I really want to start exerising but I ve found going for walks impossible as I need to pee every 2o mins and dont fancy squating in a ditch!! I want to take up swimming but im only 7 weeks gone should I wait until 12 weeks I ve read you shouldnt take up new excersise in the first trimester?
doolittle you shouldn't take up any new exercise while pregnant but I'd say swimming would be ok as long as you weren't doing a load of lenghts or learing how to swim.
I was very active before but I haven't done anything since 6 or 7 weeks because I've be far too tired. Hopefully it'll pass soon before the lazyness kicks in
