Truffle Honey - Catering and Event Planning

We hired Truffle Honey to cater our DIY wedding and they were everything we could have hoped for and more. They designed the menu around our requirements, we wanted a selection of dishes served family style with both vegetarian and gluten free options.They did a tasting for us in our own home before the wedding. They adapted wonderfully to the constraints of cooking in a minimally equipped Cricket Club kitchen, they checked it out in advance, cleaned it thoroughly the day before and provided slick and seamless service throughout the meal. The meal was absolutely delicious! All of our guests were bowled over by the standard and quality of the food.

We couldn't have been happier with the catering Truffle Honey provided for our wedding. We decided to have a meat free menu, and we were a little worried that some of the more traditional guests would not approve. Colette and Mike helped us design a menu for all tastes and it was absolutely amazing. People were blown away by the food, and all prepared and served in a Tipi on the side of a hill.

The Truffle Honey team are lovely, genuine people, and we would highly recommend them to anyone who wants that something extra special on the day.

Mike and Collette were absolutely wonderful to work with for our wedding in West Cork. Food was one of the most important parts of my wedding and I had contacted many caterers to create my dream menu. All of them told me I had to choose from their set options or that they couldn't be so flexible for 150 guests. I received a recommendation for Truffle Honey and straight away upon contacting them, they let me know that creating a menu of my favourite foods was completely doable. Collette and Mike saved me so much stress before and on the day of the wedding. The service I received was beyond what I expected. Collette took care of all the table layouts and ensured everything was perfect on the day. As for the quality of the food....it was unbelievable! Every guest commented on how beautifully cooked the meal was and we even had people sneaking seconds where they could! When I meet anyone who was at the wedding, Truffle Honey is always the first topic of conversation. I cannot recommend their service enough as they were highly professional, very flexible and a pleasure to deal with. On top of that, Collette and Mike are so lovely and I'm glad we still keep in touch.

Collette and Mike were an absolute dream to work with -- the are professional, detail oriented, flexible and the food speaks for itself. Partnering with them to design the menu for the day -- from the tasting, to the many emails / calls - was a very positive experience and I really felt they were invested in doing something great (it wasn't just a job). On the day, they were phenomenal and not only was everything delicious, but it ran exactly to plan. I can't thank them enough.
