Dorothy Perkins is really bad for this too. I always buy from their website directly. Saw a lovely bag in one of their shops last year, it was 42euro, 24 sterling, I mean how can they justify it.

They think they can justify it because for years they realised their Irish customers didn't care about being ripped off - if they even realised they were being ripped off that is! People spent money as if it grew on trees and never thought the good times would stop! The UK chains don't seem to have quite grasped the fact that at last Irish consumers have become savvy about prices, and that those people who still have disposable income to buy their goods are much more discerning about spending it.
