• Nominations are open to all wedding suppliers and venues, customer and non -customers of weddingsonline.ie.
• The Newcomer Category is only open to businesses that commenced in the last 2 years. 
• Non Irish businesses/venues must enter one of the Destination Wedding categories.
• Hotels can only enter the “Restaurant” category if the Restaurant is running as a separate business entity.
• “Wedding Entertainment” category shall exclude bands, dj’s, musicians and singers who instead should enter their individual categories
• Agencies may not compete in categories against individuals in the awards.  If you wish to enter, please contact [email protected] and we will help you find a suitable category.
• If there are not enough entrants in any category, we will offer an alternative category or arrange a refund.
• Late entries may not be accepted.
• One verified vote per email allowed.
• No refunds given after voting goes live. 
• Non payment of nomination fee may resut in exclusion from the awards.
• Tickets for the Gala Event on 3rd March 2025 will be sold on a first come first served basis, unfortunately there is no reserving of tickets as we sell out every year. Venue to be confirmed.
