Hi, ours was an indian wedding of 2 days, held here at the k club. We absolutely loved the venue, it's beautiful. They also have an Indian chef that catered to our needs. The k club team really help you plan the wedding to the finest detail
Overall the experience was good, there were a few hiccups on the day and a few things were not as we had discussed. But overall I would highly recommend the venue

What a grand event! We feel so fortunate to have been able to get married at the k club. We had a small 10 person wedding and we were coming from Canada. We didn't know exactly what to expect, but we read the reviews, did the homework and decided to commit. There's a few moments before you pull up through the gates that you hope everything was as advertised and it didn't just take a fantastic picture. Fingers crossed, we pulled up and were greeted with a tour of the grounds, where we will be getting married, our room and the spaces we'll be occupying. My beautiful bride was almost in tears and we both breathed a sigh of relief knowing that we made the absolute best call. Thank you to everyone, it was truly the most memorable, incredible experience we could have ever asked for.

We are so grateful to Rachael and the wedding team at the K Club for making our wedding day so special. We had an intimate family wedding reception at the hotel in November. Rachael made the planning process so simple and took care of every detail on the day, she was just lovely to deal with. We were blessed with a sunny November day and the grounds were fabulous for our photos. The reception rooms (Garden Room and Rococo Hall) were stunning. Our guests loved sitting on cosy armchairs by the open fires with their drinks. Dinner was in the Tara Suite which was decorated to perfection by the team, a wonderfully intimate setting on a winter evening. The food was incredible and the presentation beautiful. We cannot recommend this very special venue enough and have already been back for another stay.

We had the most amazing wedding day on 8th Oct 2022 at The K Club with huge huge thanks to Rachael, Jason, Ceaser and The K Club Team. From the start of the ceremony to the last drinks in the Palmer Suite everything ran flawless, was executed perfectly and all of our guests said they had the most wonderful day. The food and drink was absolutely delicious, the staff were so friendly and accommodating and we had the best day of our lives. The K Club is a stunning venue and we were blessed with fantastic weather, having our reception drinks outside and soaking up the wonderful surroundings and atmosphere. We could not recommend The K Club highly enough, Rachael is a total professional and nothing was ever an issue. We just wish we could do it all over again!

We had our wedding in the Kclub on 9/9/22 what a day it was, the staff could not of done more for us from the lead up to the the day of our wedding. We were treated with +5 star service and we had the most amazing day everything went so smooth from start to finish.

My partner and I had first visited the K Club in 2019 for a spa date and we were taken by the hospitality and the service of the staff so it was no wonder the K club was top of the list for wedding venues!
It was the first venue we visited for our wedding and we fell in love again. We met with Rachael who was wonderful and did an amazing job organising our 2 day Indian and Irish wedding in August 2022. She was on hand with all the pre-planning and always available to advise and lead us through the wedding planning, no matter what the request, she always made sure to help and calm our nerves!

On the day itself, we couldn't have asked for anything more. We had a beautiful Indian wedding on day 1 in the Legacy Suite and from the decor, to staff and the food, everything was wonderful. A special thanks to the chef who designed our menu to accommodate our Indian guests and food.
On day 2 for our Irish wedding , we held our ceremony in the stunning gardens outside...''it was something of out a movie'' as our guests told us! We then moved onto the Palmer suite with drinks at the terrace on a sunny August day and the views looking out at the golf club was very scenic. The gardens, rooms and the venue itself are beautiful, which shows in our wedding photos.

Thank you Rachael and all the staff, at the K Club for helping us celebrate the best weekend of our lives. The friendly faces, smiles and compliments throughout our wedding weekend made a very welcoming stay and fond memories to look back on.

My husband Patrick and I are a couple from New York City that recently had our dream wedding at The K Club in July '22 - postponed a year from its original date of July '21. Having originally selected the venue from afar sight unseen (other than the beautiful online photos/videos!) in Dec. '19 and with grand plans to visit in 2020 cancelled, it was quite the few years of (seamless) back and forth planning with the venue. To say our wedding weekend was highly-anticipated for ourselves and all of our 115 guests that flew in from around the world is an understatement and WOW - was it worth the wait.

From working with our wonderful wedding executive Rachael, to the unparalleled hospitality and kindness from the ENTIRE front of house staff extended to every single one of our guests, the rich assortment of on-site activities available (highly recommend falconry, clay pigeon shooting, and the spa), to Enda and the Straffan Inn team hosting the most fantastic welcome drinks, to every single individual more intimately involved with the execution of our wedding (both our Chinese Tea Ceremony that we held in the tea room + rehearsal dinner + wedding ceremony on the stunning lawn + cocktails + reception)...every single element blew us away. Pair all of that with a pristine 5-star venue fit for royalty and it was truly one for the ages.

Our guests were wildly impressed and we are just so grateful for the lifetime memories all thanks to the entire legendary team at The K Club.

We got married on the last Saturday in June and we couldn't have asked for a better venue for our reception. Everything down to the finest detail was perfect. We had a lot of international guests, so the wedding lasted for three days. This was again no problem as on the Friday night we were booked into the South Restaurant on the K Club grounds for a lovely meal. The morning of the wedding the staff where so accommodating. We flew back from the church to the K Club in a helicopter and were allowed to land in the garden of the K Club (Thanks Rachel) which was perfect for photos.
Even though we were probably a little late sitting down for the meal with photos and speaking to guests there was never any pressure put on us to get there and sit down for dinner.
The meal was spectacular as was the d?cor of the legacy suite and the food was served to everyone at the same time give or take a few minutes.
The morning after the wedding we played golf on the Palmer North course where the Ryder Cup was played. It was a surreal experience and even spotted a few celebrities.
To finish of that night, we had a BBQ in the Palmer Hotel (Also on the K Club grounds) which was the perfect way to finish one of the best weekends of our lives.
We cannot thank Rachel the wedding coordinator enough for all her help, nothing ever seemed to be a problem no matter how obscure our requests were.
The staff are the nicest people you would find anywhere in Ireland, and Stephen on the gate talked to us for 10 minutes even though there was a cue of cars behind us.
We will definitely be back soon for a visit in the near future.

From to the start to the finish our wedding was a dream. It wouldn't have been a dream without our amazing venue The K Club. Rachael our wedding planner was amazing and helped with the smooth running of our wedding. I would recommend this venue to everyone! Thank you to all the amazing staff on our wedding day for making our day special!

We had our wedding reception in the Palmer on June 11th. From the moment we made contact with Rachael she was a dream to work with, always very responsive and accommodating for our special day.

Unfortunately we tested positive for COVID 2 days before our tasting dinner. Luckily Rachael was only a phone call away. She was very understanding and rescheduled the tasting dinner for us without hesitation. The most challenging task which we encountered was narrowing down the fantastic menu options for the day.

On the morning of the wedding, Rachael popped up to the bridal suite where I was getting ready. She took all our little bits and pieces for the reception. This was a big relief as it was one less thing we had to worry about.

From our arrival in the hotel the day before the wedding, until we left, we were looked after so well by all the staff. We had an amazing few days in the K Club, we really cannot recommend them enough. No stone was left unturned. All guests and family members commented how perfect the newly renovated Palmer suite and surrounding grounds were. We got some beautiful photos throughout the picturesque gardens. We cannot wait to visit the hotel every year on our anniversary. Thanks to Rachael and all the amazing staff that made our day so special.

We got married in the K club this past June and the service provided was second to none. From the moment of of first enquiry Rachael couldn't do enough to help us. As it was during Covid and with many date and number changes Rachael was always so accomadating and flexible ensuring stress free planning. The aesthetic of the hotel and grounds made the day so magical. Our guests are still talking about the amazing food and the abundance of drinks and food served during the day and night. The staff in the hotel also just can't do enough to help with Tony is amazing and was on hand to make sure everyone was taken care of. The night before the wedding we were able to enjoy another fantastic meal in the South restaurant and have treatments done in the K spa which was yet another highlight. 100% recommend the K club for an extra special wedding and a day to truly remember. Thank you Rachael and team for not only meeting our expectations but exceeding them by a huge amount we will never forget our day and how amazing it was.

We had the most magical time at the K Club in May of this year. We had a big wedding (250+) and our numbers were managed with ease by the K Club. We were so well taken care of, by Rachael and all of the team in Straffan. The surroundings were nothing short of spectacular, and our guests were blown away by the beauty of the place. The whole day was nothing short of what you would expect from a 5 star venue, and day 2 in the Palmer was just as stunning. The food, drink, staff, venue etc were all top notch and we can't wait for our next visit to the K Club already!

We had our wedding on Easter Saturday 16th April in the K Club and honestly we could not have chosen a better venue. We booked it last year after we got engaged and luckily did not have to change dates or anything. I actually had never been to the K Club before we booked the wedding, and the fact that I was happy to book our wedding there having never set foot in the resort is a sure testament to the reputation and extremely high standards there. (Just to say, my husband had been there on a good few occasions, so we were not completely oblivious!!)
From the moment we went to the K Club on our first visit, to lunch with my sister there, to the menu tasting, to the final meeting before our wedding, we could not have been more impressed. The staff are so friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and they clearly enjoy their job. The Wedidng coordinator Rachael O'Brien was brilliant. She left no stone unturned for us, thought of all the small details and helped and guided us on our journey. It is no wonder that Rachael won the category for best wedding coordinator in Leinster in the weddingsonline awards 2022! Congratulations Rachael and very well deserved... We were honoured to have you to assist us.
Our guests feedback was also amazing - they were so impressed with the service, hospitality, the rooms, the food the relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in the Presedential suite for our wedding as it had adjoining bedrooms to accommodate our children. We were all so impressed with this suite and as for the balcony - absolutely fabulous view out over the gardens... the kids couldn't get enough of it.
The wedding menu was amazing - guests were so well provided for and all the dietary requests were met perfectly. The Inis Mor suite was a beautiful bright airy room for our ceremony and with decor it looked fabulous. The drinks reception was in the main house and the guests loved the ambiance and enjoyed the drinks reception live duet music. The Palmer was also perfect for our reception and there was plenty of room for the kids to be entertained in the lobby area and on the terrace. Overall, we had a fantastic experience in the K Club, i could not recommend it higher as a venue and we really look forward to spending our first anniversary there and many other visits in between now and then. The team in The K Club made our special day very special and totally stress free. Right from the start of the preparation, including a Covid cancellation, Rachel O'Brien assisted and advised us, through emails, phone calls and meetings. She provided us with her experiences on things which is vast that helped us to make decisions and we were provided with a step by step in advance of the day that was really assuring as it showed how prepared the team was. Nothing was a problem, all our requests for dealt with. From our arrival in the hotel the day before the wedding until we left the day after were were looked after so so well. The Bridal Suite is amazing and worth staying and extra night or two to enjoy the experience as the day and night of the wedding with all the coming and going would not allow you to experience the luxury of it to its full potential. Rachel came to visit us when we arrived and put us at ease. She was on hand when I returned to the resort after hair and makeup. We had no reason to have to look for anything on the day as everything was under control and it went so smoothly. We had the ceremony and the drinks reception in the main house and then had the dinner in the Palmer Suite. We had the ceremony in the Tara Suite, which got very hot after a while but that was soon sorted once moved to the drinks reception in the Garden Room that allowed access to the gardens and some cold but welcome fresh air. The transportation of the guests between both was seamless. The food was really really good with rave reviews from the guests on all but in particular for the duck starter, the leek and potato soup and the beef main course. We had guests join us in the evening and they were very impressed with the fish and chip cones and how they were served. The staff overall but in particular in the Palmer Suite were really great, very friendly and efficient. Check in and check out was easy, staff very friendly and the concierge team looked after us all very well. I would highly recommend The K Club for many reasons, location, easy access from M4 and M7, facilities, the ambience of the hotel, the food, which was excellence right through our stay, the service and the staff, each member of staff was friendly and efficient but most of all because of Rachel and the ease with which she put every little detail together and made our day so special and hassle free.

We cannot begin to thank The K Club and Rachael O?Brien enough for the amazing wedding day we had at the venue recently. We had set ourselves a challenge with only five months of planning during the difficult background of COVID but we had nothing to worry about at The K Club - they went the extra mile at every stage to make our wedding journey as smooth and enjoyable as imaginable. Really no detail was left out and the staff and team at the K Club were second to none both in the run up to the wedding and on the big day itself. The location is just stunning and the newly renovated Palmer room was breathtaking - our guests were blown away by how beautiful it was and our photos were stunning. The food was out of this world and really the tough choice was deciding what to have on the menu as it was all so good. Our guests have not stopped talking about just how much they enjoyed the food on the day. No stone was left unturned by the team at the K Club - our guests were looked after so well and had such an amazing time that many of them are already planning their next stay. We cannot wait to return for another visit and we cannot recommend the K Club highly enough to any couples thinking of getting married. The K Club we?re exceptional when organising our wedding with them. Rachael was especially accommodating with all the changes due to covid and always prompt and flexible with rearranging new dates when we needed to change and working around changes in our guest numbers! The day went perfect, service was exceptional and someone from the team was always at hand to help and assist from start the finish. Couldn't recommend the K Club enough if you are considering your wedding here. It's a timeless, classy venue which despite originally planning a summer wedding was equally as magical in winter.

We have so many great things to say about the K Club. Rachael was very helpful and flexible as we planned the wedding with her in 2021 in the middle of various pandemic restrictions.
The guests at our wedding gave us great feedback about the hotel staff, service and surroundings. They loved having the valet service, coats taken from them, extremely friendly waiters serving the drinks and a huge amount of the guests said it was the best meal they've had at a wedding. The duck and beef were big favourites! We loved the Palmer Room and it looked fantastic with the tasteful Christmas decorations.
Thanks to Jason for everything. Stephen and all of the men at the gate were so friendly to everyone on the day and any day we drove into the K Club beforehand. Tony and all of the staff at the entrance and concierge were also so helpful and friendly. A lot of guested commented on how friendly the drivers were and they were delighted to get a lift from the car park over to the drinks reception. Guests also commented on how lovely breakfast was and the two of us enjoyed it too.

To any couples thinking of booking the K Club for a wedding, we would highly recommend it as a wedding venue.

We had our wedding on Nov 12th in the K Club and we could not be any happier with how the day went, absolutely perfect. This is due to the top class work that Rachael O Brien and all her team do to make the day special for the couple. From the small details, to the big ticket items on the day - Rachael took care of everything which allowed us and our guests to enjoy the stunning resort and its surroundings. The attention to detail is the best I have seen. Despite trying to co ordinate our wedding with the potential of increased Covid restrictions Rachael had planned for every eventuality ,meaning that we didn't need to stress in the build up knowing that we had a plan either way that would make the day special. Rachael and her team are top of class, and I couldn't recommend them more highly. All of our guests commented on the exceptional service they received during their stay and the food we had for the wedding was 5 star. The most challenging thing we encountered was selecting what to put on the menu as when we did our menu tasting everything was spectacular. We cant wait to return for our 1 year anniversary! We contacted Rachael in March 21 (after having a terrible experience with a different venue) and from that moment on our wedding journey transformed into the exciting and enjoyable experience we hoped for and more.
We can't recommend Rachael enough. Her attention to detail was brilliant and even in the midst of a pandemic and uncertainty surrounding restrictions, Rachael always presented a plan B which really took the stress out of the planning process for us. Rachael was only ever a phone call or email away if we had any queries. No stone was left unturned in the planning of our day ? even making sure we had time to ourselves on the day to take it all in!
We planned a reception for 100 guests and a day two BBQ for our families. Rachael really understood what we wanted and provided a variety of packages to suit our vision.
The food and service are without fault. However there were so many fantastic options to choose from it was difficult to pin down our wedding menu! The wine pairing with the meals were absolutely sublime and received rave reviews from all of our guests!
I really felt the K Club as a whole ?got? weddings and things other venues provide only on request, the K Club did as standard e.g. mix of sparkling wine & bottles of beer at the drinks reception, providing breakfast to the bridal suite on the morning of the wedding etc. It was also evident they take great pride in their venue as the drinks reception area, Legacy suite and our bridal suite were all recently redecorated and the grounds were immaculate.
All of our guests absolutely loved the venue and were made feel very welcome by all the staff. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day and we have received wonderful compliments from our guests regarding every aspect of the day from the greetings on arrival to the food and overall service.
Even all of our suppliers loved the venue. All were very complimentary said they feel very well looked after by the K Club! The Legacy Suite even provided a stage curtain and separate entrance for the band set up so not to disrupt the meal and speeches. It's these little touches that make the K Club such a great place for weddings.
The hotel accommodation was beautiful and any of our guests that stayed over thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Many of our guests availed of the spa and golf the next day, making the most of a great venue!
The fact that our guests were happy and every aspect of the day handled by Rachael and her amazing team meant we could thoroughly enjoy our special day. We cannot recommend the K Club highly enough. It will always hold a special place in our hearts and we can't wait to visit again.

I would like to start off this review by thanking all the staff of K Club for going above and beyond our big day, most especially to Rachael O'Brien. With only 5 months to plan our wedding and during a lockdown, Rachael had made the wedding planning so easy for us. Every query and requests were answered straight away. Rachael was exceptional and could not thank her enough for being there for us every step of the way. K club is such a beautiful and stunning venue for a wedding or any occasion. It has everything! Scenic views, all the amenities and activities to choose from, the most attentive staff, clean rooms and exceptional service. All the ladies and I got ready in the bridal suite the morning of the wedding and had our breakfast in the room. Room service was phenomenal and the staff were so good at accommodating all of our needs that morning. There was so much space in the bridal suite for everybody and we had such a great time. Our reception took place at the Palmer and this venue was absolutely beautiful. We barely had any decors in the reception because the place is already so stunning! All of our guests were mesmerized by the elegance of the place and had the best time. Our guests complimented how great the staff were and how amazing the food was! It has been two weeks after the wedding and our guests still talk to us about how much fun they had. Shane and I are so happy we chose the K Club to celebrate our wedding day. We felt so special and we honestly had the best day of our lives. We enjoyed it so much!! The atmosphere was like no other. We cannot recommend this place enough to celebrate any occasion! It was such an extraordinary and memorable experience!!!

My husband and I would like to extend our thanks to Rachael O'Brien, Wedding Executive at the K Club for her exceptional work and dedication in making our wedding experience one to remember. From the outset, Rachael made our wedding journey easy and left no stone unturned when it came to ensuring we all had the best three days imaginable. We arrived the night before our wedding and all staff were just so friendly and helpful to us from the get go. Upon arrival, we received a lovely bottle of bubbly in the room, with well wishes from Rachael, and our parents also received lovely letters of well wishes, ahead of the big day. This was a really lovely touch that we all really appreciated. The day itself was just perfect and every step was so well organised by Rachael and the wider K Club team. For day two, we were unsure of what to do for our guests but Rachael worked her magic and arranged a gorgeous BBQ for us in the lovely Straffan Inn Pub where there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere, perfect for the second day of a wedding. The food was exceptional from the moment we arrived to the moment we left and our guests are still texting us to let us know how much they enjoyed the whole experience. I've no doubt there were worries for Rachael (and the K Club team), with regards to Covid-19 and restrictions however they never let this be known to us at any stage and instead always maintained a can-do or workaround attitude throughout the whole process. Thank you so much to everyone at the k club who gave us the best day of our lives! Cannot thank the team highly enough. Rachael was so professional, caring and understanding. Organising a wedding during a global pandemic is not the easiest to navigate but Rachael made everything so easy. She was so quick at getting back to me about every little thing which is so important when trying to organise a wedding. I made my dream about having an outdoor ceremony very clear and I still have to pinch myself that we got it ! It was a dream come true. Everything went so smoothly and perfectly thanks to Rachael and the entire team. I wish I could remember everyone's names to thank them individually but I don't. But there were Two people that really stood out to us ; Gareth, thank you so much for making everything so fun and for going out of your way to help us with everything! And Jack in the Palmer who was so attentive and there for us if we needed anything. The food was just incredible from start to finish. I am vegetarian and had a number of guests with dietary requirements and the k club were so accommodating. The Palmer was such a beautiful room. The decor in the entire hotel is amazing and we needed to do very little decor ourselves as everything is beautiful as is. The grounds for the ceremony outside are just incredible , walking down the outdoor aisle was such a pinch me moment. The bridal suite where we stayed is so beautiful and big , the perfect space for getting ready that morning . When we got back to the room on our wedding night there was a bottle of champagne and a beautiful gift for myself and Brian which was such a lovely touch ! Cannot wait to come back for our anniversary next year . We really can't thank the K club enough for our dream wedding. Start to finish everything was perfect !

We had our wedding in the K Club on 15 July 2021 and everything was perfect. Everyone at the K Club went above and beyond to make our day completely special and bespoke to our needs. From the stunning location, impeccable service and gorgeous food, it was an out-of-this world experience. Rachael, the Wedding Executive at the K Club, and the whole team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Rachael's attention to detail is unmatched, which made us feel completely comfortable and stress-free from the very beginning of the process right through to the main event. Every location, from the suites of our guests, the bridal (Viceroy) suite, to the Library room for our ceremony were fabulous and set the perfect scene for our wedding day. The Garden room and terrace for our drinks reception and the Pantheon suite for dinner were just perfect for our small intimate wedding party (11 people). Rachael and the K Club staff made our small intimate wedding feel so incredibly special and we would highly recommend to anyone considering this as their wedding venue and reception. Thank you so much to the K Club and especially Rachael for a truly fantastic experience.

We had to most spectacular wedding in the K Club in July 2021. To put it simply, the K Club has it all. From the breathtaking grounds, magnificent reception and dining rooms, professional staff, exquisite food, to a wide range of amenities including the sensational spa and world famous Palmar golf course. The first phone call, in the depths of restrictions, was met with a warm welcome from Elaine and Rachael. They were very accommodating of our original plans to always have a small wedding. Rachael takes great pride in her role as wedding coordinator and ensured our three day wedding stay was most enjoyable for all.
The bridal suite is fabulous which made the morning of the wedding so comfortable and relaxed for my bridal party to get ready in. The reception was remarked by our guests as simply stunning, as they enjoyed their minerals and platters on the outdoor terrace overlooking the immaculate gardens and river Liffey, in the sizzling heatwave of summer 2021.
Our second day meal in the newly renovated Palmer restaurant was as memorable as the wedding day itself. Any request here was made possible by the staff and in particular Conor, the director of golf.
Thank you to the amazing team in the K Club for your outstanding professionalism. Most of our families have since returned as they had such a wonderful experience in July. We highly recommend the K Club as a wedding venue.

We had our wedding on the 25/06/21 25 guests and we would HIGHLY recommended the K Club for your big day. Rachael was brilliant from the very start. The service is excellent, all of the staff were amazing and catered to every little detail. Rachael had every detail organised, it was stress free. This was not our original venue as ours cancelled due to covid and we found the K Club, we were so so happy that it ended up there and could not have asked for a better day. We had the imperial suite, you must get this room, especially if you are getting your hair and makeup done in the hotel. From breakfast in the bridal suite in the morning down to the last drink served at night, 10 star service. Thank you very much!

My husband and I had our wedding party in the K Club 1st Jan 2021. They are nothing short of amazing to deal with. Rachael and her team make the wedding planning enjoyable and exciting. They managed a wedding party of 25 superbly. We had the most relaxed and intimate wedding. Everyone enjoyed it and most importantly, the K Club are sticklers about the Covid guidelines, which means that everyone was SAFE. They made a very restricted wedding party into a really fabulous affair. I could not recommend the K Club highly enough.

We had our wedding in the K Club last week and we honestly could not recommend it highly enough. We were very fortunate that we never had to change our date although our wedding was slightly smaller than planned. Even so we had a perfect day from start to finish. Rachael and all the staff (especially our bar man Neal) were so attentive and personable and nothing was to big of an ask. Nearly every guest commented on the level of service that we received and in comparison to other 5 star hotels that we have been to weddings at, it was far above and beyond what we have experienced before. Rachael was a pleasure to deal with throughout, even organising a second tasting for us as we didn't like the starters we had picked at our first. She was always at the end of a phone or an email and was always very patient in waiting for my last minute decisions or change of minds. We loved every minute of our day and would love to do it all over again and would highly recommend the K Club to anyone getting married in the future

Rachael and all of the staff at the K Club were phenomenal. They exceeded our expectations in everyway.
Beginning with Rachael, she couldn't do enough for us, she was so responsive and helped us to stay positive and excited during a very difficult year with many changes. Despite joining as the wedding coordinator mid way through our planning, we felt so at ease from the moment we spoke with her (as we are based abroad) and she knew all the details of our wedding inside out from the very beginning. No request from us, nor rule change from the government fazed Rachael at all.
The food was amazing, any suggestions or tweaks we asked for were taken on board by the chef and we were blown away by the food on the day. We also went with the K Clubs own wine, and Lisa , the sommelier was brilliant in talking us through the various drinks and wine options for the day.
Throughout the whole weekend we felt so looked after by all of the staff from the porters, to reception staff to the bar and restaurant staff, and they all shared in our excitement for the day which was so lovely and made the days before feel very special.
Also, a special mention to Elaine who wore many hats during the early lockdown months when the hotel was shut and again was so responsive and kept us positive during that time. I cant say how important that was for us trying to plan a wedding during the pandemic.
The venue speaks for itself, the amazing grounds, gorgeous rooms and fab bars and restaurant all play a part in making the K Club such a wonderful place to get married.
We couldn't recommend Rachael and the K Club enough to anyone searching for their perfect venue.

The K Club is the perfect venue to have your wedding. The grounds and the decor are magical, staff are very friendly, the food is excellent. We particularly enjoyed having an intimate wedding at The K Club because the atmosphere combined elegance and comfort. When I first contacted the K Club, I was in disbelief that our wedding could go ahead as planned as we had just cancelled the previous venue we had booked due to the pandemic. Elaine and Rachael brought back the hope that we could have this special day just as we imagined. They made the process easy and enjoyable, they were always very responsive and friendly, they kept us positive and were always willing to find solutions/options for any issue encountered. We changed our original plan and the final result could not have been better. Our day was fabulous and unforgettable. I highly recommend The K Club and their team. Several weeks on now - we are still on cloud 9!

I cannot put into words how much the K Club contributed towards making our wedding the wedding of dreams & the entire team played such a big role in this. We will never be able to justify in words how hands on / accommodating & supportive the team were throughout! Eilis, Xavier, Matt, Audrey, John, Pat & so many more were just amazing and helped create epic memories we will have for the rest of our lives.

The food, the service, the overall venue, the people, the tepee, the EVERYTHING. It was truly perfect. We had a long list of special requests and Eilis & team got really on board with everything and went out of their way to make us feel special. We had numerous meetings and took so much time in the planning but they were super attentive (and patient) with my list of requests!

We had three full days of celebrations, the first evening was our rehearsal dinner with a chef hosted in the straffan house which was superb and we are still talking about how mouth watering the food was. The wedding day itself was held in the legacy suite and it was the most magical day. Our day 2 celebrations was a DELECIOUS BBQ on in a tepee within the grounds which was out of this world!

This review does no justice in terms of how I feel right now and how grateful I am to The K Club and the wonderful team they have.

The K club will hold a special place in my heart forever and we will be frequent visitors to relish in the happiest of memories.

The K club made the planning of our wedding effortless. They offered us wedding packages that suited our needs and taste. We live in Germany but thanks to the k club we knew the organisation of our day was in good hands.

The wedding coordinator Alina and later Eilis were always available for any questions that arose during this period. They gave us great suggestions of suppliers like wedding bands/florists etc. which we were more than happy to take.

The day of our wedding went more than smoothly. It was a good feeling to know that on your wedding day everything is being taken care of as planned. Our guests really enjoyed the atmosphere and the history the k club has to offer.

They provided an outstanding selection for the menu and a fantastic choice of wines.
On the day, the food was excellent and we were received positive reactions from our guests.

The bridal suite was amazing. We have never stayed in a more luxurious, yet inviting Hotel.
We are looking forward to returning for our anniversary next year!

We are delighted that we chose to have our wedding at the K Club. We really could not fault it. Our wedding planner Alina was incredible from start to finish. We had our wedding in The K Club on 16th of February 2018. It was without doubt the BEST DAY of our lives. From first contact with The K Club's wedding coordinator Alina, we immediately felt at ease, very comfortable and knew our wedding was in safe hands. Alina's professionalism and attention detail was second to none and we couldn't thank her enough.
We always knew the venue itself would be beautiful as there is something so special about the K Club but we were blown away by the reception and atomosphere in the main hotel. Our guests all loved the reception from the moment they arrived and commented on how very special it was. Our only wish is that we could have got to enjoy it more.
Joanne and I are both lost for words on how to describe the food and service on the day. Our guests are still commenting on how amazing the food was. We have to say a special thank you to Ger, the food and beverage manager, whom we meet personally at the day of our wedding menu tasting, was outstanding. To his team on the day, we would personally like to thank them all for their brilliant service and professionalism. They really gave our guests a 5 star treatment.
Finally, thank you to The K Club for allowing us to have our wedding in such magical venue, our only regret is that we cant do it all over again. We really cant recommend the K Club enough as a wedding venue and it will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

We went to see a good few venues around Dublin and Kildare but none were comparable to the K Club in terms of quality, service and price. They were able to help with any questions we had and there was never any problems. There was loads of little add ons like the golf, spa, bagpipes player, mince pies and more that added a really nice touch to the whole event. The service on the day itself from everyone at the K Club was outstanding and everything was extremely well managed. Alina in particular was fantastic and ensured that we had a stress free day

We had our wedding at the K Club in Dec 2017 and we can honestly say that everything was delivered by them to the highest standard. We had high expectations of the K Club given its 5 star rating and status but they exceed these in all areas. From the wonderful Alina who is their wedding coordinator, and who could not have been more helpful and accommodating, through to every staff member the service was exceptional. We cannot complement the chef and kitchen staff enough for the quality of food that was presented, it was truly top class. The K Club did the everything excellently, but more than this, all the subtle attention to detail and additional effort they put in really makes it that extra bit special. We cannot recommend the K Club highly enough and are entirely grateful to all involved for making our day absolutely perfect.

Alina, it's been a whirlwind since our wedding back in November - I am not sure where the past few weeks have gone.

Our wedding day at the KClub was amazing from beginning to end. We really had the most memorable day and the hotel staff played a huge part in that.

The food, staff, running order of the day was first class. You have a breath taking wedding venue but it's the staff that made it for us. From housekeeping ,food and beverage, the bus drivers, concierge and reception team, they are the best I've ever experienced. Not only did they have a wealth of hospitality experience they were so warm and welcoming to our families and wedding guests.

"THE TRIPS ROCK! The search for a wedding band can be long and montomous, however, one word of advice, go straight to your search engine and look up 'The trips'. If you want a wedding reception where each and every guest is on the dance floor for a continuous set, there is no other band to look for. Neil and the band were fantastic from the first email right up until the last DJ song was played. The band were able to capture the atmosphere of the audience right away and tailor the set list to them. Too often I have been at weddings were people remain at tables or at the bar and one drunk uncle is bouncing about the dance floor by himself...well, you'll not get that with the trips! I am not a fan of the normal 'wedding music' playlist and was extremely lucky that these guys were available, to cater exactly to my want. (This includes a request from myself not to play music from a certain band who I do not like, which Neil obliged to without any hassle!) Thanks again guys for all your hard work leading up to the wedding and for making the wedding reception so memorable for myself and my guests. Hopefully see you soon at another wedding!"

The attentiveness of the staff was superb. We really wanted for nothing during our stay and all of the guests commented after the day itself on how well looked after they were. The setting at Christmas was perfect with the hotel looking brilliant on the day. Our wedding coordinator, Alina, was incredible from start to finish and we really would have been lost without her. We celebrated our wedding at the K Club at the end of November. A big deciding factor in choosing the K Club as our venue was not only that they have beautiful grounds, but there are so many gorgeous options for photos indoors if the weather doesn't cooperate!

Cassandra was lovely to work with and she anticipated and answered questions before I'd even thought of them!

The wide range of menu options to choose from was fantastic and the tasting was a highlight of the planning process for us!!

Our guests all had a wonderful time, the food was great, the venue itself looked fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. From our very first meeting with Cassandra in the K club we knew this was where we wanted to have our wedding . We opted for a civil ceremony in the Beautiful Jefferson room (within the hotel) and had our reception in the Arnold Palmer suite across the golf course , the day and night were perfect in every way and even now weeks later our guests are still commenting on how fantastic the staff were in the k club . Cassandra was on call for any query big or small on the lead up to the wedding and helped us create the wedding day we wished for . From our food & wine tasting and planning all the little bits in between the K club were amazing, no request was too big or too small and on the day Cassandra was on hand to make sure everything ran smoothly . They truly deserve a 5star rating and I would recommend any couple too consider this as your wedding venue .

My partner I looked at this hotel in September. It is a dream venue and one which we would love to use if we had more budget. It is all white just like a big wedding cake and must look very pretty in spring. The wedding staff were really helpful and if we win the lottery this is our dream wedding location.
