swollen legs - pain?

do you get pains in your legs at all when they swell??

It is possible for them to be achey, but it is teh sort of achiness you have for example when you have been on your elgs all day and been walking a lot, that sort of thing. Often the swelling just appears and you only notice when the shoes don't fit anymore all of a sudden!
