We are a wedding planning company based near Venice and specialized in destination weddings all over Italy.
Our main areas of work are: Venice, Verona and Veneto, the Lakes (Como, Garda and Maggiore), Tuscany and Umbria, Sorrento and Amalfi Coast, Puglia and Sicily, Rome and Sardinia.
We assist the clients in all the planning process, the selection of all the vendors, the bureaucracy and the logistics for the wedding day including transports and accommodation for the guests. We have an internal travel agency so we can organize also your dream honeymoon in Italy.
We have planned weddings of different cultures such as Catholic weddings, Hindu, Sikh, celtic, Shinto, Buddhist, Ortodox, Protestant, Jewish weddings.
We speak English, German, Spanish, French and, obviously, Italian. We have organized more than 300 weddings since 2008, the year when we started our business.

Claudia and her team are simply amazing. They are logsistically very strong, thourgh in their approach to planning and true problem solvers. Aside from the fact that they are kind, warmhearted and fun people. As an events person myself, it was hard to give up the control of the planning to someone else. Claudia understood this and worked with me to make our vision come to life. So much so that in the last weeks of planning and on our wedding day I left complete control to Claudia and her team. It should be noted that Claudia has also surrounded herself with a very strong team of suppliers. We cannot say enough about our photographer, florist, musicians and DJ. We also must mention the venue for the welcome reception and the dinner. Both amazing partners. It is without reservation that my husband and I recommend BestWedddingsItaly (Claudia) to anyone who is planning a destination wedding in beautiful Italy.

Weddings can be fundamentally difficult and stressful to plan; especially an international one. However, time and time again working with Claudia and the entire team at Best Wedding Italy proved to be the best decision we made when planning our wedding.
From start to finish, every single detail of our wedding was accounted for by Claudia and Team, including providing a thorough wedding plan based on our dreams and wishes, quick and easy communication whenever we needed it, backup plans in case of weather emergencies, to coordinating the minutiae of our day.
It is difficult to express the gratitude we feel towards Claudia and the team at Best Wedding Italy but to sum it up, we would like to thank you for essentially perfectly planning the best day of our lives to date. My husband and I feel like we struck the jackpot with Claudia, Sara and her team at Best Wedding Italy. We had a general idea of what we wanted our wedding to be - "dream wedding in Ischia, Italy in July", but no idea what that really meant. But, Claudia did! :) She and her team absolutely delivered in every single aspect. She secured for us the most coveted and hard to get location in Ischia (if not Italy) - Castello Aragonese- which is an ancient castle ruin on its own island in Ischia - which was really straight out of a magical fairytale. When it came to be our reality that we were going to be getting married IN A CASTLE IN ITALY, we were over the moon excited. Claudia was extremely responsive, helpful, and available even despite our 9-hour time difference (we are in San Francisco, California). She also made planning it all so much fun and completely stress-free. My husband and I never had a worry in the world thanks to Claudia's impeccable organization. And she was full of ideas to personalize the wedding for us. One of my favorite things is Claudia had the fun idea to have the guests leave our wedding at the castle in little tuk tuks that took them through town to the dinner reception at a gorgeous hotel overlooking the castle we just got married at (the guests loved it!).
In addition to planning our entire wedding, reception and (super fun) welcome party, she booked for us the most amazing florist, mani/pedis, hair stylists and make-up artists that gave me trials before the wedding and came into our suite the day of the wedding, plus a string quartet, private boat transfers, put together custom welcome bags, and booked all the ferry travel organization for our family to/from Ischia. She also gave us so many great ideas for the rehearsal dinner. She was there in person at the rehearsal and all day/night of the wedding making sure everything went flawlessly. As the other reviewer mentioned, Claudia also was a huge help to many of our guests who needed some help & guidance in their travels before and after the wedding throughout Italy. She was really a dream. I must also mention how patient and understanding Claudia is, even with people like my husband and I who had so many questions and we changed our plan from an elopement at the first meetings to eventually it becoming a full blown wedding.
For all the detail and exquisite planning and expertise we received from Claudia and her dream team, we felt like we were her only clients. We are still baffled how Claudia was able to plan so many other weddings - that are just as exquisite! She's really one in a million. Now that the wedding is 6-months behind us, I miss my chats and emails with Claudia as hearing from her always brought a smile to my face. Perhaps we need a vow renewal next year!! :) Needless to say, Best Wedding Italy is really the BEST in Italy, hands down. Claudia, Sara, and everyone at Best Wedding Italy - we love you and are forever grateful for all of your brilliance with our wedding. It really was a dream come true. XOXO

Claudia and her team are the absolute best in the business. They delivered the most gorgeous, out of a fairytale, wedding for my husband and I. We were nervous at first planning a wedding in Italy from the U.S. without seeing everything beforehand, but Claudia and her team made it a breeze. Claudia was always readily available...communicating with us as often, answering all our questions, and even keeping us calm during the planning process!
Claudia and her team handled everything with the venue, vendors, logistics, etc. She even helped my guests with hotel reservations and organized a wine tour for my family a few days before the wedding!
I can't say enough glowing things about Claudia and her team. They are excellent, and you will not regret working with them!

As an older couple getting married, we were not sure what to expect. Our real goal was to get married with my husband's family in Modena, Italy. Claudia and her team were responsive and professional in every way. Their attention to detail was amazing and many wonderful and special surprises filled our special day. Claudia found the perfect location (Terre del Tuono, Modena, Italy) and the food was over the top!!! Since we live in America, she made it very easy for payments through Paypal. I highly recommend Best Wedding Italy, well, because they do just that!

I would highly recommend Best Wedding Italy. Claudia and her team were instrumental in organising our destination wedding in Valle Di Badia, Tuscany. We were hampered by the dreaded COVID outbreak, and had to cancel and rearrange until we were third time lucky. Honestly couldnt have done it without Claudia. She was amazing throughout, so calm and relaxed, and always put our best interests at heart. Forever grateful, thank you Claudia! Jamie & Danielle x
