The Rine Hotel - formerly The Inn at Dromoland

Hello! Our day was brilliant at the Inn at Dromoland. One thing that was wrong was our seating plan wasn't the same on the day. The Groom's siblings were down the back of the room when they should have been up beside the top table. Other tables were wrong too. We were also missing a seat at the top table which was realised by another guest.
Only small things but we had the best day ever and the staff were so lovely and friendly, food was amazing! Lots of guests complimented the food. Service was brilliant too. Photos were lovely on the grounds

Had our wedding here on the 9th August 2025 and the staff were amazing. Everything went so smoothly and there was no waiting around between meals, everything was served within approx 10 minutes between dishes so there was no waiting for a long time for a starter then main etc. Pauline Cassidy was brilliant always so helpful and there to answer any questions leading upto the day from start to finish. I would definitely recommend choosing this hotel for your wedding. It is absolutely stunning.

We had many of our guests stay at the Inn when we had our wedding at Dromoland they LOVED it! So close to the Castle, access to the grounds and activities, fun bar for after the welcome party, and excellent service. We'll be back!

The Inn at Dromoland were a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to make our day so special. We had to postpone our wedding due to covid and we received a top class service from Pauline and the staff. Could not recommend the hotel and staff enough.

Myself and my husband had our wedding reception here in September 2019. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone who's thinking of getting married staff were so kind helpful and friendly and couldn't have done enough for us on our special day. We found Claire fantastic to deal with. She is so professional and nothing was a problem for her. She put us at ease with every question throughout the whole process. She was pleasure to deal with. The staff were all great my guest even commented to us that they couldn't have done enough. We had an amazing day and are very grateful to all at the hotel. Ye won't be disappointed in choosing this hotel as your venue.

Claire, Just wanted to say thank you so so so much for your help in organising our wedding, you are a star. The hotel was amazing and the staff could not have been more helpful. We were blown away by what you had done and were truly blessed to have chosen The Inn at Dromoland as our wedding venue. Our guest are still talking about the day and how well the hotel catered for our mad bunch. We will be recommending The Inn at Dromoland to our friends for their wedding venues and we will be using the hotel for future family events.
Thanks again for all your help, you truly have an amazing team behind you

Everything we ever wished for. Claire and her team are just brilliant.

We got married in the Inn at Dromoland in July 2019, we decided to go for something different, a private family dinner and a big party in the evening with BBQ food. It could not have been made any easier for us, anything we asked for we got, the food was amazing, the d?cor was beautiful, Claire is an absolute dream to deal with she takes the stress out of everything, we had the best day of our lives. We would definitely recommend this venue.

We could not have been happier with the Inn at Dromoland on our wedding day. We live in Canada and my sister was arranging the wedding. We particularly loved the laid back, calm and reassuring answers we received to literally every request and question we asked of Claire. We really wanted a zero drama day and the Inn at Dromoland delivered exactly that. We're not ones for micromanaging everything and we were happy to trust that the people at the hotel are the experts and indeed they were. There's nothing better than being able to sit back and enjoy your wedding day without a care in the world for any arrangements and that's exactly what we got. Everything ran so smoothly, we along with our families were completely relaxed which in turn meant our guests were completely relaxed, the food was delicious and there was plenty of it and the punch on arrival was particularly popular. The table decor was beautiful also. We loved that they served the evening food and the cake at the usual 10.30pm or 11pm and left it available so that our guests could eat it much later which of course they did. All of the serving staff were so friendly and helpful and even at 3 or 4am we were not made to feel unwelcome in the function room and there was no rushing us out of the place. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and that was due in no small part to the wonderful staff of the Inn at Dromoland. We've since gotten our photos from our photographer and the room and grounds look so amazing. The honeymoon suite is huge and very comfortable. If we had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing.

Myself and my husband had the pleasure of using The Inn at Dromoland for our wedding reception. From the beginning I delt with Claire Coughlin, who is amazing at her job. She put us at ease with every question or panic attack throughout the whole process. The hall, the suppliers they provided and their staff are so good at what they do. We had an amazing day and are very grateful to all at the hotel. Ye won't be disappointed in choosing this hotel as your venue.

My wife and I got married in the Inn at Dromoland in Dec 2018. We found Claire fantastic to deal with. She is so professional and nothing was a problem for her. As we are from Cork a lot of organising was done through emails and we can honestly say Claire put us at ease from the moment we began planning. It's such a beautiful venue from the ballroom to the grounds for pictures it's absolutely flawless!!! The food was amazing!! So many people complimented it! I would highly recommend this hotel as Claire and her team are an absolute pleasure to deal with and are truly a credit the Inn At Dromoland!!

We started our hotel search last November and looked at many venues. From my first point of contact with Claire Coughlan I have to say she was so professional but we also got the feeling that she was interested in our wedding and us as a couple. Nothing was a problem to Claire and when deciding on the menu and wine she gave us time and advice. Claire is super at her job and is a credit to The Inn at Dromoland. She never put any pressure on us for anything and was there at the end of an email at anytime.

On the day itself I have to say the food and service was 100%. The staff were so friendly and super organised. The bridal suite was amazing.

The front of house and bar staff to the waiting staff in the function room they were all excellent. The day after the wedding Claire was there to finalise everything and she had all flowers, cake etc kept safely in one place and made sure that all was not damaged. Some hotels we have been we would get the vibe after the wedding that your weren't important or your business was no longer needed or wanted . We stayed in the hotel bar until about 4pm that afternoon and again the food, drink, service and atmosphere was excellent.

To sum it all up we have no regrets in choosing The Inn at Dromoland for our wedding and we certainly will be returning and would consider it for other family events in the future.

Clare could not have done more for us. She is very helpful and really goes over and beyond to accommodate you xxx

What a wonderful place to have our wedding. I wish I could give 6 stars but I suppose 5 will do. The staff are so professional and dealing with Claire, the wedding coordinator was an absolute dream. Regardless of when I had a query, I always received a timely reply.

The grounds of the hotel are simply gorgeous and perfect for pictures for the whole party not just the bridal party.

It was lovely to have the Bridal Suite for the morning of our wedding as we were having our ceremony in the hotel we decided to get ready there as well. The men got ready in a family room and the ladies got ready in the living room of the bridal suite which was great as there were five of us getting our hair and make up done. The setting could not have been better.

There are two things that stand out about the day- the food and the staff. Several people said how beautiful the food was and how efficiently it was served. The staff were so friendly and helpful- especially claire and aoife. Claire was with us step by step and really made the whole thing less daunting!

We've had the best day ever on our Wedding Day in the Inn a Dromoland.
During the planning stages, the hotel was very flexible and accommodated all our special requests (we didn't want a table plan, we had a buffet and replaced a traditional dessert with an ice cream bar). We were able to amend the available wedding packages to our needs, swap things out and add new things in. Don't hesitate to ask - the staff in The Inn at Dromoland will help you create your own personal perfect day!
On the day of the wedding everything went extremely smooth - the staff was very attentive, helpful & friendly. The receptionist helped my bridesmaids with a lot of work in the background to keep any stress away from us - I would jokingly call her my 4th bridesmaid!

I'd say I'm quite an unusual and quirky bride, so I'd be conscious of not fitting in or being 'too special' for a traditional venue, but the Inn at Dromoland never made me feel awkward. All my requests for personal touches and non-traditional elements were taken on by the hotel without ever questioning my reasons or telling me off. I'm absolutely delighted with the venue and the fact that they made all our wishes and requests possible, rather than suggesting "more traditional alternatives".
Due to the staffs help we could truly be ourselves and create the perfect day for us.

everything was fantastic , food service was brilliant and the room decour was just perfect,
both Nico and Claire couldn't do enough for us outstanding service :)

Would highly recommend The Inn at Dromoland to anyone getting married. The packages are fantastic and the hotel was flexible with any of our requests. Can't rate Claire Coughlan highly enough, she was very helpful and always available when we needed to contact her. The day itself ran so smooth and that was down to the staff on the day. Thanks to all there!

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating - the whole thing felt seamless and effortless and we were made feel very welcome. We had a lot of kids there too and it was fantastic for families to be there. Everyone gave us great feedback on their meals and rooms and we'll have brilliant memories of the Inn at Dromoland forever!!

We found the management and staff very easy to get on with, and Claire, our wedding coordinator was very nice and very helpful. The hotel staff were very efficient. When choosing this hotel for our wedding we found it very easy to find a package to suit us and there were no hidden costs as there had been in a couple of other hotels that we had looked at.Claire made us feel very relaxed and made sure that all our needs were catered for. The hotel location is ideal for taking photos and the surrounds are beautiful. The rooms have all been refurbished and the whole hotel is bright and colourful. The bridal sweet is beautiful. All our guests loved their stay and were very impressed with the food at the wedding. Louise designs the function room to your requirements, no matter what type of theme you want in it and she is very easy to get on with and very helpful and this service is included as part of the wedding package. Overall we would highly recommend The Inn at Dromoland for your wedding reception.

Claire the wedding coordinator was by far the best we had encountered in all our visits to hotels in picking out venue for our big day. Claire made us feel like we were the only wedding that they had and that she genuinely cared about us having an amazing day. From the first meeting to various emails, menu tastings, the big day to breakfast the next morning they were the most accommodating and top class staff that we delt with in each occasion and the food was only to die for. Both myself and my husband can without a shadow of a doubt recommended this hotel for any ones big day or for any special occasion that may arise.

Our wedding day was fantastic at the Inn at Dromoland, we couldn't fault it. Claire & the staff were brilliant. The only thing is the day went so fast!

We cannot thank the Inn at Dromoland for all their help and the level of service we received on the day of our wedding. The level of professionalism and flexibility was outstanding. Our guests all said the food and service they received was brilliant and the hotel staff were so attentive to their needs. We really enjoyed our day and would recommend any couple thinking of getting married to talk to Claire the wedding Co-Ordinator.

We would like to say a massive thank you to our Wedding Co-ordinator, Claire Coughlan and all of the staff at The Inn at Dromoland; we got married on 23rd of August and had our reception at the hotel. The service was incredible, all of our guests thought the hotel and surrounding grounds were beautiful. We heard so many compliments of the quality of the food served on the day, and overall ambience on the day, and over the weekend, as many guests travelled and stayed in the hotel for the weekend. It was genuinely a five star experience with all our guests' special requests catered for and accommodated. The room decoration by Grace Covers was fantastic and made everything look beautiful, we were very fortunate to have this included in our package. Claire was absolutely fantastic, and was extremely helpful with the planning and in the run up to our wedding, particularly as we live away, and we will never forget the consideration and thought that was given to us. It was certainly a day we will never forget, thank you so much!

We got married on August 8 2014. It was a fantastic day we both had the time of our lives. From the very first day when we picked the venue and met with Claire we received the best service and she was on hand to answer and help with everything. It was great to have someone to help and do their best to make the lead up to the day a success. The room has the wow factor and for us it offered the best package and choice. And to have the table centres included was fab. We had the time of our lives and so did our guests! Thanks so much guys
