1. Take time to decorate a table or area of your room with photographs of the bride and groom from their childhood. Who doesn’t love a baby picture?! Choose randomly shaped picture frames and get filling. Adding old photographs of your parents and grandparents weddings is also very sweet and charming.

2. Instead of giving your tables numbers why not choose to uniquely name them after something very personal and special to you? If you are a well travelled couple naming the tables after your favourite holiday destinations if a cool idea, or maybe your favourite movies or songs that are special to your both. Use relevant photographs or images that relate to each.

3. Now, this idea is not for the faint hearted, lots of dedication is needed! Gather together a photo of each guest and use them as photo collages or individual place settings on your tables. Yes, it will take a lot of effort but the reactions of your guests will be worth it, we promise. Just remember to give yourself plenty of time, this isn’t something you can do last minute. A great tip is to do some Facebook stalking for images.

4. Brand your wedding. If you have used a bespoke crest or logo on your wedding stationery make sure you carry this through to your wedding menu and why not even brand your wine bottles with your very own personalised wedding labels.

5. Serve your guests a signature cocktail. You and your husband-to-be will have great fun creating your very own drink to be served, and why not go the whole hog and give it a special name. You could always serve both the bride and grooms favourite cocktail and rename them each!
