nah, I was trying to actually embed a frame... thought I could mess with something but it doesn't work....

Click the "URL" button just above the panel you are typing in. You will get"[url][/url]" Just before the first "]" put "=" followed by the URL you want to link to. In the middle between "]" & "[" paste the text you want to appear such as you tube etc.. Hope that makes sense to you Ruairi.
