"We have used Eunice Power for our two daughters' weddings and various parties and functions over the last five years. The food and service has always been excellent. We can vouch for Honesty, reliability, innovative and sensible menu suggestions, excellent quality local food suppliers all at reasonable cost. But not least the excellent team of staff she has built up who are both efficient and helpful at all times [very essential at stressful times!].

Her staff were absolutely excellent and the service was of an extremely high standard. "Eunice has just done the catering for our daughter's wedding and she was superb. She is highly efficient and very professional with amazing energy and enthusiasm. From the day I met her I knew she would produce something very special for Tabby and Barry's wedding at Borris House and indeed she did. It was a feast with a big WOW factor and every thank you letter we have had has raved about her food most saying they had never tasted such exciting food at a wedding! Her team, led by the extremely efficient Grace, are outstanding - like Eunice very professional. I cannot speak highly enough of Eunice. She was a joy to deal with."

"Eunice catered for our wedding on the 18th of August 2011. From the moment we saw the website and then spoke with Eunice on the phone we knew she was the person to do the job. Eunice and her team were so professional yet friendly and totally did everything that was promised and expected and more! Grace was fantastic looking after the children and any guests with special requirements with ease and professionalism. I cannot praise them enough. The menu was tailored to suit three different cultures as our guests were travelling from abroad and everyone was so impressed with the food.... the gaspazcho is amazing!! I have been raving and highly recommending Eunice to all I know since our wedding celebration.. Thanks again Eunice, Grace and the team.. you made the day for us... grazie mille."

"We were in trepidation of having our daughter's wedding at home. So many things could go wrong,was it not easier to just go and book a hotel.?? At least then we would have someone else to take the blame if it all went pear shaped. But one 30 minute meeting with Eunice changed all that. We simply outlined what our plans were for the menu and the marquee and Eunice said "No problem, leave that to me, you go off and worry about the things you have to worry about and forget my end of things" Tables, Chairs, Crockery, Cuttlery, Glasses, Cookers, Fridges you name it, Eunice organised it. Eunice was even able to advise our electrician the power output she required from the generator for the cookers, fridges etc. On the day of the wedding the military precision with which Grace and her team carried out their duties was fantastic. Even if we are a little biased, we have no doubt it was one of the best meals we have ever had and that includes many top restaurants as well. We went to Eunice simply to do the food. But "The Powerfield Experience" is a great deal more than that. Once you tell Eunice what you want, you simply turn up on the day and be a guest at your own function."

"Eunice catered our Paddy's Day wedding this year at the beautiful Castle Oliver and was exceptional. Absolutely everything she did was sublime and meticulously organised for the three days. The venue was self catering and I was completely overwhelmed with organising the breakfasts, the family meal the night before, the wedding meal, the night after, all from very limited catering facilities! and as an avid foodie, all our guests had huge expectations. I had spent alot of time sourcing the perfect caterer until a colleague suggested Eunice who swooped in with lots of different delicious options, and all to a very reasonable budget.
Personally, our favourite thing was Eunice's flexibility, enthusiasm and creativity, she let us suggest recipes (which she tested and tweaked to work on the day) served Irish coffees, served the midnight feast much later than most places as we wanted them at the end of the night, made shamrock shaped sandwiches and cookies for Paddy's day.... the list goes on, she even convinced me that it wasnt a good idea for the bride to do the cake (a three tiered cake of different flavours) which was quite honestly the yummiest we've ever had (thank god she convinced us otherwise). She really does go above and beyond, even the jugs of water on the table had berries and mint and ice. Literally every single thing is done to perfection like nowhere else, which leads me on to the service.
Grace is one of the most skilled, organised and professional people I have ever come across. She took care of everybody in the room on the day and took care of all the stress heads (bride and family) the day before radiating her calm influence. She also had loads of great ideas beforehand for decorating the table and menu/placecard styles resulting in the room looking absolutely beautiful.
Lastly, Eunice and Grace are genuinely lovely people and if you're planning a wedding/big event etc, they're the perfect team to be involved and I wouldn't waste any time looking elsewhere. Everybody is still raving about the food at our wedding and will be for years to come.

"Eunice Power catered for our wedding on the 16th of June, 2012 and for a lunch the next day. There were around 180 guests on each day. From the moment we contacted Eunice we knew we were in good hands!! Eunice is an organised, talented caterer who was a joy to work with. As well as having a seriously impressive menu to choose from, she was full of great tips for the day - she helped us make some decisions on which marquee to go for, the decorations, even ideas for bands. Once we had chosen from her imaginative and mouth-watering menu we were told "Leave the rest to me." With Eunice, her right hand woman Grace (who could run a small country) and the team on the case we were able to focus on other things. At no point did we have to worry about the catering, table set up and staffing. It all ran seamlessly. The food was simply delicious, 10/10... handmade chutneys, duck terrine, crab brulee, Asian pork belly, succulent legs of lamb, freshly baked bread and only locally sourced seasonal produce - people have been raving about the food ever since. I only wish I had been hungrier on the day!!"

"Eunice Power catered our wedding in Castle Oliver on 5 May 2012. We live to eat, so great food at our wedding was our number one priority (well, perhaps after saying "I do"!). To describe the presentation and quality (and indeed value) of the food served on the day as excellent would be an understatement. Eunice's creativity, enthusiasm and excitement about food added a whole new dimension to our menu and enabled us to have and enjoy all our favourite foods, whilst making the most of seasonal produce and flavours. We expected planning our wedding in a self-catering venue to add extra stress - instead, with Eunice's guidance, it added extra excitement and fun.
Grace and her perfect service - we have thought long and hard about how best to fairly describe Grace, but no words seem to adequately flatter her professionalism, organisation, thoughtfulness and incredible ability. She's one in a million. When we look back on our big day in years to come, no doubt the fabulous food will remain a very strong memory (and if our memory gets poor in later years, the photos of empty plates and satisfied faces at each of the tables will surely remind us). We will be forever greatful to Eunice, Grace and the rest of the team for these great memories.

"We could not find the words to accurately describe the contribution you made to our wedding day - you literally "made" our day. Your whole team not only provided the delicious food, you provided a professional service while being relaxed and friendly, which meant we could just sit back, relax and enjoy the day as much as our guests did. I think very few brides and grooms can say that, so thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

After that I just left everything to do with the catering for the 2 days in Eunice's hands which is unusual for me as I find it hard not to involve myself! We were totally confident all would be perfect which it was on both days. We had so many compliments about the food which is not always the case at weddings so a big thank you to Eunice Anne Marie and their team for making Saranna and Fergal's wedding the special 2 days that they were, without you and your delicious food I don't think it would have been as memorable a day for all of us.
