A Contemporary ‘Industrial Chic’ Wedding Palette for Minimalists

Décor & Flowers

Ask any wedding blogger in the world what the top decor trend at the moment is and they’ll probably tell you ‘industrial chic’. Of course ‘industrial chic’ does sound a bit nonsensey but give it a chance and you’ll find some absolutely gorgeous ideas to steal from the style. Contemporary, minimal industrial chic in its fullest form is all about large urban industrial spaces (obviously), clean and contemporary stationery and signage, geometric shapes, copper accents and – and stay with us on this one – Edison-style light bulbs. If you love the cool, modern vibe of this look, it’s fairly easy to get your hands on some bits and bobs to create it. DIY your decor with fab lighting with these copper, Edison-style Nittio Led bulbs from IKEA (or buy a cheaper pack and personalise them for favours like below – you’ll have to find out if they pass Health and Safety standards yourself but they do look pretty) or add some decorative glass boxes to your centrepieces with these ultra modern Kombinerbar boxes.
