What is the One to One Diet by Cambridge weight plan?
It is a 6 step meal replacement plan that takes you from weight loss to stabilization through to maintenance.

From porridge to smoothies, to shakes, to soups, to bars and bites and also a range of savory meals.
Unlike any other diet plan here in Ireland, this plan comes with your very own consultant (me) and i will guide you through the process and help you re establish a better relationship with food, I will be there to keep you accountable with weekly weigh ins and regular measurement all done virtually, at a time that suits you.
As well as supporting you when you may have a moment of weakness I will be there to offer motivation and celebrate the non scale victories too.
I will also support you to meal plan, and guide you with healthy low carb meal ideas.
