made us feel very at ease and was there to answer any question we had. No query we had was an issue - we felt in very safe hands. The service staff were so great too and they made sure myself and my husband were always looked after. Our guests raved about the food and wine and any picky eaters were accommodated no problem. You can tell F&B are pros at hosting wedding receptions - our expectations were totally surpassed!

I cannot recommend Fallon & Byrne more as a venue for a City Centre wedding. From our very first meeting with the Events team they made the whole experience so easy. Everyone we met was so helpful and accommodating of any request we had. The day itself went so smoothly and this was largely thanks to the brilliant events team and wait staff.
The venue itself is beautiful with lots of original features with a modern twist. Of course the food was delicious too - we had so many guests say it was the nicest food they had received at a wedding.
I would highly recommend anyone who is planning a wedding in Dublin to check it out - you won't be disappointed!

From our first email and viewing of the ballroom in Fallon & Byrne, we were sold! All of the staff, particularly the events team (Natalie, Cheska, Adam and Rebecca) were fantastic to deal with. They were quick to respond to any query, incredibly helpful, professional and easy to deal with. Their level of expertise, knowledge and attention to detail made the planning process easy. They took a huge amount of pressure off of us and the day went off without a hitch.
The room is bright and airy and already nicely decorated before adding flowers. The food was fantastic and complemented by so many guests. There was never a wait at the bar and the staff on the day were fantastic. We would highly recommend Fallon & Byrne to anyone considering a city centre wedding venue.

We had an outstanding experience with Fallon & Byrne for our wedding in April. Impressive attention to detail, excellent communication, and just an absolutely magical day. They managed everything from end to end, and the day went so smoothly without us or the wedding party needing to do anything other than enjoy ourselves. Several guests commented that we must have worked so hard on the details and timing to make it all flow so seamlessly... but we didn't! It was all Fallon & Byrne's work. Throughout the whole planning period, during and in the weeks after, they made us feel special and valued, even though I know they have loads of other events constantly. They were flexible and eager to individualise to our needs. I also SO much appreciate how good they are about food allergies - it meant so much to me to be able to safely partake of everything on the day in spite of a life-threatening allergy. The food was also, of course, delicious, and our guests couldn't stop talking about it. Even more impressive, we had trouble with another vendor and F&B intervened on our behalf to ensure our whole wedding experience was excellent. They really went above and beyond, and we would 1000% recommend them to anyone looking for an elegant, fun, and delicious city centre wedding. Huge thanks to Adam, Natalie, Cheska, and the rest of the F&B team!

We are absolutely over the moon that we chose Fallon & Byrne as our wedding reception venue. The team were exceptional from first contact right through to the days after the wedding and we really felt we were in the hands of true professionals. From arrival to leaving the venue on the day everything was smoothly handled, Natalie was available for any small query we had and the servers were also very helpful. Our original venue for the speeches ahead of Fallon & Byrne fell through on the day and the team here sorted it to have our speeches on arrival and it worked out even better than we had planned. Cannot recommend them enough, huge thanks to Natalie, Adam, Rebecca and Cheska and also the amazing chefs, people were really impressed by the quality and volume of food (and wine). Would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Fallon and Byrne were an exceptional wedding venue.
We have been hearing non stop from our guests how great it was. The ballroom for the ceremony was decorated beautifully and everything from the food/drink service and attention to detail was perfect.
Natalie in particular was an excellent help and along with her team of Rebecca , Adam and Cheska we were well looked after from day one. The staff on the day serving the tables and behind the bar were great too. It couldn't have gone better.
The food is the star of the show and definitely get the Croquembouche Dessert.
We would highly recommend to have your wedding in Fallon and Byrne.
Book it early because its rightly so in high demand.

We got married this August, and Fallon and Byrne were exceptional. Natalie, Rebecca, Cheska, Adam and the team were brilliant both in the lead-up and on the day itself. They catered to our every need and the guests were raving afterwards about the dinner, the drinks and staff. We did the family style menu which worked really well (there was so much food!) and the chefs were so accommodating with our requests. We were a little concerned as we knew all our guests would be in the same room all evening but the space was completely transformed for dancing, and the noise level was absolutely fine. I'm so glad we chose F&B, they were so professional and made us feel completely at ease. I couldn't recommend them more and wouldn't change a thing about our day. Get the Croque!

5 Stars is not really enough to express how happy we were with our lovely wedding celebration at Fallon & Byrne! From the very first contact, to the wedding day and even the day after, we knew were in professional and safe hands. We were totally able to just relax and enjoy our day and our guests all loved the location, the great food and excellent wine! A big shout out to Natalie, Laura, Cheska, all the service staff and Adam! You were all fantastic and always there to help us in such a prompt and friendly manner. Thank you all so much!

We chose Fallon and Byrne as are wedding venue as we thought the ballroom was perfect in terms of size and the gorgeous features. We had a wonderful experience organising are wedding with the event staff at f&b. We couldn't have been happier with how the day went, the food was fab and we thought they were so flexible and adaptable with any last minute changes. So happy with chose f&b.

We can't thank Fallon & Byrne enough for hosting our wedding reception in their ballroom. It really was a very special experience and part of what made it so special for us was that we could totally relax and enjoy the evening with our guests because we felt that the party was in such safe hands.
Fallon & Byrne is known for its lovely food and wine, and that was of course excellent on the day, all our guests were raving about it. But what truly made the day for us is how easy they made it for us to host this elaborate party, nothing was too much trouble, and it was truly appreciated.
They were also very helpful in the run up to the wedding, and always easy and prompt with regard to communications, we were kept completely informed on all costs and they helped us to make the most of our budget.
A very fun time was had by all!

Before I ever got engaged Fallon & Byrne was on my list of potential venues. We ended up looking at 2 others but Fallon & Byrne was the only one that ticked all the boxes - location, value for money & quality of food. From day 1 they were a pleasure to deal with, they were very understanding when my Mum was apprehensive about a city centre restaurant wedding and took the time to put her mind at ease.
We got so many comments from friends and family saying it was the best food they?d ever had at a wedding. We got amazing photos along Grafton St and St Stephens Green. I wouldn't change a thing and would highly recommend Fallon & Byrne to anyone not wanting a standard hotel wedding
