Everything from start to finish in The Talbot was amazing. Rebecca & her team went above & beyond & there wasn't anything we needed to worry about. They even helped up pick songs on the day as we couldn't make up our minds. The Bridal party were giving a room downstairs to get ready in which was brilliant because we weren't all crammed into the bedroom to get ready. The day went off without a hitch & everything from the champagne reception to the dinners were on point. People are still talking about the food & how nice the staff were. I would highly recommend The Talbot to anyone getting married.

I don't even know were to start with the Talbot Hotel wexford . The staff are absolutely amazing. I had Rebecca as my wedding planner from the Talbot and she is absolutely fantastic just like all the rest. She done everything for us all we had to do was do our food tasting and show up on the day she was absolutely fantastic. The food is out of this world amazing credits to the chefs . The floor staff and management are very professional and very friendly.. the rooms are fantastic very spacious with some beautiful views. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone couple who wish to have an amazing stress free wedding .. like my 2 friends who got married here just weeks after my wedding bearing in mind they had no intention of getting married until they came to mine and seen how fantastic and stress free my wedding was .. the wedding packages are very good and have most of the things you need to add extras to your day . I have so much more I can say about this amazing well kept and super staff hotel .. so thanks again Rebecca Elaine gorden and the many ither amazing staff who helped us have the best day of our lives and people still talking about it . Ps everyone say the best wedding they have been at food was tops thanks again everyone .

I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with the Talbot Hotel Wexford. We booked before COVID 19 was a factor, and each step on the way the team were there to support us through. With the ever changing restrictions, Rebecca & Maria were on hand to advise how we were impacted. Any questions we had (there were many) were dealt with professionally and responsively. When our big day finally arrived in the height if Level 5 restrictions, they helped ensure we had the special day every couple deserves. We were delighted to celebrate we a small group of family & friends. From start to finish, food service and accommodation, we cannot recommend the Talbot enough. Thanks to all the team involved in our special day.

When we initially booked our wedding two years ago, we could never have anticipated that we would be getting married in the midst of a global pandemic. Unfortunately, this meant we had to postpone our original June date. Rebecca, the wedding coordinator and all the staff in the Talbot, were so reassuring and made the process of moving our date to October 2020 as stress free as possible. The Trojan work that Rebecca and all the staff did to make our special day happen did not go unnoticed. With all the uncertainty around Covid restrictions, no matter what time of the day or night we had a question either Rebecca or Maria were there to answer it. Our day went ahead with 50 people and I commend and thank all the staff of the Talbot for helping to give us the magical day we dreamed of. No matter the issue, big or small there was someone there to spring into action immediately. The way the room was set up by hotel staff really added to the intimate atmosphere. Our guests were really impressed by the service they received and the fabulous food. We really can't thank Rebecca, Maria and all the staff of the Talbot more. They gave us the day we had dreamed of against all odds and we couldn't be more grateful for all their work and support. We recommend the Talbot Wexford 100% for any prospective brides and grooms. They went above and beyond for us and no doubt they will go above and beyond to give you your special day too!

We couldn't have asked for more from the team at the Talbot. We had to arrange our wedding within 8 weeks due to covid complications and Maria, Rebecca and their team did everything in their power to give us and our families the most special day. The team take all your stress away and there were no issues whatsoever. Our guests felt safe and relaxed the whole time we were there which is so important during these strange times. Anything we asked for, we got. The food and service was outstanding throughout the day. We weren't sure what to expect due to the guidelines but it was the best day of our lives.

The staff at the Talbot were so helpful and friendly from beginning to end - especially Kevin, Maria and Rachel. The venue itself was decorated beautifully by the staff for our big day, they even gave us the option of putting up Christmas decorations early for us! All of our guests loved the food, especially the tayto packs and sausage rolls provided by the hotel at the end of the night! The venue is also located centrally, which our guests really enjoyed the day after the wedding as they could explore Wexford town and enjoy themselves. The wedding packages are such amazing value and give you piece of mind as the hotel cover everything you can think of, from catering to decorating and they even provided a private bar for us on the second night From start to finish our day was perfect, I would highly recommend the Talbot Hotel to anyone planning a wedding.

There are not enough amazing things I could say about our wedding at the Talbot Hotel, from the first time we sat down with Kevin and dealt with the wonderful Maria and Rebecca right up until we checked out they were absolutely fantastic. They pulled out all the stops to help make our day the best day of our lives. From the amazing staff in the hotel to the beautiful food every one of our guests left extremely happy and have all been talking about it since. I would recommend that anybody who wants to get married in a fantastic county like Wexford the Talbot should be top of their list.

We had the best day of our lives and nothing was too much for Rebecca she always answered my calls and emails very quickly and put my mind at rest with everything. The day went perfectly and the food was amazing everyone commented on how beautiful the food was the hotel was and how amazing the staff were. My cousin had his wedding reception in the Talbot 8 years ago so when I was getting married this year that was the first venue I was interested in looking at. I had been so impressed by the service of the staff at that wedding and I was not disappointed in the level of service at our wedding. All guests commented on how accommodating the staff were on the day. The food is always the first thing people mention when we talk to them about the wedding. Working with Rebecca in the months, weeks and days coming up to the wedding was simply a pleasure. Every detail was checked, checked and checked again. Rebecca really put our nerves at ease and we knew we didn't have to worry about anything to do with the hotel, everything was in hand. Last minute changes and late night emails were never an issue. On the day, as expected, things did not go according to our time plan and there were no issues with the staff when we asked if we could push things back a little later so we could spend time with our guests upon arriving. As you can imagine, on your wedding day there is so much going on that you can loose track of time but we had our event manager to help us at all times. Checking in at various times of the evening to see if there was anything we wanted, they reminded us to cut the cake, when to come in for the first dance, everything that you expect you will remember yourself but won't. All in all our wedding planning was made very simple thanks to the help from all the staff at the Talbot. If I could do the day all over again I wouldn't change a thing.

From the moment we booked the talbot hotel for our wedding they were fantastic. They were completely focused on exactly what we wanted our day to be. Nothing was too much trouble. Rebecca was fantastic and was so helpful with any questions we had and helping us plan our day. The day itself was better than we could of imagined. The food and service was excellent.
