How To Post A Pic?

Hey ... I'm sure this has been asked so many times but I cant find it and I'm totally cluesless How do I post a picture?!

ok heres what you do, the picture has to be on the internet right click on the picture go to properties highlight all the info opposite URL address right click and copy go to where you write a message select the button 'Img' its below the subject box right click and paste then select the 'Img' button again That should do it....just so you know some pictures wont let you do it, i think pics from maggie sottero site doesnt hope that works for you
