Has anyone used the Tummy Tub or do any of you intend to? For those that have used it, would you recommend it?

I havent used it yet but I saw them on babychannel and the mother on there who used it loved it and said it helped her child to relieve gas.
I def want to get one of them.

I'm very curious about this too.
Does the baby need to be able to hold its head up in order to use this?
And, wouldn't an ordinary bucket do just as well??

I think i'd like to get one too. I was reading up about them on the site
http://www.tummytub.co.uk/index.html
I'd still like to hear what others think from experience using them before i decide.

I dont like them - i think they look very confined. Doesnt look like you could give babs a really good wash with it

I bought one and took it back unused. I really liked the idea of it but the reality of trying to wash all nooks and crannies wasn't great so I just used an ordinary baby bath.

I posted that question in mums and kids recently and no one recommended them they all prefered a normal baby bath or the sink.

I dont think they look that great. It looks like it would be a struggle to wash the baby in it. I just got a normal baby bath.

id feel the same..cant see how baby would get a good wash and what about playing and having a splash around..my little one gets a great giggle from splashing her legs in the water and to be honest the 50euro price tag would be a bit over my budget also.
