I would recommend Aisling Powell to anyone looking for a professional make-up artist for their big day. Myself, my bridesmaid, sisters and mum were all delighted with our makeup.
She was professional and gave great guidance with choosing the bridal make-up that helped complete my look. She even managed to cleverly cover, and reassure me about some 'stress blemishes' that in typical fashion decided to appear the day before the wedding. On the day my skin looked flawless.

She was so professional and fit right in to the busy household and she helped to ease my nerves completely.

My makeup felt so light and I loved it, it was exactly the way I imagined it would look. I looked like myself but a far prettier version of myself. My makeup didn't budge once on the day even though I gave lots of hugs, shed a few tears and tore up the dance floor. At the end of the night, or should I say early morning when we finally finished up my makeup looked like it had just been applied.

Aisling also did my Mother, Aunt and three Bridesmaids and they all looked amazing. The compliments I have been receiving have been incredible and everyone wanted to know who my Makeup Artist was. Thank you for doing such an amazing job".

As a full time singer, I often get my make-up done for stage performances, photoshoots and TV appearances. Aisling Powell is the only make-up artist I trust to make me look and feel fabulous! My skin tone is very uneven with a lot of redness in it but Aisling manages to make it look perfectly smooth and flawless! She knows how to bring out my best features and I'm always thrilled with the results. Not only is she very skilful but she is versatile and imaginative and has created many different looks for me over the years from 50's siren to Celtic Goddess and everything in between! I couldn't recommend her highly enough and she's warm and friendly with it so it's an all round treat to visit Empower studio - AND then you get to emerge looking like a film star! Go, get Empowered!

I would definitely recommend these guys.... and would like to thank Empower Studios for making my wedding day so special. Having sensitive skin was a worry for me but Aisling was so helpful and understanding on all my skin and make up questions beforehand, and on the day she did such an amazing job on making us all look our best. A true professional, I would definitely use them again - I just need an event to go to!!!

Empower Make Up organised the hair and make up for my wedding, including myself, my bridesmaids and my mum and were a pleasure to work with in the run up to and on the day itself of the wedding. They organised everything from hair and make up trials, HD brows and skin preparation. Aisling and Jane travelled to the venue the morning of the wedding and were really relaxed, efficient, professional and best of all, great fun to be around. Our hair and make up lasted all day and we were all delighted with how we looked - we still looked like ourselves, just a much better version! Aisling Powell and her amazing team did the makeup for our wedding in October 2013.
