From the moment we went to look at the galgorm as a wedding venue we fell in love, the wedding planner was so helpful, the venue itself is outstanding and the service we received was excellent from day one. Could not recommend the galgorm enough.

I really don’t know where to start, the staff are amazing. Every single member of staff went above and beyond our expectations. Our welcome from Maurice and Paul at the main door was exceptional, if there’s any question they can answer for you about the resort, it isn’t worth asking. The concierge service was perfect, Paul the concierge/driver couldn’t have done more to help us. Our wedding planner Rose has attention to detail that will never be beat. Everything we asked for, no matter how small, was executed on the day. All of our guests commented on our wedding host, Bronagh. Her service and friendliness was so warming and comforting. She made sure everything ran like clockwork. I can’t thank the staff enough and I would highly recommend Galgorm resort as a wedding venue. Chris & Lyndsey.

I can not fault the service we received throughout our wedding planning experience and on our wedding day. The Galgorm are beyond professional and make the planning experience simple, stress free and enjoyable. The expertise, advice and knowledge is absolutely fantastic and they catered to all of our wishes and desires during our planning and on our wedding day. We had an excellent wedding planner throughout our planning and we had an excellent manager on the day, both of which ensured that our wedding was the best day we could possibly wish for and were right by our side every step of the way. We can not recommend this as a wedding venue enough and we are so glad we chose Galgorm as our wedding venue!

As a customer service manager, I have a natural high expectation of service and our wedding was no exception. We were lucky to meet Jade Toner at the beginning who bowled us over with her friendly and professional approach. Her attention to detail was first class. Claire Steele took over as wedding coordinator and again provided a great service. Gabby was exceptional from taking my tissue outside the Phsntom House Ceremony room, to the wedding cake and personal greeting card left in the bridal suite that night. We booked the Boudoir to get ready on the morning of the wedding and it was amazing - 100% the correct choice. Beautiful photographs and relaxed atmosphere - perfect for any bride! Nothing was too much trouble and the service from everyone was outstanding. We love Galgorm and couldn’t have been happier with the entire weekend. Worth every penny and would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. A beautiful location coupled with superb customer service. They know how to manage a wedding with ease and care is taken to make sure that every guest is taken care of. Banqueting staff are amazing.

The most amazing, friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Laura our wedding planner made the whole run up to our wedding stress free and made the day perfect. Amy was our wedding manager and she honestly could not do enough for us we are still completely blown away and couldn't thank Amy, Laura and the whole Galgorm team enough for making our stay and wedding day AMAZING!! The only issue we had was that we had three different wedding co-ordinators, the second we didnt even meet! But in saying that, the notes were passed on perfectly, and our final co-ordinator was as lovely as the first! Everything we requested was catered for, including changes to the menu, which our guests are still talking about.

We had our wedding at the Galgorm Resort and Spa on Sunday 23rd of July 2017 in the Renaissance Suite. The food was delicious and the rooms were perfect. The staff went above and beyond in everything and added some lovely touches that made the day very special. Everything was timed so well and went off without a hitch. We'd recommend the venue 100% to anyone! We definitely made the right choice by having the Galgorm as our wedding venue. We look forward to returning again in the future.

Our day could not have been more perfect, all thanks to the wonderful effort and hard work of all staff at Galgorm. From the moment we booked the standard of service was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were so attentive. I had lots of things requiring set up by the staff which was all done to absolute perfection. The communication from everyone in the last few days before the wedding was so reassuring and helpful. Jade our wedding planner and Amy our co-ordinator on the day were absolute stars and we were so lucky to have them. All our guests were absolutely blown away by the day, I don't know how many times we have heard 'The best wedding EVER!', but that's all down to the staff at Galgorm. All the guests especially noticed the excellent service by all the waiting staff who were like a well co-ordinated army on the day. Our meal ran so smoothly and on time thanks to them and Amy, despite 23 children also in attendance!! The food and wine was absolutely beautiful, everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Our evening reception ran on until 3am and the staff were still going strong with us. The next day we had a BBQ in the Mulberry Garden which yet again ran like clockwork and was the perfect day again. I honestly could not recommend Galgorm any more highly! The packages are excellent value and worth every penny and more. Most of the suppliers within the package know each other and so have pre formed relationships which makes life even easier!! Thank you to Galgorm for the best day of our (and I daresay many of our guests) lives!!!!!!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough for your wedding! We had our wedding in the Galgorm on 11th February 2017 and couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. From our very first appointment we were made to feel totally at ease. Every tiny detail was covered by our wedding co-ordinator Oliver so we were able to relax and enjoy all of the planning! The wedding team were always quick to respond to any questions we had and did everything they could to help to make our day perfect. We chose the Phantom House for our ceremony and the Four Seasons suite for the reception. Both rooms were beautifully decorated, so all we had to add were the little personal touches. On the day, myself and my husband were made to feel so special. Our master of ceremonies Paul was amazing. He worked so hard all day to make sure there was no stress for either of us. Nothing was too much trouble for him! We were just able to relax and enjoy the day so we cannot praise Paul and the rest of the staff highly enough. All of our guests have since commented on their whole experience of the venue. Everyone was delighted with their meal, the facilities and the service they received. We are so pleased that our guests were able to enjoy the day as much as we did. This hotel is a professionally run wedding venue. They will work hard to make sure your day is personal and special to you both. There will be no stress in your planning with the Galgorm! :)

We recently celebrated our wedding in Galgorm in January! I would defiantly recommend the venue and also the suppliers they use! They exceeded all expectations we had!

As soon as we viewed Galgorm Resort and Spa we knew it was the perfect wedding venue for us. We had a lot of guests travelling from abroad and it suited us perfectly that Galgorm could provide accommodation, spa and restaurants all in such a beautiful setting. Our wedding coordinator Oliver answered all of my emails promptly and was always knowledgeable and helpful! The Duty Manager on the day of our wedding was Steven Phillips who was outstanding from start to finish. He was there to help with my dress, flowers, bringing us drinks and canapes before we even had to ask! Our guests loved the mulled wine on arrival which was perfect on a cold icy day! All of the food was amazing especially the hog roast in the evening. We loved the little touches such as the selection of wedding cake left for us in our suite. Galgorm staff really do think of everything! The day after our wedding we had booked a private outdoor hot tub down by the river and I am so glad we did...it was the perfect way to relax after our big day and came with champagne and truffles too! The venue really is amazing and the service from all of the staff exceeded our expectations!

We really enjoyed planning our wedding with the help of the team at Galgorm. We are both usually very busy with work commitments so the packages were perfect for us. We decided not to go with Galgorm suppliers for a couple of things due to a family friend being a photographer and florist, initially we didn't know if this was an option but the team were completely fine with this and reduced the package cost accordingly. The choice of menu was excellent and we had a few guests with special dietary requirements who were impressed by the flexibility for their menus - they had the full choice of menu with the dishes adapted for each person. The staff on the day were excellent, very professional and well mannered but did join in the fun and kept the entertainment going too. We would definitely recommend this venue to any friends who are considering it.

The first time I visited Galgorm, which was 9 years ago I knew I wanted to get married there one day. When Karl and I got engaged we went for a wedding show round and my Fiancé was totally blown away by everything he saw and we booked it for our wedding immediately. Our wedding coordinator was Donna and she was so helpful, friendly and approachable and helped make our planning process easier. Donna organised food tasting for us, constantly stayed in contact with us and made sure we had everything we needed. On the day of our wedding we had Kevin as our wedding manager and he was brilliant, helped make sure our day went smoothly and stayed on time. Kevin and all of the staff treated us like royalty, we could not believe how amazing the staff were to us and our guests throughout the whole day. We were the only wedding that day, which was fantastic as we were the only bridal party there and I think for us it made it even more special to not have to share the venue with another bride and groom. We were blown away constantly throughout our wedding day and we would recommend the Galgorm to every bride and groom in the future, it truly is the most beautiful and tranquil setting we have ever visited.

From start to finish our wedding was perfect, and that was down to the help from the wedding planner and room coordinator etc. We couldn't have asked for more. Our wedding manager on the day, Stephen made our day totally seamless and meant we could relax knowing everything was taken care of. Superb service in all aspects of our wedding and would highly recommend!!!! Loved every minute, and of course it helps that the grounds are stunning!

When we first went to visit Galgorm as a wedding venue we already had such high expectations given its reputation. To say the Hotel & its staff exceeded every expectation would be an understatement! From the planning process, the table plan format, the meal choices - everything was amazing! And on the day - there was not a single fault. We booked the Renaissance Suite - the room was beautiful, the food was fantastic and Paul was by our side for every need (and even those we didn't know we wanted until he suggested them!) I could not recommend the Galgorm enough. If you are after a stress free, relaxed and totally perfect wedding day - Galgorm is the place to be!

Absolutely perfect. Staff go above and beyond, especially Tim, he is a gentleman, his unbelievable professionalism had everything running seamlessly. Couldn't have asked for better.

The professionalism of all involved was second to none, from our wedding coordinator Donna Cunningham , our driver Paul McGrath, our wedding manager on the day Paul Cromie and his magnificent staff right to the gentleman who welcomes you at the entrance. Special mention must go to Paul Cromie, his attention to detail from arrival at the venue until lights out was amazing. He was polite, mannerly, and so accommodating throughout the whole day. Nothing was an issue for us on our wedding day.

The Galgorm provided us with an amazing day from start to finish with personal help from Paul cromie who made everything run so smoothly throughout the day . The service was second to none . I would recommend 100%to have your wedding at this amazing resort .

From the first day we viewed Galgorm I knew that our wedding would be there. We booked to hold our date 10th July 2016 but went on to view 5 more hotels none even came close for us . During our wedding planning our wedding coordinator changed 3 times , now some people would be put off by this but each time the coordinator changed we were contacted to see if we wanted to meet the new coordinator and each time they were fully up to speed with all plans. Firstly we had katrina , what can I say a lovey woman very bubbly and able to answer every question , she give us an in depth tour of the whole resort and helped us pick our venue . Phantom house followed by our reception in the Renaissance suite. Katrina helped us to plan vendors and helped with wedding ideas our every question was answered. Then katrina went off to have here baby (we hope you are both doing well ). Then we had Helen , Helen was also lovely and full of life very keen and motivated Helen was fab she answered my millions of emails confirmed everything and was more than happy to go out of her way to help. Helen then moved away (we hope you are enjoying your life down under) . Then we got Donna , ahh Donna was fabulous she handled everything so professional but with such motivation and excitement she made all our meeting enjoyable and also answered every question and more. So the day came and it was perfect our dreams and vision became a reality the way in which the phantom house and Renaissance suite were dressed and the way the staff handled everything was amazing. Then we met Paul our manager for the day . What can I say about Paul in a word amazing , he was on top of everything I mean things you wouldn't even think of he met me as I arrived then once we were married showed us the suite and got us champers and cocktails he even bussled my dress when my bridesmaids weren't about. Paul was with us the whole day making sure every detail was perfect. He not only looked after us and made sure all the guests were happy but he paid great attention to the top table and the mummies. Paul even seeked out the mummies to say goodbye before he went home. The day was amazing . We final went to bed to find a lovely noted a teddy and wedding cake in our suite just an amazing final touch to an amazing day. I couldn't thank Galgorm enough they were outstanding , several guests said they had never been to a wedding like it . The place the atmosphere the detail the food it was unreal. The new mr and Mrs Law are incredibly thankful to all the staff at Galgorm everyone involved in our day the wedding fairies who set everything up , the door man , the gentleman who door the Land Rover up and down for us so we didn't get wet, the catering team the silver service staff , the reception staff, the room porters , the bar staff , katrina , Helen, Donna and Paul. Galgorm is amazing and we couldn't of asked for a more perfect day . In fact our wedding was so perfect 2 of our guests have since booked their weddings at galgorm .

Whole day was superb and well organised. My wedding manager on the day Frankie was the best! Had me so at ease! He is wonderful couldn't praise him more.

I had to plan my wedding mostly from abroad so I was looking for a venue that provided a variety of wedding packages (to make my task a little easier) with a great choice of suppliers. By attending one of the Wedding Open Days at the Galgorm, I knew that I could trust in the quality of the products offered from their list of suppliers and was completely blown away by the venue itself. The Galgorm are extremely professional to work with and I was assigned a wedding coordinator who I could liaise with from the first day we looked around. Our wedding coordinator, Karen, was extremely helpful and responded to every single e-mail I sent very promptly and answered every question, big or small, so clearly. It made planning our wedding so easy. As we had many guests joining us from overseas, the wedding party and most family members chose to stay at the hotel for two nights. Our wedding guests were really impressed by the standards of the rooms/cottages/cabins and loved the spa. The night before the wedding we booked a table at Fratelli's for 40 people. The food was amazing and the service impeccable - they even allowed us to alter the set group menu to suit our needs! On the wedding day itself, everything came together perfectly. The set-up crew did a fantastic job - especially as we provided many of the decorations ourselves - and set up all the props/decor exactly as we asked. It felt like a dream seeing everything come together just as I'd envisioned. The staff at the Galgorm are extremely friendly and accommodating. Our wedding manager on the day, Sam, was so nice and sat us down with a plate of sandwiches and a glass of wine in the dining room to give us a moment to take things in and make sure everything was going ok before the guests joined us. The food was phenomenal and the portion sizes are extremely generous. All our guests are still raving about the sticky toffee pudding! As for the other options supplied in the package... Gemma's cakes are to die for. I couldn't decide exactly how I wanted the cake decorated and she was extremely helpful and gave me some great advice. The girls at Sally's Floral Studio are true professionals! They just get whatever vision you have in your head and make it happen. I had chosen sparkly bridesmaid dresses and they gave me great advice on flowers that would compliment the colour and style without being overpowering... I just loved our bouquets! The band we chose, Klass, were great and really got people on the dance floor. In summary, I can't emphasise enough how great the Galgorm and their suppliers are! There were so many additional little details on the day that they provided that helped make our wedding day super special, but I won't say them all here as I'll let you see for yourself!

We had the best day ever, it went perfect. Better than I had ever imagined it to be, management & staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. I would recommend any couple getting married to come to galgorm resort & spa, from we went around to view the different wedding rooms to the check out the day after the wedding. I cannot fault anything do to with galgorm, I could do it all over again.
