Our wedding was a magical day we will never forget all thanks to Marcella, Paul and the entire team at Springfort Hall. Everything was taken care of on the day, we had absolutely nothing to do or worry about only to soak up the entire day and enjoy it . The team at Springfort Hall are so experienced they anticipated our every need. The weather was fabulous on the day and we were able to have the wedding ceremony out on the front lawn as planned. The food was absolutely delicious, the timings were spot on, there were no delays throughout the entire day. All of our guests spoke so highly of the venue and the amazing food, setting and service. I can't thank Marcella enough her kind and friendly approach. She had us at ease throughout the entire experience, and she answered our countless questions with really supportive and helpful advice. Our needs and expectations were 100% met. We highly recommend Springfort Hall as an amazing wedding venue!

A Truly Unforgettable Wedding at Springfort Hall
From start to finish, our wedding at Springfort Hall in Mallow, Co. Cork, was nothing short of spectacular. Aoife and I can honestly say it was the best day of our lives, and we’ve been overwhelmed by the feedback from our guests. Everyone kept telling us it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and we owe so much of that to the incredible service and stunning venue.
Springfort Hall itself is a beautiful and intimate setting, the perfect mix of elegance and charm. The picturesque surroundings and the atmosphere of the venue truly set the tone for a magical day. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was flawless, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team.
A special thank you to Marcella, our wedding planner, whose attention to detail and organization was unmatched. Marcella took care of every little thing, ensuring everything went smoothly, from the ceremony to the reception. She truly made us feel at ease, and her support made all the difference.
We are also incredibly grateful to Paul, the owner of Springfort Hall, whose personal touch and commitment to excellence was evident throughout the entire process. Paul ensured that everything was perfect, from the initial planning stages to the big day itself. His passion for creating memorable experiences is evident in every corner of the venue.
And, of course, a heartfelt thank you to Michelle, the banquet manager, who made sure the reception was absolutely seamless. The food was exceptional, the timing was flawless, and the entire dining experience was top-notch. Michelle’s dedication to perfection ensured that we and our guests were well taken care of from start to finish.

We had our wedding in June in Springfort Hall. The staff are so professional and Paul and Marcella were on hand to answer any questions in the lead up to the wedding. They really put us at ease. The reception room was decorated beautifully and the food is exceptional! All our guests were raving about the food especially the beef!

The team at Springfort Hall were incredibly dedicated to making sure that everything we dreamed about for our big day could happen. Marcella was our Wedding Coordinator and she was always very helpful and quick to reply to any questions we had, as well as being a friendly face to help ensure the planning was as stress-free as possible. Our guests were blown away by the natural beauty of the grounds, the gorgeous setting of the Banquet Room, and most of all the delicious food. Some of our guests who travelled from other countries are still talking about coming back to Ireland just to try the Springfort signature beef again!
We couldn’t be more thrilled with how Marcella and the team used their expertise in wedding planning to help us make sure everything went perfectly and we could not recommend Springfort Hall more.

The venue was beautiful. The manager Paul was incredibly helpful. From the very first meeting Paul was not only extremely professional but gave attention to detail plus was very caring. The staff worked extremely hard. Our guests have all commented on the service ,delicious food and the atmosphere of our special event. As a couple, and our family and friends we would absolutely recommend Springfort Hall not only for weddings but any other function.

We couldn't recommend Springfort Hall enough. From the moment we booked our wedding , the staff went above and beyond to help us have the most wonderful day. Marcella is an absolute pleasure to deal with and nothing was an issue. She made everything we wanted work and we will never be able to thank her enough. All the staff are so friendly and accommodating. All our guests commented on the venue and food and how amazing it all was! We really couldn't recommend Springfort Hall enough!

We got married in Springfort Hall in May 2024. Paul and the team were so kind and helpful. They served delicious food and everything was perfectly presented. The room was able to be decorated to our taste and the staff helped out when needed. They stored our decorations in advance and helped us clear them out after. I must have sent 20 random emailing questioning different things and they always replied quickly and with a friendly attitude. The grounds are gorgeous and we have stunning photos.

We were lucky enough to have our Wedding Reception hear on New Year's Eve 2023. It was without a doubt the best day. This is all thanks to Marcella and her Team in Springfort Hall. From the moment we stepped inside the door and met Marcella, we knew this is where we wanted to share our special day. Marcella planned the day with us in mind and made us feel at ease throughout.
Her professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. Any request we had was never too much. The banqueting hall, all the team and the food are remarkable. We are living in Limerick with the Hotel only 40 minutes away which is so convenient.
Once you enter the gate you are in another world and don't want to leave. All our guests have been commenting on this since our special day. Thank you Marcella for your patience and making our day so special, we will never forget it. Also to Michelle who minded us all evening.
The hotel has only recently added some cabins to their accommodation suite. These were very popular with our guests and are a real home away from home.

We honestly feel like the luckiest people to have had our wedding in Springfort Hall, absolutely every detail was perfect.
It's the most stunning venue, but the staff are the jewel in the Crown here.
Their availability, attention to detail, food, service and overall professionalism make Springfort a stand out venue for any occasion.

From the moment we stepped into Springfort Hall we knew our wedding day would be amazing. Marcella is such an asset to this hotel, there aren't enough words to describe how fantastic she is! She goes above and beyond for you and does it with a smile on her face, I would say that whatever they are paying her, it's not enough as she really does so much more than her job description. Marcella is the reason we booked here and we will always be so grateful to her for making our wedding planning process so easy. Another special mention to Michelle who again deserves a pay rise, she was with us throughout the entire weekend and looked after us and our guests so well, at one stage the band were playing a dance song and Michelle took it upon herself to hand out all of our glowsticks to our guests as she thought it would be the perfect moment for them and it really was. They are both so brilliant at their jobs and really are made for hospitality. The whole team at Springfort Hall were so lovely, each staff member was so good to us and nothing was ever a problem. The food is also unreal here, if you're lucky enough to get married here you have to have the brie & the beef on your menu, you won't regret it! We are still getting text messages from our guests telling us that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding! We were so lucky to have our ceremony outside on the lawn which meant so much to us and we also hosted a BBQ the day after our wedding which was also unbelievable, again he food and service was brilliant. I never thought I would enjoy my wedding day as much as I did and that is down to the team at Springfort Hall, thank you all so much for everything!!

Paul and the rest of the staff were a pleasure to work with. He took care of all of the details running up to the day putting our nerves to rest with his experience. Michelle was a pleasure to work with. She swooped in during the prep and set up making sure none of the smaller details we wanted were forgotten and making sure we felt prepared for the big day.

We celebrated our wedding here back in August. From contacting Springfort Hall day one we knew this was going to be our venue. The grounds/location/food and service was exceptional and we knew our guests would really enjoy it. Everybody spoke so highly of the food and the service. We really had the best day in the best venue and we could not thank you enough for everything you did to make our day truly amazing. The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. We recently celebrated our wedding here. The staff from reception to the cleaners they are amazing I don't know if they sleep at all. The friendliest people. Rooms are spacious and relaxing.! Food is amazing. It's a 10/10 a hidden gem. It is the most picturesque setting. And worth taken a trip.

Springfort Hall was a fabulous location for our Wedding. Paul and team stood on their heads to make our day magical. The service was outstanding, the food was delicious, the venue was beautiful, and nothing was too much of an ask. The Springfort team ensured that every guest was cared for and Michelle (our wedding coordinator) was my little angel on the day, consistently checking in to see if we needed anything and made sure everything ran smoothly. There aren't enough stars I could give or enough nice things we could say to give all of the staff at this beautiful venue the credit they deserve. Marcella was fabulous to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. The experience we had with Springfort Hall made planning the wedding an extremely easy and stress-free process. On the day itself, we could not have asked for everything to play out more smoothly. The staff have weddings down to a fine art. We got married on NYE 2022 at Springfort Hall and we couldn't fault a thing. Marcella is an incredible resource to this place and will become a friend throughout the whole wedding planning process. Any request we had was not too much trouble, we had frequent contact with the team and they really couldn't have done more for us.

Springfort Hall is the most beautiful venue for a wedding. Being from Mallow I knew straight away this is where I wanted to have my wedding. From day one Marcella was so helpful in going through everything with us. She was always at the end of the phone or email throughout the whole planning process and gave great advice to us. We couldn't have asked for more on our day it was just perfect, staff and management at Springfort Hall were outstanding and I would highly recommend Marcella to anyone thinking of getting married at Springfort Hall.

We had our special day at Springfort Hall on 10th of September 2022. From the moment we viewed and met the staff in Springfort Hall we knew this was the venue. Managers Paul and Marcella are so welcoming and we instantly felt as if it was a home away from home feeling. Paul and Marcella were so accommodating and flexible especially as we booked during covid times. Anything we asked they accommodated us and our day really wouldn't have gone as smooth without them. They made us feel relaxed and were our sidekicks all the way through the day. They also worked well with vendors on the day and made them feel welcomed and looked after.
The food was just outstanding. We are looking forward to spending Sundays at Springfort Hall for a roast dinner and more!
They have recently added Log Cabins and we look forward to having a night away soon and exploring them.

Marcella and all the staff at Springfort Hall, yhank you so much for all your help in the lead up to our wedding day. We knew from the moment we drove up the drive to Springfort Hall that we'd love to have our reception there and it did not disapoint, we loved the old traditional country vibe.
It was lovely to drive in on the day and see all our guests out on the lawn enjoying the drinks reception. The food was amazing, still when we meet people who were at the wedding they rave about how tasty and plentiful the food was.
All the staff went above and beyond for not just Daniel and myself but also all our guests between arranging taxis and even collecting some from the train station. We were all made feel so welcomed and at home.
The next day was so chilled and relaxed with no panic on us to leave the rooms, we were able to sit around the garden enjoy the sunshine and our last few guests.
It was lovely to drive in on the day and see all our guests out on the lawn enjoying the drinks reception. The food was amazing, still when we meet people who were at the wedding they rave about how tasty and plentiful the food was.

We got married in Springfort Hall on Saturday 23rd July 2022. To all you future brides I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish they were an absolute dream to deal with. We had the most wonderful unforgettable summer wedding. From the second we arrived at the house we were treated like royalty. Marcella was our wedding coordinator, she is not only professional but one of the most genuine nicest people you could meet. She was quick to respond to any queries and nothing was too much trouble. She's very experienced and efficient and was a great help with planning out the details of the wedding and made it as stress free as possible. The special touches on the day were amazing and the venue staff were just phenomenal to us, our guests and to other vendors who were providing services on the day.
The venue itself is such a beautiful country house set in the picturesque grounds of north Cork, the surroundings of this stunning house are vast and tranquil. You get a very intimate personalised feel and we felt as if it was our own for the weekend. Over the course of the entire weekend the staff just couldn't do enough for us, but with a genuine and lovely personal approach. You have the choice of getting married outside on the lawn or inside, both are perfect.

When picking our wedding venue there were two things very important to us. We wanted to get married outside and we really wanted Restaurant standard in the food. We needed the staff to work with our vision and anybody whoever has the pleasure of having a meal in Springford hall knows the food is more than 5 star. The venue is more than a country house its a country home. The Location is so beautiful for the photos and the staff could not have looked after us or our Guests anymore. Hands down it was the best value for money and Quality for service in cork. All the staff made our wedding planning so much fun and nothing was a problem at all. If your looking for Professional but Relax venue Springford Hall has it all.

We got married in July 2022 and it was short notice only 3 months to Plano the whole wedding and the staff couldn't of been more helpful the day was amazing and they did everything they could to help me as much as they could we will be returning for our one year anniversary just to mark the occasion where we had our wedding celebrations the room was amazing looking after they put all my bits around and reasonable rate rooms we needed one four the baby sitter and four kids and they did everything they could to help on the day springfort hall is a great place to have yere wedding don't delay book today we where lucky enough they got a cancellation for the day we wanted thanks to everyone who works at springfort hall

Where do I start?? I have been hesitant to write a review for Paul and Michelle and Springfort Hall as I felt I couldn't do the staff or the venue justice. We had our wedding here in July 22 and to say it was the most amazing day of our lives belittles the actually experience of our wedding. From the first second we drove up to Springfort hall, we knew we were making the right choice with our venue. Everywhere else paled in comparison. The treatment we got at every turn from Paul and Michelle and indeed every single staff member that ever dealt with us was second to none. The house itself, the food, the staff.. I actually can't sum up how amazing everyone and everything was. We could not recommend this country house more as a wedding venue. We were so happy we chose Springfort Hall Hotel as our wedding venue. Marcella was so efficient with us from the beginning and she had so much advice for us about what is available with the packages and and how the day would run. She was responsive to all our emails and messages and really easy to get on with nothing was ever a bother and anything we wanted she accomadated. We found the staff really welcoming towards all our guests and the service was well done on the night. Since our wedding we have had multiple guests compliment the food from the night and were delighted with the choice available. We were able to take our photos on the beautiful grounds which was also an added bonus. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue for your day and we are looking forward to going back soon.

From the very start of our wedding journey Springfort Hall Hotel was an absolute dream to deal with. We got married on the 10th June 2022 and having my wedding with Springfort I struggled to relate to the cliche of weddings being stressful as Paul and his team took care of absolutely everything. The bridal party stayed the night before the wedding in the hotel and we were treated like royalty. Paul had organised rooms for the wedding party to stay and had the room set up in the morning for my make up artist and hair dresser. When it came to the day of the wedding Michelle wowed the room with introductions and stepped in to read best wishes from relatives abroad when it was too emotional for family to read them. Everyone from the wedding still talk about the dinner served especially the beef that went down as a favourite all round. I couldn't possibly explain how grateful we are to Springfort for everything. Having my wedding there was the easiest decision in the world and would highly recommend to anyone.

We got married in Springfort Hall in May 2022 and I can't recommend it enough. Great location, beautiful inside area, outside garden area and beautiful building, plenty of parking, beautiful view. It was our dream venue and we with it. We had to cancel & reschedule the wedding twice due to Covid restrictions, Marcella and her team were amazing and were so helpful the entire way through. Marcella, Paul, Michelle and all the staff in Springfort couldn't have done more for us during the planning stages and on the day of our wedding. Due to uncertainty of the last 3 years around COVID-19 we had to reschedule our wedding twice and Marcella made the process very easy for us. She was always there at the other end of the phone to help and advise and was also a great friend! The venue itself and the food prepared and provided to our guests was top class. We had never been to a wedding ourselves in Springfort prior to our own big day but all anyone raved about when we mentioned our venue was the staff helpfulness and the beef!! We were particularly lucky with the weather on the day and this enabled us to have our drinks reception on the front lawn which meant that we really benefited from everything the beautiful grounds have to offer. We would highly recommend Springfort Hall as a wedding venue and we will be back for plenty lunches/dinners and other occasions in future years. Thank you to all the team!

Springfort Hall couldn't do anymore for us on the day of our wedding! The staff and wedding organisers were brilliant. They change d little details the night before the wedding. They were on call form that morning and throughout the build up to it.
They accommodated every idea we had as well as stabled out horses and trap the night before the wedding and the night of it. (Four horses)
They also got all guests in and quite while our two year old came in on his pony to make sure he or the pony didn't get a fright. Everything we had spoken about before the day was remembered and done. I genuinely couldn't recommend them enough.
As for the food. Only one word Devine!!!
We would do it all over again with Springfort in Hall in a heart beat.

Cannot recommend this place enough, from the minute we set our appointment to view their amazingly gorgeous banquet hall, we were treated like royalty. The staff are the most nicest friendliest people who are so obliging. I wish everyday we could re-live our wedding at Springfort Hall. There is not one thing I would change about our day, they took the stress out of everything for me & were there to help or answer any of the million questions I had. The day itself went so smoothly & I would not have been able to do it all without the help of Marcella & Michelle....they were amazing! Went above & beyond for me in every step of the way. Every single on of my guests commented on how nice the meal was at Springfort Hall (their beef especially is something else) & how nice the staff are, even the next day was so chilled. No one was rushed out of their rooms to check out so could take their time. I honestly wouldn't look any further than Springfort Hall if planning a wedding.

We had the best day for our Wedding in Springfort Hall! The food (omg - the deep fried brie and the beef), the service, the setting... All amazing! Couldn't have asked for a more perfect day, Marcella especially was so helpful, answering my every annoying little question in the build up and checked up on me the morning of the wedding, giving me an update on and seeing how we were getting on (we stayed the night before). Marcella went above and beyond for us. Our venue had to be changed due to covid with about 12 weeks notice and the Springfort hall did not disappoint! The food staff and venue were incredible! Got married in Springfort Hall HOURS after Covid restrictions came in and just before the first lockdown. We had 40 hours to alter the wedding to suit restrictions and Paul and all the staff at Springfort were superb with all the last minute changes that had to be made. Our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be and we totally relaxed knowing everything was in hand. The food was exceptional, the decor amazing and the staff went above and beyond. I literally have only huge praise for this venue and would recommend anyone to get married here!

The staff at Springfort Hall are worth the entrance fee alone. They were extremely helpful both in planning what we wanted in advance and also when delivering on the day.Their flexibility to accommodate every request is unheard of. Having spoken with other couples getting married in other venues most people we spoke to were amazed at how accommodating they were at Springfort Hall. The food is the best that we have ever had at a wedding venue and all of our guests commented the same thing to us afterwards. Marcella the wedding planner was a key reason for us going with the venue and we honestly couldn't have been happier with her and the venue on the day. They promised a lot and delivered it all. The staff at Springfort Hall were fantastic, Marcella, the wedding co-ordinator could not have been more helpful and obliging in the lead up and on the day. Everything ran smoothly, the food was delicious and they really made every effort to give us what we wanted. Outside of the unbelievable value for money and the exceptional quality of the food and drink, I couldn't possibly put into words the experience we had with Springfort Hall. We couldn't say it was perfect because we wanted perfection and they exceeded that. I worked in hospitality for years and so would be more in tune with anything going wrong, there wasn't ONE THING. We were both so so relaxed. Paul is a credit to an amazing team. There wasn't one staff member that didn't treat us like family and I'll be forever grateful for every single person we met during the day and the preparation.

From the minute we contacted Springfort Hall we knew we were in good hands. Both Paul and Marcella were so accommodating and friendly yet so professional. We knew we didn't need to go see any other venues and booked right there and then on our first visit. Springfort Hall had exactly the atmosphere and surroundings we were after- a private country house feel but without the extortionate cost! But the high quality food, excellent service and hardworking staff were what really sealed the deal. We didn't worry about a single thing on the day as the staff went above and beyond to look after us and our guests. So many of our guests were raving about the food, the wine, the staff, the banquet room, the atmosphere. We can't recommend Springfort Hall highly enough. We couldn't have asked for more!

From the moment we entered Springfort Hall we were made feel so welcome and knew it was the venue for us and ...... we had visited a lot!!! The relaxed atmosphere was perfect and the food was absolutely out of this world!! All of our guests said they had never received a meal like it!! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful whenever we visited and on the day could not have done enough. Marcella was fantastic to work with and was always so quick to respond to any question or query we had, despite how silly!! Liz was also extremely lovely to deal with and ensured the day ran so smoothly. On the day there was so many different places to take pictures which meant we had a variety of snaps. There was great space but still felt like such an intimate venue to be able to enjoy with our guests. We were so relaxed leading up to the day as we knew it was in the most capable hands of all at Springfort Hall which meant we could enjoy the build up and not worry about the day! The only problem we had was the day was not long enough!!!! Thanks so much to all at Springfort Hall for helping create one of our best days ever!!

I could not recommend them highly enough!!! Our original venue had to cancel on us 15 weeks prior to the wedding in a panic I emailed and rang I don't know how many places! Then Marcella rang me one evening and it all went from there! The fact we had only 14 weeks to prepare didn't phase her in the slightest! It was like ringing an old friend to have a chat anytime I needed something or needed some reassurance. Springfort Hall has a home from home feeling tbey arw all very very calm yet super organised. Our guests said it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to! The day went off so smoothly and the food was absolutely incredible! If I could I would do the whole day again the exact same from start to finish! They are truly incredible to work with!!

We had an absolute magical wedding in Springfort Hall in July. The whole day from start to finish was perfect and this was all down to the professionalism of the wedding planner, Marcella. I honestly cannot understand why people get married elsewhere! Everything from the beautiful hotel & gardens, the food, the wine & the hospitality we received was top class. The only problem is that it's all over& I only wish we could do it all over again!.. We're already looking forward to our 1st year anniversary in the hotel!

We had our wedding reception on the 29th of June 2018 at Springfort Hall and it was simply outstanding! The venue is stunning and it has a real charm to it, there was plenty of space yet it felt intimate like the place was ours.
I cannot explain how amazing Marcella was throughout the whole process. From the first day I met her she made everything so easy. We live in England but I'm from Cork originally. I was initially daunted by the idea of arranging a wedding from across the water but I need not have worried. Marcella was always on the end of a call/text/email for whatever I needed, but to be honest everything was so well taken care of there wasn't much organising to do!
On the wedding day itself Liz was on hand for anything we needed, she was great, such fun and couldn't do enough for us. All the rest of the team were outstanding from reception to bar staff and everyone in between.
We were blessed with glorious weather and the lawn out the front of the house with the drinks reception and live music was heavenly!
Springfort Hall is well known for it's great food and it was simply fabulous. We are still getting compliments. A lot of our English guests were amazed by how you can feed that many people, that much food, to such a high standard!

Nothing was too big or too small. The reception was amazing, the meal was so delicious, people are still talking about it! Everything went off so smoothly, Brendan and I were able to concentrate on enjoying ourselves having complete confidence in the staff on the day. We really couldn't have asked for more. Marcella and the team at Springfort Hall really couldn't have done enough for us, we were blown away by their hospitality. From the moment we arrived until the minute we left, nothing was too much bother. All of our guests commented on how incredible the food in particular was! A lot of our English guests couldn't get over the amount of choice and how hot and delicious all of the courses were. We will definitely be returning to Springfort Hall and are so grateful for all of the hard work from all of the amazing staff there that enabled us to have a wonderful time had celebrating our special day.

We celebrated our wedding at Springfort Hall on the 12th of May this year and were absolutely delighted with the service from start to finish! Newly engaged, we started looking at venues in Cork and Kerry in January 2017, with no specific wedding date in mind. We attended a wedding fair in Springfort Hall in February and were blown away by the room, so much so, that we had our wedding day booked by time we left! We would highly recommend going to their wedding fairs to see the fabulous set-up and to sample the delicious food ;-) Marcella, the wedding coordinator and Paul, the Manager were lovely and extremely accommodating from the beginning. At no point did we feel like we had to bargain with them and they helped us with anything we asked for!
On the day of the wedding, everything was set up beautifully and just how we had asked for. We have to mention Liz in particular as she was so welcoming and made sure that everything was perfect! We had already known that Springfort Hall is renowned for their food but it was lovely to hear how much our guests enjoyed it....we're still get compliments! Guests who hadn't been to Springfort before also loved the countryside setting. The venue also has a great dancefloor...great for both the dancers and for those who prefer to sit and watch!

You and your staff went above and beyond to give David and I the best wedding day possible. Nothing we suggested or asked for was too much trouble, from the blaas, to the fussball table, to my dad's favourite wine. We were able to put so many personal touches to the wedding, which made the day so memorable and meaningful. Thank you so much for decorating the venue so beautifully. Everything was perfect, from the table plan, to the shot glass arrangement, to our little trolls arranged on the tables.
The food was out of this world, and so many guests commented on how great it was. We also really appreciate you allowing us to serve some craft beers at the welcome reception and the limoncello after dinner.

Superb service from start to finish.
From the time we booked to the day afterwards Paul and his staff were incredibly helpful, with paul happy to take enquiry's on his mobile phone at any time.
The food was superb and part of the deal was an opportunity to do a tasting of the menu several weeks before the event in which we got to try several meals for free and plan the menu accordingly
The room itself is large, bright, comfortable and depending on the size of your wedding able to accommodate an awful lot of guests. We had 132 guests at our wedding.
The venue itself is large picturesque and beautiful with two bars, lots of parking, and even in the event of dreadful weather impacting on your photographs Springfort hall itself is a wonderful setting for the backdrop of any wedding photos.
The event went smoothly and promptly with everything happening punctually, but there was also flexibility so if the wedding party was late that the food would be delayed accordingly.
Their ability to accommodate last second guests was also most appreciated, not to mention that the staff were very relaxed on things like late checkouts and early check ins to accommodate people who had travelled a good distance

Words cannot do enough justice for this venue. From the moment we walked in we were made feel like it was home. Marcella and Paul were amazing and were only a message away anytime we needed them (which wasn't often as they had everything under control from the get go) The venue on the day was breathtaking and if we could have our day all over again we wouldn't change a thing! People are still taking about the food weeks later!

Springfort Hall made our wedding day just perfect. From day one Marcella was fantastic from making our booking to accomidating all of our requests throughout the planning process. Paul and all of the staff on the day were amazing too. The food was out of this world, anyone down in the Mallow direction should pop in for lunch or dinner!

From the moment we walked in the door on our first visit, to the time we left to go on honeymoon, the service was faultless. We had looked at other local venues, but the professionalism, friendliness and efficiency shown to us in Springfort Hall made it very easy to choose.
Marcella took us under her wing straight away. She is totally professional, calm under pressure, very friendly and great fun. We felt we could trust her straight away. Nothing was a hassle. Our every need and requirement was met. The staff were amazing, so much so, that at 4am on the night of our wedding one of the night staff took some of our friends to their B&B in her own car! Now that is service above and beyond!!
We didn't worry about a single thing leading up to our wedding or during the day of the wedding because we knew Marcella, Paul and the Springfort team had it all under control. This allowed us to relax and mingle with our guests instead of of worrying about anything, and we were able to really enjoy ourselves.
Even after the wedding when I had to contact Marcella because my Mother lost her own wedding ring at my wedding, Marcella pulled out all the stops with people looking for it, staying in touch and updating me. The wedding ring was found elsewhere. But I feel it is important to note that the after service was as good as all the other service.
To Marcella, Paul and all the gang at Springfort, you gave us a great day. All of our guests have commented in some way or another on the venue, the food and the warmth and friendliness of the staff at Springfort.

We were married in Springfort hall in December! From the moment we stepped inside, it was always going to be our wedding venue! The old decor, the relaxed and cozy setting it was perfect for our winter wedding ! With a country home vibe yet the team were easily able to cater for our large wedding of 230 guests! From start to finish, nothing was a problem for Paul and the wedding team! We were given their full attention, guidance and support! Our guests absolutely raved about the venue and the food is still a topic for discussion amongst our friends ! I feel like we got such good value for money at springfort hall and the team always advised us so genuinely! we created the most wonderful memories there on the day and in the lead up to our wedding! We cannot wait to return to celebrate our one year anniversary!

Springfort Hall was the best choice for us on our wedding day December 2017! We would highly recommend Marcella to anyone. She facilitated us from the word go.. and even now, we would warmly recommend her to any couple. She worked with the image we had for our wedding day, an inclusive relaxed child friendly atmosphere for all guests to enjoy. It is the perfect location especially if you have a lot of families attending as is safe and in essence yours for the wedding day and morning after. In regard to their food... exquisite!! - and that was not just based on our own thoughts but the positive feedback from all wedding guests too. You have nothing to worry about here with catering for guests with dietary requirements - an effortless task to the amazing chef Victor, who goes above and beyond. The atmosphere at Christmas the hotel generates is truly magical, with a natural welcoming ambience when interacting with every staff member in the hotel. It really is something special to capture. Help and a smile is always at hand. You really are in safe hands choosing Springfort Hall as your wedding destination!!!

We had our wedding here on November 4th last and everything from start to finish was just perfect. Paul, Liz, and Marcella were so attentive, and no request was too big. Every email or telephone call was returned very quickly, and the welcome extended to us all had us feeling like we were in a friend's home rather than a hotel. The setting is wonderful - a beautiful country house, tree-lined drive. The food is second to none (try the Featherblade!). Every member of staff excelled. I couldn't find a single fault with our day.

We were married at springfort hall and myself and my husband can honestly say it was truly amazing ....when we first seen springfort hall we knew it was for us it's absoulety stunning inside and out .... We didn't even have to go anywhere else for pics as there is amazing grounds for pics .... Our guests were in awe of the place.... they taught the service was outstanding ... The place itself is stunning ... The food is amazing I have never in my life has beef like it ... .... U will travel the length and breath of the country to find a place like springfort hall that simply has everything ... We got married outside our guests sat on bales it was amazing .... Plus can I just say thanks too Liz for really everything she done for us this girl has too be one of the nicest girls we have met she will put your mind at ease and make you feel so much at home there .... Not only is Springfort Hall a beautiful location with great food, the staff here are amazing and helped to make the day really stress free. Paul and Liz offered great advice and support. They helped us with everything from lugging boxes into the venue to setting up the room and even putting together gift boxes for the kids. Nothing was too much trouble! We would highly recommend the venue and can't wait to visit again.

We loved every minute of our wedding day from the champagne and red carpet reception to the yummy food in the residents bar. Every single detail was covered everything that we had asked of them they went over and above to do. The room decor was gorgeous and simply perfect- the food was so so so delicious all our wedding guests spoke so highly of the amazing food. Not a stone went unturned and their was attention to detail in everything. Thank you Springfort hall for making our day the most perfect day ever. It was just like a fairytale ?????

From meeting with Paul, our meal tasting & discussing the finer details with the Kieran the wedding coordinator Springfort Hall offered a great service. They catered to our every need ensuring picking & finalising our venue was stress free. Anytime we had a question they were quick to respond & willing to accommodate all our ideas. We received fantastic feedback from our guests on the food & on the friendliness & efficiency of the staff on the day. Everything was fantastic!

I couldn't recommend this hotel enough we had our wedding there 3 years ago they made us feel so special and they couldn't do enough for us especially kieran he took great care of us and d food was amazing

We got married in Springfort Hall earlier this year, we had our Civil Ceremony there and our reception afterwards. I couldn't speak highly enough of the venue. It's a naturally beautiful venue full of character, combined with great staff, exceptional food and service, it really is top class. Paul and Kieran worked with us from the start to make sure everything was perfect on the day. They were incredibly flexible with the ability to have our drinks reception inside or outside weather depending. The room for our ceremony was beautifully laid out and again transformed in the evening for the reception.The food was absolutely delicious and the service excellent. All in all it was the perfect venue and would have no hesitation in recommending.

We had our Wedding in Springfort Hall this Summer and couldn't be happier with our choice. We looked at quite a number of venues and from the start Springfort stood out from the rest. The staff there, in particular Paul & Kieran were extremely helpful, flexible and thorough, always making us feel at ease. Attention to detail was second to none, from colour schemes to menu planning to drinks reception, everything was seamless. The venue itself is beautiful and has a more intimate feel than a lot of hotels we saw. The food was top class, so many of our guests commented on it. All in all I would really recommended Springfort Hall, it has character, excellent staff, beautiful food and we felt it was very good value!

My hubby and I had our wedding at Springfort Hall this summer and we were super delighted with EVERYTHING and our guests were equally complementary. In summary,we made our booking and confirmed the details with Paul whom was a gentleman, reasonable and worked to ensure that what we wanted was achieved. Our food tasting session was amazing, we really did get to taste so much of the menu so as to make our choices and we were well looked after. The lamb chops and the duck starter are amazing. We do not say this lightly- we have stayed and dined in up to 6-star hotels and the food here was excellent. Equally some of our more 'particular' guests were drooling at the mouth and the desert plate is unique- not seen anything like it at other weddings. Samantha and Kieran helped us out with details in terms of decor etc. Samantha in particular went over and above and I can truely say she treated our (my) requests like as if she was a member of our family or a good friend and was as invested in making my 'vision' come through as I was. She is absolutely lovely and the guests are still talking about her (not my name) but because she was 'everywhere' and making everyone feel welcome. There was even one mistake made on my part with organising and she resolved it on the day with the guests in question and I never knew until my sister told me. This is testament to the type of service which is supplied by Springfort and the way they view your day and bride demands! ;-) They were ALWAYS kind, polite and helpful. The venue itself is amazing- I'm not sure the pictures do it justice. We had a sunny day and all our guests could sit out on the lawn drinking champagne and eating canapes- it looked so beautiful and relaxed when we drove in. Our guests said that it was the most relaxed environment for a wedding. It felt like home from home for all of us for the 2 days.

We were at a wedding last weekend in Springfort Hall Hotel - WHAT A FANTASTIC HOTEL - the food was amazing the function room is just gorgeous and staff would bend over backwards for you - I would highly recommend it - pity we've had our wedding already!!!
