From our first meeting with Tina, all the through to our wedding day everyone was so helpful and friendly. On the day Declan was on hand and amazing ❤️

Absolutely brilliant venue and all the staff were so helpful and pleasant. From the very first time we enquired about having the wedding there, we were so professionally and pleasantly looked after by Tina. The day itself was magical.

From the first contact with Kiva, to our last steps in The Keadeen the following day, everything was purely wonderful. I made the choice to have our wedding here based on it being a venue that you could adapt to your own needs. Whether that was for 400 guests or 50 guests, The Keadeen Hotel has a choice of Ballroom, Oak Room & Beech Room for both the Ceremony & Reception. It has a Country Hotel charm, with the most beautiful landscaped gardens, & the option of also using the Amphitheather (weather permitting). With a choice of 3 Wedding Packages, each one can be easily altered & refined as you so please. There are not enough stars that we could give in relation to the final menu on the day, and our heartfelt thanks & compliments go to the Chef & Kitchen. I couldn't leave this review without mentioning Declan & Anita, who were more like the Best Man & Matron of Honor in the manner in which they took care of everything for us, especially the small, finer touches. It was because of you that we had the most beautiful Family Occassion, one that we have etched on our hearts forever. Every member of staff went above & beyond, given a couple of hiccups from our side, and for that we Thank You from the bottom of our hearts. From Us & Our Guests, it was the most elegant, perfect, flawless day!

I cannot thank the management and staff of Keadeen Hotel enough! Our wedding weekend was amazing. From arriving on the Friday afternoon to leaving on the Monday morning. Everyone who attended the wedding couldn't get over how well everything was organised, how friendly the staff were and how delicious the food was! We were so happy with everything.

Paul and I married nearby and had our reception in the Kaedeen. From the first moment we met Tina we knew that this was the place for us in fact we didn't look at another venue!

I stayed over the night before and got ready in the hotel. It was so relaxed and precious.
The reception was amazing. Both Tina and Declan took such good care of us.
The venue was beautiful. They catered to some extra requirements that we had.
The food was excellent and the honeymoon suite was out of this world!

If we did it all over again, I would choose the Kaedeen!

From the very beginning, Grainne, your warm welcome and tour set the tone for everything that followed. Tina, your attention to detail and care on the day itself were truly exceptional. And to everyone involved behind the scenes—thank you for the seamless communication and effort that helped create a day that felt like a dream.

I couldn't recommend the Keadeen enough as a wedding venue.
From start to finish, the staff were attentive, accommodating and made our day so special.
We got married onsite in the stunning amphitheatre followed by an intimate Catholic blessing in the gardens. Both areas were surrounded by the beautiful seasonal plants, trees and shrubbery that the Keadeen meticulously maintain through the seasons.
Our guests were highly complimentary of the food and beverage service and quality. They particularly enjoyed the canapes at the reception and the tender beef and chicken Clonakilty served for main course. Most plates were returned clean after dinner.
The staff in Keadeen made sure our day was exactly how we had dreamed and more. My husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing and were able to enjoy every second of our day knowing that the Keadeen staff had everything in hand.
If I could do it all again, I wouldn't change a thing.

From the moment we booked our wedding it was a joy. Great communication, nothing was too much trouble. The staff are amazing. Very reasonably priced and the food is out of this world. Everyone is still talking about the food at our wedding. I would really recommend the Keadeen!

The Kaydeen was an incredible venue for our wedding reception. From the first to the last, they were a pleasure to deal with. Incredible decor and amazing staff. Everyone had a great time and it was incredible value. The food was so delicious and we were all well fed throughout the night. The wedding package really is all inclusive. There were very few things we had to sort ourselves. We would highly recommend booking the Kaydeen, you won't be disappointed.

Our wedding was absolutely fantastic, from the moment we arrived in the cars/bus.. To when myself and Alan arrived at the drinks reception and to be handed a plate of spring rolls etc, I think we nearly kissed the girl, we hadn't thought about food until we saw it....
The weather truly helped the mood too,

Everyone from the servers, bar staff, Robbie the bar manager.. Amazing, couldn't do enough for us... Was it Michael who looked after the top table taking order apologies if that's not his name.... Absolute Gent! Please thank him from us..

The food was outstanding as it always is... We couldn't believe the amount, We have not heard one bad thing, nothing!! When there is usually at least one complainer 😂😂😂.... Every guest was raving!! So thank you for that.

I would especially like to thank Tina for making everything run like clockwork, she's an angel and for Anita for helping me organise everything the day before...

Amazing venue for a wedding. The keadeen staff are so wonderful with such professionalism and kindness. The head waiter and the waiting staff on a whole were fantastic. Anthony, sharon, Lorraine and Tina to name a few really went above and beyond to make our day special. We are beyond grateful to have had our special day in the Keadeen as everything was seamless. The food, the atmosphere and organisation was second to none. It was unfortunate that the reception staff Ailish the following morning didn't follow with the same level of professionalism that appears to be so prominent with all other Keadeen staff. However, the management at the Keadeen were very apologetic and rectified the situation immediately. I would strongly suggest the Keadeen for your wedding day. Thank you so much for making the run up and the day so seamless.

Will where do I start guys.....

From the minute myself and Amy walked in 19 months ago we fell in love with the Keadeen hotel, it is without doubt the most beautiful venue in Ireland and we knew it was where we would be wed.

All the questions we had thereafter, the emails, phone calls, nothing was ever pushed aside or forgotten about. The menu tasting was just magical, the professionalism and friendly staff blew us away, so thank you so much for making the run up to our big day so stress free and enjoyable.

What can we say about our wedding day, only what every single guest has said back to us,
The ceremony was the most intimate and beautiful room we've ever seen, the endless food throughout the day was not only plentiful but absolutely gorgeous, the garden room ... just exquisite 👌 the staff could not do enough for us or any of our guests.. especially Anthony. This man is an absolute legend and should be protected at all costs ❤️ he made us feel like actual royalty and he genuinely cared about our day as much as us. Anna was also amazing such a calming presence which I loved, our photographer and videographer were like kids in a candy shop going around all day and have produced the most amazing photos, I could go on and on but please believe us when we say, this was the best wedding we have ever been to and how lucky we are that it was our own, Amy and myself may have supplied the content.. but the Keadeen was the director, producer and location of an absolutely epic day, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts.. we cannot wait to come back 🙌

From the moment we walked in to look at the venue we were blown away with the friendliness and warmth of the staff and the venue. Sharon and her team were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and any queries or help I needed along the way was answered immediately. Launa the reservations Coordinator was also very helpful and went above and beyond for our parents to make sure they were looked after and all of the guests.
On the day Anthony looked after us so well he made sure I had everything that morning and throughout the reception and evening he was amazing and all the waiting staff. Food was amazing too

Outstanding service from first conversation to day after the wedding, the team were amazing and could not have had a better day. enjoyed by everyone on the day.

We got married in the Keadeen Hotel at the end of July 2023. We could not be happier with the service and the friendliness of everyone we encountered. The food was great and we were so well looked after. We honestly could not recommend the Keadeen highly enough!!

We had the most wonderful wedding day in the Keadeen Hotel. I would highly recommend them to anyone getting married. The staff went above an beyond from the wait staff, bar staff, kitchen staff to the wedding planners(Sharon, Tina, Anthony); the food was amazing - my guests are still talking about how delicious the dinner tasted. The bedrooms were gorgeous - I heard many of my guests mentioning how large and lovely their rooms were. The bridal suite is a massive apartment fully decked out - I would get married again just to return to that suite. The gardens / outdoor area is stunning. It rained solid the day we got married but we managed to get a few minutes in them for photos. All of their work made the day so special and I would not change a thing.

We held our wedding in the Keadeen hotel in June 2022. I cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and all of its staff members. They provided impeccable customer service from the very first email I sent to the last minutes of our wedding weekend. Nothing was too much hassle for them. The Food was superb on the day, we chose beef and it melted in our mouths. Everyone complemented to the food. The waiting service was fast, efficient and friendly. Sharon, Tina and Claudia works wonders in the office organising everything so efficiently and methodical. And Anthony who runs things on the day, what can I say, he was like family by the end of the wedding. I cant thank the whole team in the Keadeen hotel enough for giving us our perfect wedding day and such wonderful memories. I had no worries on the day as they looked after it all. Everyone who attended our wedding gave us feedback that it was the best wedding they ever attended. Do yourself a favour...book the Keadeen hotel, you wont regret it

If I could give more than 5 stars to the Keadeen Hotel, I would! It was the only hotel we visited and we fell in love with it straightaway. We had to move our wedding twice due to the pandemic and the team has been nothing less than amazing, accommodating all our requests and being super supportive. All our guests were also amazed with the place, the professionalism of the staff and also said the food was delicious! THANK YOU for making our day so special, we had a great time and will forever cherish these memories.

Our Wedding Day, May 6th 2022 held in The Keadeen Hotel, Newbridge.

What can I say other than it was absolutely spectacular from start to finish.

Firstly dealing with Klaudia The Wedding Planner who was absolutely so professional, always on the other end of the phone or very quick to reply via email when I needed anything to be confirmed, An absolute pleasure.

Anthony and Tina were our wedding coordinators on the day and honestly my day was everything and more because of them. My whole vision came to life with the organization of these two very special members of staff. Nothing was too much, everything ran so smoothly and perfectly. The service was impeccable and this is across the board from every member of staff, from reception, waiting staff, barmen, night porter, kitchen staff everyone were so accommodating, friendly and attentive to us all day.

I forgot to bring my son's beaker to drink out of at our reception dinner and Anthony arranged for a staff member to go to Tesco and get him one that he will drink from. This gesture was over and beyond for us.

A beautiful hotel, with stunning food that everyone of our guests raved about, The choice of Roast Beef with Peppercorn Sauce went down an absolute treat.

The most Incredible day, with the most amazing memories made here in The Keadeen Hotel.

We got married in The Keadeen Hotel in March 2022. We had to move our wedding forward due to personal circumstances and the hotel was so accommodating in helping us do so. We dealt mainly with Tina the wedding coordinator. She was so lovely and helpful every time we met with her. The service on the day was incredible. Our guests are still raving about the food especially the chicken and mushroom vol au vents!! We were blessed with a beautiful sunny March day and our photos taken in the gardens of the Keadeen turned out so beautiful. The drinks reception room was decorated so beautifully with a fabulous flower wall back drop. The hotel also have their own candy cart which you can use and stock yourself if you wish. They had a selection of different beautiful table centre peices to choose from also. The bridal suite / apartment is beautiful. We got some amazing photos taken here especially bridal shots in the dressing room area. You can't beat the quality, attention to detail, service and decor in the Keadeen. Their packages and prices don't compare to anywhere else we viewed. They were so easy to deal with from start to finish and made our planning so stress free. We are so happy we picked this venue. Thanks to Tina, Anthony, Klaudia, Joe and all the staff who made our special day so perfect. We wish we could do it all over again.

The only down side was you had to leave bridal suite at 12 and your other roim can take a while to get into. The service was fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommend

Myself and my husband were absolutely blown away, the staff were so professional, everything was so well organised. A big thanks to Sharon, Tina and the team. The ballroom is gorgeous, it was exactly the wedding I had been dreaming of. All of my guests gushed about it afterwards and still say it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to. I was honestly so happy I booked the Keadeen, it exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this as a wedding venue. Our wedding was in December but we still got some beautiful pictures in their gardens.

We recently had our wedding reception in the keadeen hotel in November 2021. Staff were extremely professional throughout the day and evening so relaxed and happy and made us feel so special.

The bridal suit was just stunning, we couldn't get over how huge it was it had a massive most comfortable bed, a fabulous dressing room 2 bathrooms and a huge living room area, just amazing!!!!

The food is Devine in the keadeen, all our reception food was delicious from the canapés to tea and scones, pink sparkling gin, our dinner was perfectly cooked all our guests commented how fantastic the food was even our first timers who've never been to the hotel said they would be back. Also fantastic options for vegetarians we had two at our wedding, so we were trilled to know they had greats options.

The gardens and surroundings what can we say we fell in love with the gardens especially for your Photos outstanding. All our quests who stayed over family members thought it was a beautiful hotel which made us even more happier. We wish we could do it all over again in the keadeen hotel it's a wonderful place, we've been back twice already for a family meal we loved having our wedding here, you will not be disappointed for any future brides.

We were treated like royalty from the first viewing. The owners and staff gave so much of their time to us whenever needed and the communication and organisation leading up to,and on our day was just incredible. Can't thank Tina and the team enough.

We love this venue! From the first day we have visited, we knew it was our wedding location. We were looking for a nice bright function room and the Garden Room was just perfect - with big arch windows overlooking the gardens. Our ceremony was a Spiritual Ceremony, was held in the Oak Room and it was just something else! The food on the day was delicious too! The staff couldn't be more friendly and accommodating all our needs. We wish them all the best for the future and we highly recommend The Keadeen Hotel.

Excellent venue, from the first time we went to view the venue we fell in love with the place..it was our first and last venue to look at. we can't fault anything..
Excellent service food was amazing and all the staff especially Tina who was on hand through out the day to make sure everything ran smoothly..beautiful grounds for the photo's and the bridal suite is amazing we didn't want to leave..we would highly recommend this hotel..

Despite fact we are based in Scotland and had to communicate only through emails, wedding reception went off without a hitch. Sharon and her team were fantastic and took amazing care of us.

The single best decision we made regarding our wedding was the venue. We had our humanist ceremony in the beautiful garden room of The Keadeen Hotel, drinks reception in the Birch room and dinner in the ballroom. The Keadeen Hotel have been in the business of weddings for a long long time and that shows in the way they conduct their business and take care of their clientele. From the very first meeting with them we felt we were in good hands with experienced people. They took care of every minute detail and made sure that we didn't have to worry about a thing. Nothing was too much trouble and they made our wedding day as stress free as possible. I was assigned a member of staff who I could email at any time on the lead up to our big day (which turned out to be a lot) and I was never left waiting for a reply, no question was too big or too small. The peace of mind I got from knowing I could rely on my hotel was priceless. They thought of everything. The feedback that I have gotten from all of my guests has been outstanding. From the food, the staff, the homely atmosphere, the competence I could not fault them in any area. If I could get married again in the morning I would still choose The Keadeen Hotel.

We couldn't have been happier with the quality of service we received from the staff of the hotel, from our first inquiry to the day of our wedding staff could not do enough for us. All our guests commented on how delicious the food was throughout the day. The ceremony room , welcome reception room and the wedding reception room were all so beautifully decorated with flowers all supplied by the hotel as part of our package. The bridal suite was spectacular with separate dressing room and sitting room and we were lucky enough to have it for 2 nights so we really got to enjoy it. We could not find a single fault with any aspect of our day and would recommend the Keadeen to any couple looking for a five star quality venue without the five star prices. Kindest regards

We had an amazing day. The hotel and staff could not have done enough for us. The wedding room was amazing. The flower wall, the flower centre pieces and the cherry blossom trees were fabulous. The food was out of this world. All of our guests are still talking about the food and how gorgeous it was. Definitely a go to place for a wedding. What can I say about the Keadeen Hotel.... fantastic, from the very first visit.
We were married in the hotels garden room on the 15th of September this year.
The hotel is beautiful, room set up fantastic, every little detail was perfect and nothing was too much trouble.
The gardens are so well maintained and so lovely- we did not have to leave the grounds for photographs which is lovely as you have time to mingle with guests.
Every single member of staff we met were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Dinner was gorgeous and guests absolutely raved about the food afterwards which was plentlyful.
The hotel were so accommodating in everyway.
I would not hesitate in recommending the hotel to anyone.

From the moment we picked the Keadeen as our venue, we knew we had made the perfect choice. It was the first and only venue we viewed & we received a warm & homely welcome from the moment we arrived. All the team including Tina, Sharon & Amanda made planning & organising our wedding so easy & fun. Any requests in the lead up and on the day were quickly accommodated & sorted for us without any worry. On our wedding day, we couldn't be happier with how we were looked after & how the day went. Our guests spoke of how great the food & service was & any of them that stayed over, praised their rooms highly & many even said they'd be back! We enjoyed every minute of our special time at the Keadeen on our big day & can't wait to go back again for another wedding as a guest.

Staff couldn't do enough for us. One of our bridal party had sever chemical allergies and hotel did ever thing they could to accommodate this guest .

Wow where do i start! From the minute we viewed the keadeen tina won us over. She was fantastic through out the whole wedding process and went beyond and above any expectations i had of her on the day. An when tina was on a day off Amanda or Joe were there to answer any questions. The hotel itself is just amazing ,my day was so relaxed so perfect, the staff were top class the food was the best i ever had and from our 130 guests every single one is still talking about it. If you want a dream wedding put your trust in the keadeen because fantastic is an understatement.even the bar staff were fantastic the babysitter the people who serve the food just brilliant. I would have payed double for the service we received. They are one hotel we would recommend to any one.
