Semi Private The Coombe - Scan fees

Hi i've registered to go semi private at the Coombe. I received my letter today with the date for my scan together with a list of their costs for the scan. Is this payable on the day or can i give my insurance details and let them take care of it? I'm new to all this so haven't a clue!

You will have to pay upfront in the scanning dept. They have a credit card machine
