I purchased my engagement ring from Elegant Gems a couple of months ago. Peter was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process.

Peter was very patient and spent time explaining how he designs the ring to us.

I was initially undecided between two very different styles and he sent me designs from his software programme of both ideas I had and advised me of what specifications I could get in each style for my budget.

Once I had settled on the ring style, Peter sourced the stone and gave me various options depending on the size and quality I wanted.

I was over the moon with the ring he then designed, it was exactly what I wanted within my budget.

After 15 years of marriage we decided to reset my existing solitaire diamond and add a few more! Peter Scanlon has amazing computer software Which enabled him to design a new engagement ring and wedding ring for me. I was fussy and changed the design a few times and Peter was so professional and patient. By designing a ring from scratch you are getting a unique piece of jewellery. I know that no one else will have a ring exactly the same as mine. I also feel I got really good value and was pleasantly surprised by the price!!
