The Bridal Venue

I was so disappointed with the service I received here. But I?m actually one of the lucky ones. I went looking at dresses 18 months before my wedding just to try on styles and the bridal venue had a sample sale on. I ended up falling in love with a dress that day and paid my deposit of half the price of the dress. I was told they wouldn?t order my dress in yet as the wedding was so far away. Fast forward to the following may I was contacted to say my dress was in and order way too early. I then got a phone call in Oct to say they were closing down for renovations for a month and I needed to come and pay for my dress and take it away. They also wanted me to get fitted for my alterations 6 months before our big day! I was struggling to find somewhere to store my dress for 6 months and was going to demand they store it as they were the ones who ordered it way to early but a family friend kindly offered to take it for me! 1 week later my friend happened to be in the area and drove by the shop and it was gone with a new work wear store in its place! I was also left to get into my dress by myself when it came in and it ended up splitting at the seam so that also had to be fixed! It completely ruined the experience for me!
