do you think u would notice the difference if the page boy got a silk button hole and the men got fresh flowers? page boy is 2.5yrs and think he would have a real flower pulled to bits in 5 mins

Yes any wedding we have done we have been asked to include the pageboys in the buttonhole count. It does look cute in the photos afterwards.
The kids tend to be distracted by all of the people at the wedding and the whole thing of walking up the aisle that they don't have time to worry about the butonhole. Just don't put it on him too early that morning obviously.
