Words cannot describe how impressed we were with Palmerstown. Niamh and the team were so incredibly helpful from the moment we met them to the second we checked out. We had an incredibly stressful few days before our wedding as the first of the Covid-19 restrictions were introduced. Niamh was exceptional, from the moment we found out we had to cut half of our numbers, Niamh supported us with every decision we needed to make. In what seemed to be a disaster Niamh was so calm and supportive, Niamh and the team made it possible for us to enjoy our big day despite the mayhem in the days before. We genuinely enjoyed every minute we spent in the venue from the initial viewing visits, the tasting and any other opportunity we had to visit. The staff were exceptional in all interactions. Nothing however compared to the day of our wedding, everything was perfect, from the decor, reception drinks and canapes to the meal and evening food. The food was exactly as we requested, with all dietary requirements met to perfection. All of guests were so impressed by the whole experience, the rooms are beautiful and the atmosphere was so relaxed. We never thought we'd be so impressed by every single element of the experience especially given the lead up to the wedding. We will be forever grateful to the incredible team in Palmerstown for allowing us to have a magical experience despite the chaos of the world. We could not recommend this venue highly enough, they will go above and beyond in every aspect every time.

Not only is the venue out of this world, we couldn't recommend the team more for their personal service, the food, their friendliness and professionalism. From the moment we booked our day, Chelsea and Niamh were quick to respond to any information or requests, nothing was too much trouble. All our family and friends commented on how amazing the venue, food and service was. We just wish we could go back and experience it all again! Best day of our lives in Palmerstown Manor House. Myself and my fianc? looked at an AWFUL lot of venues before Palmerstown, and when I walked in, I just knew it was the one for us. I actually booked it (shhh!) without telling my fianc?, ?cos he wasn't there on the day, and I knew our date (last Saturday ? the 28th of September 2019) would be snapped up fast if we didn't get there first. I can't believe how lucky we were to get this venue. It's spectacular. Go see it, even if you don't get married. Look at the breathtaking, expansive, gorgeous grounds that go on for miles. Then go inside and be blown away even more. It's elegant. It's opulent. It's comfortable. It's huge. It's cosy. The rooms are like something out of, ?Downton Abbey.? It's like entering another world, but in 2019. It is fabulous. And then'the staff. And then'the food. And then'the extra little special touches. The staff were perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. They could not have been nicer ? without being over-the-top. Totally friendly and helpful and down-to-earth. The food'sure I wouldn't even know where to begin. Our tasting was probably the food highlight of my life!! The variety, and the amount of it (no skimping in Palmerstown!), the flexibility (e.g.vegan options available), and most important ? the TASTE. And presentation. The little touches; the engraved cake knife, the text on the morning of the wedding; Chelsea helping to look after my nieces when I wanted to get changed. And really reasonable rates. Like, there is nothing you could find fault with in this place. Everything went right. There was a wedding the day before us and one the day after. We never felt rushed; we never felt like we were on an assembly line; we felt special, and listened to, and our every need and request was taken care of with no problem or fuss. Chelsea, Niamh, Arnold, Rebecca, Richie, Gosha, Dave?just a genuinely lovely bunch of people. Late-night chats with Dave (a manager) about his life outside of Palmerstown. And some of them are managers who've risen through the ranks, which says a lot about the place; you wouldn't stick around if it wasn't a good place to be. Every minute detail was taken care of. I said to my (new!) husband ? ?They just know how to run a venue.? Everything was looked after. Everyone commented on the majesticness and magic of our choice of venue, and yet everyone was totally at ease and felt at home there. I know now why people say your wedding day is the best day of your life. It's worth all the hassle and stress before. But places like Palmerstown take a load of that stress off your hands, and the venue is one of the most important aspects. Palmerstown Manor House and the team really made this an unforgettable day that we?ll cherish forever. Thank you to everyone. We got married in Palmerstown House Estate the 27th of September 2019. From when we first viewed Palmerstown House we just fell in love, it's beautiful! I couldn't wait for everyone to see our venue. Was such an amazing day. From start to finish the staff couldn't do enough for us that alone made our day. Chelsea was so lovely to deal with and so professional, she really looked after us. I can't recommend Palmerstown House Estate enough. They even gave us a lovely engraved cake knife we used for cutting our cake. Thank you so much to Chelsea and all the staff. Palmerstown House Estate is an absolutely fantastic location. Every member of staff from the wedding co-ordinator to the housekeeping staff was friendly, accommodating and welcoming. We honestly felt like we were dealing with family throughout the whole process. On our actual wedding day the wait staff were so friendly and kind and relaxed that the atmosphere for our celebration was simply perfect. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and the food was impeccable. If you are looking for an exclusive hire venue you just cannot go wrong with Palmerstown. We had such an amazing wedding day in Palmerstown House estate on 17th August 2019! From the first wedding open evening we attended, we knew it was going to be our wedding venue from the very beginning and it was the staff that initially made us come to our decision! Every single member of staff that we had any dealings with were just amazing & would do anything for you, nothing was ever an issue! And Chelsea, what can I say! Such an amazing, friendly & competent wedding co-ordinator who we were blessed to have and we could not thank her enough for all she did for us over the year of planning our wedding!

The beauty of the manor house & the grounds speaks for itself but we have nothing but positive memories & we would highly recommend Palmerstown House Estate to any couples who are considering this amazing venue, we wish we could do it all again!!

Palmerstown Estate was honestly the most perfect venue we could imagine for our wedding day. Previous to the wedding, Sinead, Chelsea and Niamh were the most helpful and professional wedding coordinators you could work with. Any idea we had was accommodated. Nothing at all was a problem. We thoroughly enjoyed working with the girls. The feedback from our guests was nothing short of outstanding. Everyone had the best day. The drinks reception and the speeches outside on the terrace were so relaxing and chilled. Everyone felt like they were on their holidays. The food at the reception and the meal was delicious. There was such a wonderful variety and no one went hungry!! The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. I have never felt so well looked after. Arnold charmed everyone in the shuttle bus up to the manor house and the house party vibe up there for the band and DJ was so much fun!! Everyone was so sad when the band finished. What a night!! Can we do it all again please?? I would highly recommend Palmerstown House Estate as a wedding venue. The best day ever!!"

I got married in Palmerstown House in July 2019 and no review will tell you how amazing the venue and staff are. Its has to be experienced to be believed. The staff are always at hand, food was second to none, no requests were denied when it came to the menu. They decorations for the house includes flowers, candelabras and candles etc so really no need to buy anything else for it. The staff really look after everything so you can just sit back and enjoy the day. The house is just spectacular. I never wanted a hotel wedding and this venue was exactly what I wanted. The grounds are an amazing backdrop for photos and the rooms are all unique. 5 stars all around. Cant rate this venue highly enough.

I'd highly recommend having your wedding at Palmerstown House Estate. Our wedding was absolutely gorgeous. The grounds are beautiful and so is the venue itself. Its a perfect space if you're looking to have a more intimate wedding 100-120. Chelsea helped us plan the whole wedding and she was very responsive, making the entire planning process a breeze. The food was also gorgeous. The guests couldn't stop talking about the food and said that at no point were they hungry.

Palmerstown staff did an amazing job from start to finish. They accomodated all of our requests without issue, whether it was extras, changes to menu, access to surrounding estate for photos. They were so attentive on the day and our guests commented on how fabulous, the house, service and food was. Huge thanks to Arnold and Chelsea for everything.

I cannot recconmend Chelsea, her team and Palmerstown house enough to any bride. The venue its self screams romance and elegance. It was everything we were looking for. Something different from your typical hotel wedding. Communication with Chelsea was so smooth through email phone and meeting her face to face. She even came in on her day off to let us drop off some decor. I arrived at 8am the morning of the wedding and everything was ready for us from breakfast then lunch. The team even set up a table for my makeup arist. Everything seemed to run like clockwork. All of the staff were so nice and accomidating. The gave lifts to people back to the house from the golf club and helped us with anything we needed. Since the weddimg day we have had both friends and family complementing us on how much food there was and how beautiful everything tasted. If you want to be treated like a king and qween on your day then id recconmend booking PTHE.

"We celebrated our wedding reception on the 4th of May 2019.
When we first visited Palmerstown House Estate we fell in love with the beautiful Manor House and picturesque gardens, and we just knew it was the venue for us!
As our guest list was on the large side we had our meal in the Golf Club , we were delighted at how beautiful and bright the High Chaparral Suite was. It was very important to us that the food served on the day was high quality and we were not disappointed, so many of our guests mentioned to us after the wedding how much they enjoyed the food and wine. Each course was beautifully presented and there was so much food everyone was stuffed. I was particularly impressed with the vegetarian options!
Chelsea and Arnold were a delight to deal with, in fact all the staff were very friendly and professional! I communicated with Chelsea mostly via email and she always replied promptly and was eager to help however she could. We always enjoyed going down to the venue whether it was for a meeting or our meal tasting we always enjoyed it and left the venue smiling and excited for our big day.
On the night of the wedding Dave and Enda looked after our guests in the Manor House, they were so friendly and great fun. On checkout the next morning Derek was there to help all our guests, he was also very friendly and lovely to chat to. On one of our visits to the venue on the run up to the wedding Derek gave us a tour of the Manor House, he knew lots of interesting info about the place and made us feel very welcome! While the buildings and gardens are beautiful in PHE its the staff that really make the venue special!

From our first visit at the wedding open night until we walked out the door the day after the wedding the help and support we received from Chelsea and everyone at Palmerstown House estate was second to none. We fell in love with the house as soon as we walked in the door.
Planning our wedding and the day itself in Palmerstown House Estate went beyond our expectations. The homeliness and personal connection that you could feel in this grand beautiful big house was what made it the perfect venue for us. While planning Chelsea answered all my questions ,big or small,quickly and always friendly.
On the day we all felt we had stepped into our own house for the day, being met at the door by our new friends Chelsea, Arnold and all the staff. Really ,it's hard to describe but I know it's something we wouldn't have felt in a more conventional hotel venue. The staff, the food and the house itself are a very special combination. Every guest from the oldest to the youngest had a wonderful day. We have heard ?the best wedding ever? more than once since the big day. We can't thank everyone in Palmerstown House Estate enough.

Our day went off without a hitch! The team at Palmerstown could not have done enough for us. I would highly recommend this venue to any couple considering it for their day. The venue itself is stunning and all of my guests commented on the setting. The food was delicious and again everyone commented so much food, and all cooked fantastically.

where can I start.... We had the day (and BBQ the 2nd day) we totally wanted. The service received was second to none, nothing was too much and honestly the staff knew what we wanted before we did (Thank you Apollo and Alex - hope I got the names right :)).

The day was so relaxed from start to finish. The food was SO tasty and no one went hungry. All of our guests have been singing the praises since.

Palmerstown was my dream wedding venue - I couldn't recommend it enough. The venue is extraordinarily beautiful, and full of character too. The food was absolutely delicious. The staff at Palmerstown are wonderfully organised and professional. Sinead took us through all the details of the wedding that we wouldn't have thought of ourselves, and made sure we were happy with all the arrangements on the day. They were a wonderful combination of well-prepared and flexible. There were also many little touches that made the day that bit more special, like receiving a cake knife engraved with our wedding date, or bringing us a selection of hors d'oeuvres and champagne after our photos to enjoy under the Pagoda while we caught our breath. An amazing day from start to finish, both Chelsea & Sinead made the whole planning and preparation a breeze and I knew that the venue, food and service were well looked after.
We could customise the menu, decorate as we wanted and have the day EXACTLY how we wanted.
No task was too big or too small for Palmerstown and I have no hesitation in recommending them as a venue for future couples.

Simply brilliant! All the staff here are fantastic and very genuine. The service is second to none. They leave no stone upturned. For an intimate day and Superb food and service you will not be disappointed. It is a beautiful venue, with fantastic staff and I genuinely can not fault the day at all!

The first time we visited Palmerstown House we were blown away by it. The manor house is rich in old time charm and beauty making it a truly romantic place to get married in. The grounds are beautiful and offer both formal gardens and wild meadows for photo and video shoot. Our wedding coordinators Chelsea and Arnold were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They made themselves available to us in the run up to the day and were extremely competent, leaving us with nothing to worry about. On the day, there was no shortage of food and drink. Many guests commented on how much alcohol there was at the drinks reception which is exactly what you want to hear! The food was excellent! We had fillet steak for main course and they were cooked perfectly to preference. We had our dinner and dancing at the Golf Club house and then returned to the Manor for late bar and sing song. All in all we could not fault Palmerstown, it was a wonderful experience and we would do it all again if given the chance!

Palmerstown Manor House is an outstanding venue. I recommend it to anyone getting married. The staff are so helpful, friendly and professional. You have the exclusive use of the venue and it's onky 20minutes to Dublin. All our guests were very impressed with the venue,location, staff and the food. Only complaint was that there was too much food !!!!!!

We had our wedding in the Manor House in Palmerstown House Estate on 25th May, we couldn't have wished for a better day. The weather was fab and we got to have our ceremony outside. Sinead and Chelsea made the planning so easy, they were always at hand to answer our questions and offer advice. Palmerstown House is the very first venue we visited during a wedding fair and from the start, we both new it was the perfect place for us, nothing else compared to it!! We fell in love with the Manor House, and had our ceremony and dinner / afters party all in the Manor. The gardens are beautiful and we were lucky as the weather was beautiful and everyone got to enjoy the sun and the beautiful setting outside during the day;

Palmerstown House is a beautiful venue on fabulous grounds. The staff were incredible from the first meeting right up to the wedding day. The food was excellent and the bedrooms stunning. A fantastic day and made so special by the team.

Sinead was our wedding coordinator in Palmerstown and she was fantastic. Nothing was a problem and she worked with us to create the best day for our guests. We fell in love with the venue on the first visit. It's brilliant to have the Manor House exclusively and this really appealed to us rather than going with a hotel venue. As we had a humanist ceremony it was fantastic to have both the ceremony and reception in the one place. The Manor House is a very special wedding venue and is unlike any other venue we seen. The staff are outstanding and they go out of the way to create a wedding that is personal and unique for each couple.

The rooms are beautiful and the beds were so comfortable! The robes, slippers & L'Occitane products add an extra touch of luxury.

Myself and my wife were married in Palmerstown House estate on 17/11/17 and simply could not fault the place one bit. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Staff at Palmerstown deserve great credit for both the preparation/build up and execution on the big day.
We met our organiser Sinead approximately 1 year prior to the big day. She was fantastic and made the whole process easy and stress free for us. There were several different wedding packages/options available at very completive prices. The venue itself consists of 2 buildings set on spectacular private grounds about 10 minutes? drive from Naas. The standout building is the old country manor which sits elevated at the highest point in the estate. The views from this building, and its surrounding gardens, are spectacular. The building consists of a main hall suitable for both the ceremony and reception. To the right side of the hall are 3 drawing rooms which can be opened into 1 and used as part of the reception area. The building also has approximately 20-22 guest bedrooms which differ in size ranging from a standard hotel room to large (and lavish) rooms with 4 poster beds and spectacular old bathrooms. The second building would be best described as a luxury golf course club house with a bar located on level one with a large and nicely furnished function room on level 2. The function room overlooks the spectacular 18th hole of the golf course. We requested to have our day spread over both venues in 3 stages.
1) Ceremony and drinks reception in the old house
2) Dinner in the club house function room
3) Back to the old house for evening reception
Palmerstown House accommodated our request with no fuss whatsoever. Both sites are located close to each other but a shuttle bus was provided for guests who did not fancy the short walk.
Having made the decision to have the wedding in Palmerstown, Sinead kept in regular contact over the next 12 months and arranged meetings with us when required.

The day itself went excellently despite not getting off to the best start. Some guests arrived late as they mistakenly went to the club house rather that the Old house where the ceremony took place. Some guests became comfortable in the club house (where there was an open bar) and on arrival to the ceremony stated they had not been clearly instructed where to go when they arrived on the grounds. Some guests actually stated they had been directed to the club house. As a result the bridal party arrived to the Old house before the bulk of our guests did. This is the only criticism I would have and the mix up was quickly forgotten about once the ceremony kicked off.

The staff at Palmerstown dealt excellently with all vendors as they arrived and set up.

The ceremony went off excellently. The location within the hall of the main house is simply spectacular. We chose to have the bridal party arrive via the back stair case with the ceremony taking place at the doors at the front of the building. I understand that the bridal party can enter via the front doors with the ceremony set up facing the back of the hall if they wish.
The drinks reception was perfect. An appropriate amount of time was dedicated to this part of the day. Sufficient time for the Bridal party to have photographs taken and to mingle with guests. The finger food provided was, in my opinion, of a higher standard than most weddings I have been to. Quality and quantity could not be faulted. In terms of drinks we went for the option of Cava/Prosecco with bottles of Corona/Heineken. Tea and coffee was plentiful.

The transition from the Old house to the Club house for the dinner went smoothly with guests slowly drifting from one building to the other at their leisure. Guests arriving to the club house first could simply grab a drink or 2 at the bar and mingle in the vicinity.

The dinner itself was prefect. We went for the steak option which has a slight supplement. There was sufficient time between courses. The facilities for speeches etc. were excellent. Again the movement of guests back to the Old house was hassle free with some guests choosing to take the 5 minute stroll through the leafy grounds and others taking the short minibus ride.

Our band were set up on the right side wall of the main hall (when entering through the front doors). We had the pop up bar set up in the main hall to the left hand side (it had been set up in the side drawing rooms for the drinks reception and then moved whilst we were in the club house for dinner). Even with the bar and band set up in the hall there was more than enough space for all guests to dance and move about. Some seats were set up in the main hall along the sides and in the corners. The side rooms, which contain comfortable sofas, were open to guests also.

Once the music finished at about 2.30 staff set up the late drinks area or ?residents bar? in the main hall by bring sofas from the side rooms out. There was no issue with guitars being brought out and having a sing song. The night bar staff were very helpful accommodating. Guests who chose to stay up until the early hours were not hassled and were served drink without any issues.

My wife and I are a glad we chose Palmerstown house as our wedding venue and we would most certainly recommend it. I would like to give a special mention to Sinead who did an excellent job in making the day and the build up run so smoothly.

We got married at Palmerstown House Estate last October and it was as amazing as all the other reviewers have said. Nothing was a problem when dealing with Sinead coming up to our day. The menu tasting evening was fantastic as we got to sample everything on the wedding menu. On the day everything went so smoothly with a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. The food was amazing, people are still saying it to us now. The staff were also so helpful and efficient, the two Daves were great! I cant recommend it enough. We went for an all inclusive package as we had booked our day for within six months. As part of the package we got our photographers, band, cake and much more. We were delighted with all the suppliers and it took so much hassle out of the planning. Thanks so much for a perfect day! Deirdre and Enda.

Chelsea, Sinead and the other staff at Palmerstown House Estate were so helpful and lovely. The facilities were beautiful and my guests are still talking about it. I couldn't have chosen a more perfect venue. The entire house and grounds were exclusive to me and my guests. We chose the all-inclusive package and the girls there organised the cake supplier, one of our bands and the photographer all of which were very professional and so talented. They went out of their way to supply hot chocolate as well as tea and coffee as not many of our guests drink tea or coffee and they had lots of shloer because very few of our guests drink. Our glasses were never empty! But most of all, they were so good at keeping me calm throughout the day and kept everything running smoothly. I can't thank the staff enough for making our day so special.

We had been a looking for a wedding venue with plenty of character and just something different, we had been looking online and came across Palmerstown House Estate, we live in the North of Ireland but the venue looked too good to be true, so we made the trip up to Naas and couldn't believe what we had came across, we booked our wedding for 17th August 2017. From the first conversation I had with Sinead into organizing our wedding you knew you had someone professional looking after you and advising you on your options, and also to Chelsea in the run up to the wedding, nothing was ever a hassle, and on the day itself it was perfect thanks to all staff including the two Dave's who look after us and our guests. Our guest are still taking about the venue and the food, thank you so much Palmerstown.

Myself and my husband loved our wedding day at Palmerstown House estate and it was a fantastic venue. The day was superb with Sinead helping us with each and every thing right up to the day itself. Our one negative was that the bar staff were mainly temporary staff and were not well trained, which led to queues at the bar after dinner. However the overall service from the wedding team was very professional and they were extremely helpful and friendly.

We had our reception in The Manor on May 12th 2017. Sinead, Declan and their teams are unquestionably the perfect combination of people to have around to give you the perfect wedding day.

We booked out Palmerstown House Estate for a Friday & Saturday and had our wedding in the main house. It was truly remarkable. We all felt right at home. The staff and organisers were amazing and we just felt so relaxed and happy all weekend. There was never any pressure put on us to have this or that or add this or that. We just did our wedding our way and they were fully supportive of that. Only wish we could do it all again.

Sinead and the team in Palmerstown are excellent to deal with and always at the end of the phone line to answer any query we may of had. Service on the day was excellent. We were really made feel like it was our home for the day and we were looked after so well by all the team.

Palmerstown house Estate were extremely accommodating and were very helpful whenever we had any questions. The staff were very professional and friendly, this is something that was noted by many of our guests. The food was delicious and we were thrilled to hear our guests raving about the entire meal. Our wedding day in Palmerstown house estate was amazing and I would love to relive it. We had an autumnal themed wedding at the end of October. The staff went above and beyond to help us with planning our day. We had regular meetings with the manager and wedding planners at the estate. Everything that we wanted for our big day was made possible by the endless effort of the staff. To top things off we had an amazing fire work show which would not have been possible if it wasn't for the cooperation and help from the staff. Palmerstown house estate is the most amazing venue for a wedding and we couldn't recommend it highly enough!

We celebrated our wedding on the 27th August 2016, having our after ceremony at Palmerstown. From the first moment we saw the venue we knew it was perfect, and met all our criteria, Chelsea (wedding co-ordinator) was excellent from beginning to the end. All the staff made the weekend perfect especially Declan and Dave, who were on hand whenever we needed them.

We had the wedding reception on the Saturday in the golf club/stud, and then we also had a BBQ in the Manor House the following day, we would highly recommend the BBQ, this gave all our guests time to relax in the idilic surroundings of 900 acres and stunning gardens.

We would highly recommend palmerstown to anyone looking for a real traditional wedding venue, a lot of our family and friends travelled from the uk and around Europe, and are still talking about how perfect the weekend was. - thank you palmerstown!!!

From the very beginning, we were delighted with the service we encountered at Palmerstown House; we called in on spec and were welcomed and given the full tour. It is a magical place and so many of our guests commented on the wedding celebrations as being intimate and had a feeling of simply being guests in someone's home for the night! Great friendly staff, welcomed all our guests and made them feel at home. The wedding planner was always immediate in responding to our requests and even towards the end with last minute changes, there were no issues. A truly great venue and am scared to let every one else know about it in case we want to use Palmerstownf or another celebration!

Palmerstown Manor is a magnificent venue. We organised our wedding from abroad and all I can say is Laura and Declan are just amazing. They were obliging, caring, charismatic and most importantly for the bride...calming! There were endless possibilities and nothing was any bother. Our guests were so impressed with the beauty of Palmerstown house and the friendliness of all the staff. The food was 5* quality. We had worked with the chef and had tweaked the menu to suit our palate. He took everything onboard and delivered an amazing 5 course meal. We booked the house and rooms for the night. Breakfast was delicious and we hated leaving that morning. The only regret was not going to bed earlier and enjoy the wonderful bridal suite.

Palmerstown is a beautiful venue but the manegment and staff are what really make it 5star.
Everything we requested was never a hassle and even some of our more peculiar requests (our dogs at drinks reception and arriving by tractor) were dealt with without a hitch

We had a wonderful experience with Palmerstown House and felt really well looked after and special for the entire wedding. Kevin, Marian and their team left no stone unturned and helped in every way they possibly could to make our day a success. The Manor House is an amazing and special venue and our guests were very impressed by it. The overnight stay in the Manor is also a fantastic experience.

We had our meal in the High Chaparal Suite followed by a BBQ in the evening. Again this was a great experience and one which our guests thoroughly enjoyed. We highly recommend this venue for your special day.

We had our wonderful exotic reception in Palmerstown House on May 3rd 2014. I believe we were the first couple to marry there since the reopening. What a lavish day. From the very beginning to meeting Kevin Morrison General Manager, Coordinator and easily mistaken for a Hollywood star who radiates charm, sophistication and gave us the wedding couple a secure feeling and great confidence in him and in Palmerstown House.The food was superb and the organised dinner was so streamlined. The venue is fit for a King and Queen with all its antiques and massive historical rooms.It was the happiest wedding I have ever been at and will long be remembered through DVD and photographs.
