We just love Becky and Jack’s relaxed approach to wedding planning and Becky’s dress, ooh yes, we do adore a Jenny Packham dress! You definitely need to check out this seaside ceremony at The Rectory, Glandore, captured in all its summery glory by Angela Halpin from Whisper I Do.
Today’s couple, Becky and Jack, first met at secondary school, aged 13, when Jack was friends with Becky’s brother. After loosing touch when they both headed off to college, they met up again on New Year’s Eve 2010 and began dating. 
Jack and Becky headed to the capital of romance, Paris for her birthday, which ended in a beautiful proposal.
“We were doing the usual sightseeing and went for a sit down in a little park overlooking the river when he got down on one knee with a Links of London charm for my bracelet as he wanted me to pick my ring.”
The couple chose the stunning setting of The Rectory at Glandore, County Cork for both their ceremony and reception. With the amazing weather overhead, the gardens of this chic country house by the sea provided the perfect setting for the couple’s relaxed family celebration, which was further enhanced by Becky’s perfect vintage touches.
“I chose my dress at the most amazing wedding boutique, The White Closet in England, surrounded by prosecco and cupcakes! I had tried a number of dresses on here and ended up choosing Ruby by Jenny Packham. The boutique adviser had chosen it as she thought it would suit my figure. I didn’t really like it until I tried it on and fell in love with it!”
Sharing the day with our nearest and dearest at beautiful Glandore. The day was just perfect!
