Dee was absolutely wonderful! She was a pleasure to work with and was so helpful on the day. Her photos are absolutely gorgeous and we couldn't be more pleased with how they turned our. I couldn't recommend her more. She is a very talented photographer and lovely person.

Dee was an absolute pleasure to have as our wedding photographer. She made us and our kids feel so comfortable and captured the most amazing pictures! It was more than we could have ever wished for, we would highly recommend Dee!

Hiring Dee for our wedding ended up being one of the best decisions we ever made (for a few different reasons). I’m also writing this review NINE months later (got super delayed due to pregnancy) because of how much it meant having her a part of our special day in hopes someone else will be able to experience what we did.

First, even before the big day, we had a couple of calls with her and she really helped us feel comfortable and prepared with what to expect on the day, things we should consider (e.g. I had not thought of making a list of who we want photos with and how common it is for people to forget someone on the day without it). This was super helpful as we live abroad so everything was virtual until the day of.

Now for the actual wedding day…we got married during one of the most insane weather storms to hit the country (literally torrential rain and wind in the morning while getting ready). Dee came in with the most calm, positive, and reassuring energy that genuinely helped everyone feel at ease (even my maid of honor mentioned this). She got beautiful shots of both bridal parties and it never felt like she took us away or distracted us. She just knew how to get all the shots and blended into the flow of things. She knew where to go, who to speak to, and took so much initiative.

But what really makes Dee such a star beyond her personality is her skill set. We literally had a small opening after the ceremony when the rain stopped but the wind was still really gusty and unpredictable. I had genuinely accepted that the photos probably wouldn’t be what we had hoped for due to the weather and still had fun. But then when we got the photos back I couldn’t believe what she had captured. She was able to capture those short moments where my hair wasn’t in my face, she gently guided us with where to pose or ideas of how to do it, and the results speak for themselves. You could not tell how crazy the weather was by looking at these photos.

Anyways, this is a very long review but with so much gratitude. We still think about our wedding day and how much fun it was and Dee is a big part of that.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dee Rene Plunkett! From our engagement session to our wedding day, she was an absolute dream to work with.

As a couple traveling from New York to Ireland for our wedding, finding the right photographer was incredibly important to us. We first worked with Dee for our engagement photos in Killarney and at the Gap of Dunloe, and from that moment we knew we had made the perfect choice. Not only is she exceptionally talented, but she is also warm, friendly, and makes you feel completely comfortable in front of the camera.

Our engagement photos were stunning and perfectly captured the beauty of Kerry while also reflecting who we are as a couple. By the time our wedding day arrived, it felt like having a friend by our side rather than just a photographer.

On our wedding day, Dee was amazing. She captured every special moment effortlessly, from the big emotional moments to the small details we may have otherwise missed. She has an incredible eye for lighting, composition, and storytelling, and her calm, reassuring presence helped us stay relaxed and enjoy every moment of the day.

When we received our photos, we were absolutely blown away. Every image was beautiful, natural, and filled with emotion. Looking through them allowed us to relive our wedding day all over again, and we will treasure these memories for the rest of our lives.

Dee photographed our wedding at the beginning of the month, and writing this review is so easy because she was just brilliant!
In the lead up to the day, Dee listened to all our ideas, opinions, concerns and worked around us for our timeline.
On the day, she was a really calming presence, great fun to work with, and captured some amazing moments! The weather got in the way of our original plans of taking pictures outside but Dee’s skills meant our final pictures weren’t any less special.
I am obsessed with the photos, each one brings us back and really captures the moment, I can almost hear them. We had fun taking them, there was no stress and they perfectly portrayed us and our wedding day.
