Here are some of our podcast highlights:

It’s been an awesome year and we’ve got so much more to come!!

Let’s talk about first wedding anniversaries

It’s a great opportunity to reflect on your relationship and the first year of marriage. Being able to refer to your partner as your husband or wife is huge!

How you celebrate will set the tone for future anniversaries. I’m a believer in going big on celebrations. It doesn’t always have to be expensive or over the top, but marriage is worth celebrating!!!

Take some time to celebrate!

  • Meal out
  • Look at your wedding photos
  • Watch your wedding video
  • Eat the top tier of your wedding cake
  • Bust out some prosecco
  • Go on an overnight trip
  • Eat at your wedding venue

And of course, exchange gifts!

1 Year Anniversary

Traditional: Paper

The symbolism here is that paper is fragile, just like the first year of marriage. But, if taken care of properly, it can last a lifetime! Paper also represents a blank sheet full of possibilities.

Modern: Clocks

Time is precious! Clocks represent the passing of time and all the changes and challenges that come with it.
