Table Name card template?

Hi Girls, Just wondering how to make table name cards?vis there an online template or do i need to get a printing compnay to do it ??? im doing famous couples

Ask your hotel. We just sent ours to them and they printed them out for us. They might format them for you too. What kind of thing were you thinking of? Size? Could you just use word?
