antenatal classes - What to wear

HI, I just realised that my a/n classes are starting tomorrow. What do I wear as I'll be coming straight from work. Do I wear a tracksuit and runners? Also do DH come to all the classes? Also should I bring my own mat? thanks FF

hi firefly 78, i have been to 3 classes so far and i go from work so i am in work clothes. ball. if you are in work clothes, you should be fine. you dont need to bring your own mat as they are provided. enjoy the classes as i think they are very good. fannyadams
