Gemma is an amazing wedding hairstylist who knows exactly how to bring a vision to realty. I was lucky enough the secure Gemma for my wedding recently and absolutely loved my hair as did all my bridal party. I hadn't had a trial with Gemma but was confident in her skills and she exceeded my expectations with the final result

I would highly recommend Gemma as a bridal hairstylist. She is an absolute perfectionist & listened to exactly what I wanted but also gave advice. We had a very relaxed morning getting ready, Gemma timed everyone's hair perfectly! Myself, my mum & my bridesmaids absolutely loved our hairstyles for the day & I couldn't recommend Gemma enough.

Gemma is just amazing at what she does. She was such a lovely lady to deal with and it goes without saying is #1 at her job. Dealt with lots of different bridemaid tastes and all our hairstyles stayed up till the early hours. Couldn't recommend her enough.

We had Katinka from Gemma's salon, she was amazing!!! So friendly, professional and a fantastic hairdresser! We were all so happy with our hair! Would highly recommend!

What can I say.. Gemma is one talented lady! Gemma styled myself 3 bridesmaids and my mum on the wedding day. Everyone was so happy with their hair and all commented that it was the nicest their hair had been styled. The day we picked the wedding date.. even before checking with the priest I rang Gemma to make sure she had the date available!
Starting from the trial Gemma was so friendly, professional and full of passion for what she does. I had an idea of what I wanted in my head and Gemma got it so perfect.
Gemma was a pleasure to have around the morning of the wedding and stayed right until before I left the house to make sure everything was perfect.
Since the wedding so many people have said to me they loved my hair on the day.

Gemma is amazing, she was so helpful and professional from the moment I contacted her. My trial was very considerate and she really took the time to listen to what I wanted. On the morning of the wedding, she was the perfect person to have around, calm and fun. I loved my hair and my mother & 3 bridesmaids did too. I cannot recommend Gemma enough.

I used Gemma for my wedding. I visited the salon a few times before hand to get my hair to the colour I wanted. It was great on the day that Gamma can come out to your house to do hair. She done up style for the bridesmaids(4), a blow dry on my mother and for myself she has previously helped me to get hair extension to match in perfectly with my own so on the day I have a fabulous up style with out any one knows I used clip in extension.

Fantastic! It took just one trial before my wedding and I was delighted with the result. Gemma gave me tips on what I needed to do in the run up to the big day to make sure the style came out as I wanted. On the day of the wedding Gemma arrived early at the venue and set out styling my 5 bridesmaids, who I might add she had never met. I had given Gemma an idea of what I wanted for them and she set out making those age appropriate and worked quickly but yet precisely achieving beautiful results. My hair on the day was even more fabulous than I expected and it stayed like that until 4am! Without hesitation I would highly recommend Gemma. You will know with confidence that your hair will be perfect on your wedding day, add to that she is a lovely person and so easy to get on with.

Gemma did a fantastic job for our wedding. I really wanted a stress free morning with no rushing or panicking and Gemma really helped with that! She arrived on time and worked quickly but carefully on all of our hair. She gave good advice about how to organise the morning and did my mums hair first so she would be free to do other things. She talked through different styles with my bridesmaids and created up styles which they all loved! I had a change of heart after my first trial and Gemma was happy to do another one talking me through pros and cons of different styles. On the morning of the wedding she waited around to fix my veil once I was dressed. Gemma was a very relaxed person to have in the house on the morning of the wedding and I was delighted with how my hair looked on the day. I would highly recommend Gemma to all brides!

Gemma was as always Fantastic. We had five beautiful heads to be completed and were done so fast she is so organised came in set up and started. Gemma is a Fabulous hair stylist. Both myself and all my girls were super delighted with our fabulous hair styles for our wedding.

Gemma done my hair for our wedding & 4 bridesmaids,she made our morning so relaxed & our hair was better than we had imagined, her attention to detail was excellent & she stayed to put in my veil & fix the girls before we left for the church,we had a early start but she was on time & had us all done in perfect time to allow for photos,my hair did not move all day.her professional manner & hints & tips she goes the extra mile to provide a excellent service.

It's hard to actually begin to write these words as it's very real now that my big day has gone. However, there are many people who helped create my perfect day. Gemma Crossan was one of these people. Let's be honest, one of the most important things on the day for a bride are the perfect hair and make-up. I had a good few trials before attending Gemma Crossan. I was one of those brides who had one style in mind and if it wasn't created I knew I wouldn't be content and I most definitely wouldn't settle for second best on my big day. I found one of the hardest things as a bride was to find a capable hairdresser- One that had experience in all different styles from modern to vintage creating up styles. Me personally, I was interested in vintage with a Hollywood curl look shaped around my face. I felt most hairdressers created stunning styles from the back but from the front, it was extremely plain. I wanted something perfect from back and front. Looking back now, even though my heart was thumping with fear every time a hair trial would let me down, I am delighted that I had two failed hair trials with other hairdressers and as I eventually found Gemma.
She listened, understood exactly my requirements from the get go. She carried out my first trial the Friday before my wedding. I left feeling unsure. I contacted her the Sunday after explaining that I was unsure and booked another appointment. She fitted me in again the following Tuesday (even though she had a bereavement in her family) and created the most stylish vintage up style in my hair. I felt so confident leaving the salon that day, I knew this lady was going to do a perfect job on the day.
On Friday morning of the wedding, Gemma arrived at seven thirty. She had a cuppa coffee and got started on myself. It's surprising how long hair up styles take in a bridal party compared to when you just drop into a salon for a quick and easy up style, this lady puts her heart and soul into it. There wasn't a loose bit, yet I didn't feel my head was too ?tight? if that makes sense. On top of this?.SHE GIVES COMPLIMENTARY PIECES FOR BRIDES HAIR TO MATCH THE DRESS. Yes, I did write in caps letters there. Gemma is not a money grabber, she is a lady who has a thriving business because she is talented and genuinely wants her brides to look as beautiful as possible on one of the biggest days of their lives. It's her business. She has the talent and cares.
The morning of the wedding flew by. She was so down to earth, chatted away to us and gave us tips for the day as hers was only recently too. She joined my family for breakfast and was nearly like a girl who was part of the family. One of the most grateful moments for me was Gemma staying around until 12:15pm waiting patiently until I had my dress on to attach my veil properly. This probably doesn't seem like a big deal to most, but she applied it in such a way that it was solid in my hair without ruining my backcombed part. The veil stayed perfectly in place from that time to when I took it off after the meal at around 9pm.
I went to bed that morning at 6am(nearly 24 later!!!) and my hair was still perfect.I genuinely believe that Gemma is a hairdresser that listens, is creative and knows up styles. I cannot recommend her enough for a bride's big day. She will not let you down.

For my wedding I had my hair styled by Gemma Crossan. Both myself, my bridesmaid and sisters were delighted with our hair styles. Not only is Gemma a very talented stylist but she has a fantastic bubbly personality, which allowed us all to
feel relaxed and comfortable. Gemma
listens to your ideas and concerns and puts no pressure on you. She also joined in on
the fun during the hours leading up to my wedding ceremony, and waited until I was ready in my dress to make any final adjustments. A true professional. I would
definetly recommend Gemma to all future brides/bridal parties.

Can't recommend Gemma enough, she helped me choose a hairstyle that I was happy with and that suited me! Bridesmaids looked fantastic and mother of the bride also! Gemma was happy to fix the flower girls hair as she has it messed up before going!

Absolutely wonderful hairdresser, created 3 fabulous up styles and they were admired all day! We spent the day giving out Gemmas name!!! Very accommodating, came to our Hotel which made life so easy for us. I have used Gemma before for an up style for a wedding and when my day came there was no question who I wanted doing my hair. Excellent and a lovely girl - thanks Gemma!

I cannot recommend Gemma highly enough as a bridal hair stylist. I had an updo and I loved my hair on the day .Gemma was so helpful in the lead up to the wedding and very flexible with her time. We spent time discussing hair ideas via email and during the trial. The girls' hair was also stunning.

I had 2 trials with Gemma as I was a bit indecisive. She made me feel so relaxed and chatted to me and my bridesmaid as friends. On the morning of the wedding, she was on time (earlier actually) and did 6 heads all on her own with no stress, chatting and laughing. Would definitely recommend.
