I could not have asked for a better day of coordinator! Beatrice went above and beyond for us - she helped so much in the planning process and made our day run so smoothly! We chose to get married in the town of Orvieto Italy, with a welcome dinner at Torre Collevento and our wedding reception at Pietra Campana. Our ceremony was held in a beautiful church in town, and Beatrice was invaluable in guiding us through the necessary processes to ensure everything was in order. From our very first conversation with her, she transformed what could have been a very complex destination wedding into an effortless, joyful journey. Her warmth, professionalism, and keen intuition made us feel completely understood and cared for throughout the process.

Beatrice Fuso is an exceptional Italian destination wedding planner. She planned my son and daughter in law’s wedding at Villa D’Este and it was flawless.She is organized, creative, , professional, and extremely easy to work with. She has a wealth of knowledge and contacts to create the perfect wedding.
She planned the night before at a local hotel for dinner The pasta dinner and wonderful wine was over the top. She offered a signature drink of asperol spritz and other aperitifs and welcomed each guest with a creative welcome bag of Italian goodies.

I can't recommend Beatrice enough for anyone planning a destination wedding in Puglia! Beatrice made our intimate wedding in Locorotondo an absolute dream come true. The setting was breathtaking, with the iconic Trulli as a stunning backdrop for our ceremony—something straight out of a fairytale.
Planning a destination wedding can feel overwhelming, but Beatrice took care of every detail with perfection. From event design to accommodations and logistics, she ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us and our guests to fully enjoy the experience. The vendors she recommended were outstanding—from the florist to the caterers—and everything exceeded our expectations.

Beatrice is, without a doubt, the reason our wedding turned out to be as magical as it was. From the very beginning, she showed incredible patience and understanding, truly listening to what we wanted and translating our vision into reality. 

Our wedding took place at Castel Brando in the Treviso area of northern Italy. It was the perfect choice for us as a destination wedding, offering privacy, breathtaking views, and on-site accommodations for our guests, which was so important to us since our loved ones traveled from various parts of Europe. Being from Croatia, we knew planning a wedding abroad would be challenging, but having Beatrice on our side made it not only manageable but genuinely enjoyable. Her understanding of the local culture, language, and traditions was invaluable and helped us create a day that truly felt like a perfect blend of our personalities and the Italian charm of the venue.

Beatrice’s attention to detail is unmatched—nothing escaped her keen eye, from the perfectly folded napkins to coordinating all the vendors to be on time. She somehow knew exactly what we needed, often before we did, and was there every step of the way to guide us with her expertise, calm demeanor, and warm support.

We booked our wedding at Castello di Montignano in the height of covid. All of our friends and family thought we were mad to commit to such a huge decision without even seeing it first but we were honestly not worried at all. We had spent hours researching wedding venues online and had narrowed it down to a few in the Umbria area. Given that we couldn’t travel, we’d arranged Skype calls with the wedding venues we liked so they could give us a virtual tour. We were instantly blown away by the warmth and kindness that Beatrice and the owner of the castle, Giuseppe showed us. We just knew that this was the right place for us to get married.

The whole wedding planning process was an absolute breeze thanks to Beatrice, we always looked forward to our meetings with her on zoom. Nothing at all was ever too much trouble, even catering to a gluten free and vegan bride!!

Skip forward a few years and a postponed wedding date due to covid and it was finally time for us to get married. Where do I even begin?

The weather wasn’t on our side before our wedding. We’d had thunderstorms on the days leading up to it. I’m such a sun worshipper and had my heart set on getting married outside in the sunshine so the possibility of that not happening made me sad. Beatrice however remained optimistic at all times and actually sold me on the plan B option if it did happen to rain which I never thought would happen. Everything however turned out perfectly in the end and the sun came out just as our friends and family were arriving at the caste the day before.

Our wedding consisted of a 3 day celebration. On day 1 we hosted an aperitif dinner in the hortus garden of the castle which was absolutely beautiful. The setting was so romantic and the food was plentiful and so tasty!

Day 2 was our wedding day. The organisation of the day was so well thought out and that was all down to Beatrice and her wonderful team. From arranging different breakfast times to ensure that me and my husband didn’t bump into each other on the morning, gluten free and vegan croissants baked especially for me, a gorgeous lunch made up for us whilst we were getting ready… everything was just perfect! The set up of the ceremony and reception was just as I’d imagined, if not better. We had just celebrated my best friend’s wedding in England and had to set up everything for that the night before but that wasn’t at all the case for us.Beatrice took care of absolutely everything and the whole day ran like clockwork.

On day 3 we hosted a pizza pool party. We’d prepaid for cocktails to be served on this day and Beatrice helped us to come up with the idea of giving our guests drinks tokens to use on the day. These were a huge hit with our guests, there wasn’t one cocktail that the bar staff couldn’t make and if ever they were unsure about how to make one, they would look up how to do it and make it for us. Absolutely everything about the day.. the cocktails, the abundance of pizzas and other gorgeous food.. we were again just completely blown away by how much we got and more importantly the quality of everything.

The whole 3 days from start to finish were simply magical. Absolutely everything was carefully considered and thought of, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Beatrice knew exactly what our vision was and executed everything perfectly… better than we could have ever imagined. Our friends and family were blown away by the level of hospitality and warmth they received from all of the staff at the castle.

Beatrice is worth her weight in gold and I couldn’t recommend her services highly enough. Don’t hesitate to book… just do it, you will not regret it.

We got married in Italy June 2022. We had a few destinations in mind and had a few zoom meeting with different people. When we had our zoom meeting with Beatrice we knew we were in great hands. Beatrice was so good from start to finish. So helpful with any questions we had and so friendly. Beatrice was very clear with her information and we had so many zoom calls. When we finally met her she was exactly how we thought she was. So helpful in every department and Beatrice made our 3 day event so perfect. We did not have to worry about a thing for the 3 days. Beatrice helped us with flowers, church ceremony, busses, priest, drink, rooms and just everything you can think of for a wedding event. She was 1st class in every department and if we were going to get married again we would pick her to co-ordinate our wedding. She is such a fantastic person and we still keep in touch with her to this day!

It's been said in some other reviews on this page, but from the very first phone call, we felt completely confident that we were in the best hands. Beatrice’s expertise is unmatched, and her attention to detail is nothing short of extraordinary. She took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life with elegance and dedication. No request was ever too big or too small. Planning a wedding in Italy while living in Ireland—and navigating the challenges of the Covid era—would have been impossible without her guidance and unwavering support.

One of the main reasons we chose our venue, Castello di Montignano, was the kindness and helpfulness of Beatrice. When we first met her in October 2019, her warmth and enthusiasm made a lasting impression, and after visiting several venues, we confidently chose Montignano for our August 2020 wedding. Though we couldn’t have predicted the challenges ahead, Beatrice's unwavering support made the journey to our wedding day so much easier.

When Covid struck in 2020, we had to come to terms with postponing our plans. Throughout that uncertain time, Beatrice maintained honest communication, offering frequent Zoom calls to discuss alternative dates, updates on the situation in Italy, and virtual tours of the castle to keep our excitement alive. Her professionalism and heartfelt dedication made all the difference during such a challenging period.

We will forever be grateful for everything she did to make our wedding so special. Our celebrations at Castello di Montignano were unforgettable, and the memories will stay with us and our guests for a lifetime.
