Sleeping Tablets?

I have just been prescribed these as I am not sleeping and no longer look or feel human (just under 30 weeks). I am totally freaked out though and just looking for some reassurance I guess. Has anyone else had to resort to sleeping tablets or what other recommendations might you have? Thanks A worried and very emotional Zilla07

I zilla, which tabs are they, what are they called? would you give accupuncture a try, im finding it great at the moment. its really helping me with morning sickness and its great for relaxation it could help you, worth shot at this stage.
