the small picture-how to get

hi girls how and where did ye get the little pictures under ur names at the side. ts being bugging me for ages and i want one

Find an image you like and resize it to fit (I think the spec is 80 x 80) and attach it in your profile. I don't know the format restrictions but JPGs definetly work.
