Where do we even begin? Monte Das Oliveiras gave us the best day of our lives, and we genuinely couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place to celebrate our wedding.

From the moment we first visited the venue, we knew there was something incredibly special about it. It is absolutely stunning, every corner, every view and every little detail is simply breathtaking. But what makes Monte Das Oliveiras truly exceptional is the people behind it.

Every single person who attended our wedding has not stopped talking about how incredible the venue was, from the setting and atmosphere, to the food, and especially the staff. The food was absolutely amazing and our guests are still talking about it!

Throughout the whole process, from our viewings and food tasting and our meetings in the lead-up to the wedding, the team went above and beyond for us every single time. They did so much more than any other venue we viewed, and it was the little details and thoughtful touches that really made us feel so looked after.

Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They listened to everything we wanted, helped us bring our vision to life and made us feel completely confident that our special day was in the best possible hands. Even the smallest details were thought about, and it made such a huge difference.

On the wedding day itself, everything was simply perfect. We were able to relax, enjoy every second and truly take in the fact that we were getting married, knowing that the team had everything under control.

Monte das Oliveiras exceeded every expectation we had and gave us the wedding of our dreams. From the very first email, nothing was ever too much trouble. Every question, detail, and change was handled with patience, kindness, and complete professionalism, which made the planning process smooth and stress-free.

On the day itself, everything ran seamlessly. We organised the wedding directly with Montes ourselves, the coordination behind the scenes meant we could fully relax and enjoy every moment, knowing everything was in safe hands.

The venue is stunning in its simplicity. Its natural beauty and relaxed, organic atmosphere created an effortless and special setting for the day. Thoughtful touches, like flavoured water on arrival, made a real impression on our guests.

The food was outstanding, from the endless canapés to the beautiful meal. Guests were extremely well looked after, with generous portions, seconds offered, and excellent care taken with allergies and dietary requirements. This is still one of the things our guests talk about most, along with the warmth and friendliness of the team.

A special thank you to Beatriz and Marianna, who went above and beyond for us both during the planning process and on the wedding day itself. Their calmness, kindness, and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind.

We had the most unforgettable wedding day at Monte das Oliveiras — it was truly beyond anything we could have dreamed of.

We booked the venue through our amazing wedding planner, Noelia from Sonho a Dois – Algarve Weddings, and she took care of everything for us. From start to finish, the entire team was incredible — nothing was too big of an ask. Every detail we envisioned was brought to life so beautifully, and the design and setup on the day was more than we ever could have hoped for. Everything was just perfect.

We got ready in the on-site chalet that morning, starting the day with a delicious champagne breakfast — and from there, everything just kept getting better. The welcome cocktails, canapés, food, drinks, and overall atmosphere were exceptional. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the venue, and the staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and professional throughout.

One of the highlights was the ‘Crazy Board’ grazing table, which was a huge hit with our guests! We also added shot boards at the last minute, and they turned out to be one of the best decisions we made — they created such a fun, lively transition from dinner to party time. Another unforgettable part of the evening was the champagne towers and cake cutting on the island, which added such a magical and memorable touch to the night.

There isn’t a single thing we would change. We are so grateful to Monte das Oliveiras, the amazing team there, and of course to Noelia and Jessica at Sonho a Dois for giving us the most incredible day of our lives.
