We had the most amazing intimate wedding at Palmerstown House Estate a few weeks ago, and our guests are still talking about it!
Stephanie, Brian and Martin and all the staff were on hand every step of the way from the meeting months ago to plan the wedding, to the 3 days of the wedding where they stood patiently and professionally throughout the whole weekend to tend to our every need. They quietly and seamlessly guided us through the events of the e wedding day and allowed us to make ourselves at home and enjoy the house to its full extent!
Day 2 was a full day of fun with the garden games which had been laid out in the sunshine for us, followed by a sumptuous BBQ to the sound of string music, and our magician entertained in the evening. We could not have asked for better food and hospitality and we and our guests have memories we will keep for life from our weekend at Palmerstown House Estate. A perfect venue for your wedding!!

We booked our wedding in February 2019 after Derek (house butler) showed us around the house and gave us the amazing history and back story. From the beginning we felt the warmth from the team at Palmerstown House fitted how we wanted our wedding to be.
Niamh was our coordinator and she was amazing to deal with. Anything is possible and nothing is too much trouble! She responds to any queries promptly and when I wasn't sure how certain things would work, she was fantastic at providing suggestions and reassuring me.
We had our food and wine tasting at the golf club on the grounds; The staff were lovely and the food was amazing, a great way to get us really excited for the day itself!
The Manor House had a beautiful refurbishment in the days preceding our wedding but everything was perfect and beautiful on the day itself. I LOVE the upgrades made to the venue and I think they've done an amazing job keeping the balance with making improvements and keeping original features and character. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful for photographs; don't forget to get one on the rooftop for fantastic panoramic views.
Our ceremony was held in the main hall, which was set up beautifully by Niamh & her team. It is a gorgeous venue for photos in the house & the balcony provides great group photo opportunities!
The food is beautiful, the canapés at the reception were commented on by all of our guests; dinner was amazing and the midnight feast was very well received - great quality all round; great taste and wonderful presentation.
We had our reception & evening meal in the drawing room and the dancing in the main hall; the turnover of each of the rooms was absolutely seamless.
We didn't have a band, just a DJ from 9.30 until 2. He was set up in the main hall with plenty of space to dance and for people to sit and chat too.
All of the staff were lovely, so friendly and accommodating, Niamh is amazing & Derek looked after us so well on the day & day after and I would highly recommend Palmerstown House to anyone thinking about which venue to choose. We had the best day - better than we could ever have imagined and honestly it's all down to Niamh & the team at Palmerstown House; big love to Niamh, Derek, Arnold, Gosia and everyone else who was there on the day!"

Palmerstown House Estate was amazing in every aspect. We arranged our wedding from New Zealand and Palmerstown House Estate we?re amazing every step of the way. There supplier suggestion list out did themselves and the wedding co-ordinators were helpful in helping with all the pre wedding prep, even with the time difference. The actually wedding day - well no words can how explain how amazing it was! Every thing was easy, the staff were attentive and helpful, they?ll day ran so smoothly! I can't explain enough how much I would recommend this venue! We had a second day BBQ at the house which was also amazing! The service was outstanding from the moment we got into the house. I can not fault, not to mention the venue is completely private with no one else but yourselves and your guests which makes it so much more special and not to mention the grounds are stunning!! Thanks again Palmerstown house estate! You won't make a mistake or regret getting married here.

Best day of our lives in Palmerstown Manor House.
Myself and my fianc? looked at an AWFUL lot of venues before Palmerstown, and when I walked in, I just knew it was the one for us. I actually booked it (shhh!) without telling my fianc?, ?cos he wasn't there on the day, and I knew our date (last Saturday ? the 28th of September 2019) would be snapped up fast if we didn't get there first. I can't believe how lucky we were to get this venue. It's spectacular. Go see it, even if you don't get married. Look at the breathtaking, expansive, gorgeous grounds that go on for miles. Then go inside and be blown away even more. It's elegant. It's opulent. It's comfortable. It's huge. It's cosy. The rooms are like something out of, ?Downton Abbey.? It's like entering another world, but in 2019. It is fabulous. And then'the staff. And then'the food. And then'the extra little special touches. The staff were perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. They could not have been nicer ? without being over-the-top. Totally friendly and helpful and down-to-earth. The food'sure I wouldn't even know where to begin. Our tasting was probably the food highlight of my life!! The variety, and the amount of it (no skimping in Palmerstown!), the flexibility (e.g.vegan options available), and most important ? the TASTE. And presentation. The little touches; the engraved cake knife, the text on the morning of the wedding; Chelsea helping to look after my nieces when I wanted to get changed. And really reasonable rates. Like, there is nothing you could find fault with in this place. Everything went right. There was a wedding the day before us and one the day after. We never felt rushed; we never felt like we were on an assembly line; we felt special, and listened to, and our every need and request was taken care of with no problem or fuss. Chelsea, Niamh, Arnold, Rebecca, Richie, Gosha, Dave?just a genuinely lovely bunch of people. Late-night chats with Dave (a manager) about his life outside of Palmerstown. And some of them are managers who've risen through the ranks, which says a lot about the place; you wouldn't stick around if it wasn't a good place to be. Every minute detail was taken care of. I said to my (new!) husband ? ?They just know how to run a venue.? Everything was looked after. Everyone commented on the majesticness and magic of our choice of venue, and yet everyone was totally at ease and felt at home there. I know now why people say your wedding day is the best day of your life. It's worth all the hassle and stress before. But places like Palmerstown take a load of that stress off your hands, and the venue is one of the most important aspects. Palmerstown Manor House and the team really made this an unforgettable day that we?ll cherish forever. Thank you to everyone.

I got in touch with the venue just 3 months prior to our wedding day, thankfully they had availability and we were on our way, the team were above helpful in putting me in touch with suppliers and explaining marriage license process as we currently live in Australia, our wedding day was absolute perfection and I couldn't have asked for a better more professional team, where nothing was too much trouble. I would and have 100% recommended Palmerstown House.

We had such an amazing wedding day in Palmerstown House estate on 17th August 2019! From the first wedding open evening we attended, we knew it was going to be our wedding venue from the very beginning and it was the staff that initially made us come to our decision! Every single member of staff that we had any dealings with were just amazing & would do anything for you, nothing was ever an issue! And Chelsea, what can I say! Such an amazing, friendly & competent wedding co-ordinator who we were blessed to have and we could not thank her enough for all she did for us over the year of planning our wedding!

The beauty of the manor house & the grounds speaks for itself but we have nothing but positive memories & we would highly recommend Palmerstown House Estate to any couples who are considering this amazing venue, we wish we could do it all again!!

We had our wedding at Palmerstown House and I have to say from start to finish the experience was fantastic!! Niamh and Chelsea were very prompt in coming back to any queries we had in the run up to the day, nothing was too much on the day, the place was spotlessly clean, staff were so helpful and friendly and the food was exceptional!! Our compliments to the chef, the steak and sea bass was cooked to perfection and everyone is still talking about what a fantastic venue it was. Thanks so much to everyone for making our day so special, we would absolutely recommend this venue.

A huge thank you to all the staff of Palmerstown House Estate for making our wedding day perfect. Every aspect of the day ran so smoothly, which was a result of the fantastic planning and professionalism of the team. Chelsea ensured the run up to the wedding was totally stress-free and every request we had was accommodated without hesitation. She was always contactable by phone or email when any issues arose. The venue itself provided a spectacular backdrop for photography and was admired by our guests. The food was also of a very high standard and guests commented on the huge amount provided. The whole day was exactly what we?d hoped our wedding would be: relaxed, fun and fabulous!! Thanks a million for everything!

We got married in Palmerstown House in May, and can not recommend Chelsea and Arnold and the team enough! They were always quick to respond to any question and on the day they were so good. All the guests commented on how attentive all staff were, and how great the food was. They took away a lot of stress as I knew I didn't need to worry about anything during the lead up to the wedding. Definitely the best decision I made was picking Palmerstown.

Palmerston House is such a beautiful venue, made better only by the staff there. They couldn't have done enough for us in the run up to the wedding. Nothing was too much of an ask with them. We couldn't have asked for better service on the day of the wedding. They were always 2 steps ahead of us making things so much easier. We didn't have to worry about anything in their capable hands. Food was delicious and very generous portions. There was plenty of food and drink at the drinks reception something we needn't have worried about beforehand. The rooms were so luxurious it was just a pity we didn't get to spend longer there.

An super fantastic day in palmerstown house , the staff couldn't do enough for us , the wedding meal was absolutely amazing , and the breakfast choice was way more than anyone expected , the rooms were so comfortable and beautiful super super day , THE BEST WAY TO DESCRIBE PALMERSTOWN IS A HIDDEN GEM..WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BEAUTIFUL ESTATE

Nothing bad to say. We both had the time of our lives. Everybody had a ball. Lovely location run by lovely people that cant do enough for you.

We were married on Friday 24th August 2018. We took the venue for 3 days and without a doubt had the best time of our lives. Guests checked in on the Thursday and we had our pre-wedding day dinner in the Golf Club at Palmerstown House Estate. We had our wedding reception in the golf club also due to our large numbers. The whole estate is such a special venue that just blows people away. The staff were fantastic, they went above and beyond at every turn, we did not want for one thing. They couldn't do enough to make life easier and be accommodating. Sinead was outstanding, she was always available to answer questions and put us at ease, I'm an organisational freak but her relaxed manner made us feel that everything was in safe hands and without a doubt it was. On the day itself, we were blown away, the staff looked after us so well, particularly Sinead, Arnold and Alex, who made sure that we were on schedule and the day ran seamlessly. We got married in a church locally and then had our family photos in the Manor house. Our guests went directly to the golf club for a beautiful drinks reception. Guests have repeatedly commented on how excellent the food was. We felt as if we had the whole estate to ourselves, we moved back up to the Manor house for the dancing on the wedding evening and the movement of 220+ guests was a little daunting to me but it ran seamlessly. On the Saturday guests spent the day sitting out until late just enjoying everything it had to offer after a fabulous BBQ, where once again we were blown away by the quality of the food. The bedrooms in the manor house were gorgeous, guests who stayed over were blown away by the luxury and how beautifully decorated they are. The gardens are beautiful, you could wander for hours and there are plenty of locations to get really special pictures. Food; We were so happy with the food both on the day and the entire weekend, it was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. We cannot thank the staff enough for being just amazing, they truly went above and beyond at every turn and made it the best weekend of our lives. We cannot recommend this venue highly enough, I would do it all again in the morning and would not change one single thing. Thank you so so much xxxx

We had such an amazing day in Palmerstown House Estate. We had our reception in the manor house, it's such a special venue that just sells itself but what really puts it head and shoulders above other venues are the staff. Everyone we dealt with both on the run up to the wedding and on the day itself with were just so professional, helpful and friendly and if felt like they couldn't do enough to make life easier and be accommodating. Sinead was always available to answer questions and put us at ease with helpful tips and had such a relaxed manner, you couldn't help be feel that everything was in hands of experts. On the day itself, the staff looked after us so well, particularly Arnold, who made sure that we were on schedule and the day ran seamlessly. We got married locally and then had our reception in the manor house. Guests are still raving about the food, the venue and sitting out until late just enjoying everything it had to offer. It's also worth mentioning that the bedrooms in the manor house were gorgeous, guests who stayed over were blown away by the quirkiness and luxury in equal measure.. it's truly an amazing venue. The gardens were just beautiful and there were just so many spots to choose from to get really special pictures. Food wise, we?re both foodies and it was really important to us that we picked somewhere the food was really good. We were so happy with the food on the day, it was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. We had lamb and monkfish for the main course and they were both gorgeous. We can't thank the staff enough for being just amazing and making it the best day of our lives. Thank you xx

The wedding coordinators really cared and took the time to ensure everything was perfect for our day. The venue is amazing and the service from all the staff was exceptional. Our guests have not stopped talking about how relaxed and warm the day felt. People commented that it was the best food they have had at any wedding.

We can't fault the service or venue, who went totally out of their way to create a day that perfectly met our slightly non traditional vision. All the guests praised the food, rooms are spectacular and all staff without fail professional and friendly.
