Italian Lakes Weddings

Well what can I say I have finally come back to reality, work!
Sarah, thank you so much for the lead up to our wedding! Thank you for also being so patient with me as I did have a few questions! Your help was tremendous and I couldn?t have asked for more, you were such a great help!
Anna, thank you so much for helping us when we arrived in Italy your help was fantastic and you definitely helped me stay calm! The day was fantastic and couldn?t have asked for more! Everyone thought you were fantastic and couldn?t believe you stayed the whole day Me and Adam made it to the restaurant you recommended Al Volt, it was perfecto! Such an amazing meal but not as nice as our Wedding Meal!
This email doesn?t really reflect how grateful I am to you both; there are also not enough words to describe it!!
Our wedding day was perfect and it wouldn?t have been possible without the two of you! I can?t wait to see the pictures from Thilo

We married in Malcesine in September 2012 and decided to use Italian Lakes Weddings to organise our special day. This was one of the best decisions we made as our wedding was simply amazing and much more than we could have ever imagined.
Sarah, you were so patient and nothing was too much trouble. You managed to translate every request into such a fantastic day with lasting memories.
Anna, what can I say, you coordinate the most fabulous day from start to finish and you had thought of everything to the smallest of detail, for this we are so grateful.
We will always remember that Sarah and Anna at Italian Lakes Weddings were such a big part of our day and made it possible and so special.
From the moment we booked, we just knew we had made the right decision. We could not recommend Italian Lakes Weddings highly enough and would have no objections to Sarah passing on our contact details to any couple considering using Italian Lakes Wedding in the future.

We decided that we wanted to get married in Italy and chose Lake Garda after searching for suitable destinations.
Next was the search for suitable planners that could help as we didn?t have a clue where to start, and like most people with busy work schedules didn?t really have the time (or energy) to!
After making enquiries to lots of companies we chose Italian Lakes Weddings, you were so prompt and full in your responses that we felt relieved to have found someone we felt we could trust, and the reviews from other couples were very comforting. Whereas some other companies didn?t even get back.
Sarah was an absolute gem, answering e mails promptly, with full well knowledgable answers.
It was great to have someone based in the UK and someone based in Italy that were doing so much for us.
Having never been to Lake Garda, and as we were only having a small wedding, with us and just two guests, Sarah suggested we get married in Riva Del Garda, and we are so thankful we took her advice on this. It was perfect.
When we met Anna at our welcome meeting she took us to all the places that we would be using for the wedding and saw the people she had been dealing with to make our wedding perfect.
Everywhere was within walking distance of our hotel and the town hall; the hotel for the wedding breakfast, the florist, the hairdresser, the restaurant for the evening meal etc.
The people couldn?t have been nicer and made us feel so special.
The day went like clock work thanks to Anna who run it like a military operation, although this was not apparent to us, as the day was just so enjoyable and relaxed.
We spent two fantastic weeks in Riva and ours was the only wedding while we were there, this made us feel so special and the locals were clearly delighted we chose Riva, they were shouting congratulations and clapping.
The photographer Giuseppe was so professional and had been to Riva beforehand to seek out the best locations for photos, as Rhydian is a photographer himself this was a real important part for us as we wanted a good photographer and we were certainly not disappointed.
We cannot recommend Italian Lakes weddings enough and hope that you go from strength to strength and we hope Riva is considered by new couples as a venue, it was so wonderful for our honeymoon too.

Wow, what a fantastic day we had on August 29th 2012 for our Wedding at the castle in Malcesine.
Not sure how we can thank you both enough for all you did. From the start Sarah you have been so helpful and professional in assisting us with everything for our special day. I can?t even begin to count all the MANY e-mail exchanges we had (you must be quite relieved it?s all over now J) You always answered my e-mails promptly and even responded when you were on your own holidays. From documents, venues, legal matters, flowers, menus, music, cars, photographers, accommodation?. the list goes on you helped.
Then to Italy and the day itself. Anna, firstly thank you for helping me with those very tricky buttons on my dress J. You discreetly stayed with us throughout the entire day from bringing the flowers to my hotel to the point of arranging our taxi home. All of our friends and family commented on your professionalism and said how wonderful you were and we agree.
The sun was shining and the sky was blue. The castle as a venue is amazing with breath-taking views across the lake which provided fantastic photo opportunities and the ceremony was perfect all topped off with the beautiful gifts from the town hall. We?re very much looking forward to seeing the official photographs from Giuseppe. He made the photos fun and we?re sure he will have captured the day in style. Hopefully these will be available soon.
Our reception was at the Prima Luna. During the day it?s a beach cafe terrace but by the time they and our friend Libby had finished decorating and setting up the tables it looked truly amazing again with beautiful views across the lake. The food was extremely tasty and VERY plentiful as was the wine. It took several hours to get through the many courses and our compliments to Chef. The waiters were excellent and attentive all food served to our many guests at the same time and ensuring that no glass was ever empty. Ending with a HUGE wedding cake complete with flares.
We totally recommend Italian Lakes Weddings and thank you both for giving us a day that was even better than we could have imagined.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone at Italian Lakes weddings for making our wedding a magical day, everything was perfect from start to finish, prompt responses to each e-mail to detailed answers to all my questions, everything went great on the day perfectly, it exceeded all of our expectations and more., i think Anna the wedding organiser was more stressed than me sorry for being so easy going but i knew i was in safe hands The location was magical, the nibbles for guests while we were getting our pics took was an excellent wee touch, all the guests were well impresses with the food an the professional services you provided on the day an on the run up to the big day.. We would highly recommend Italian Lakes weddings to plan yr special day, where glad we did?.

James and I just wanted to send you a message expressing how grateful we are for all your hard work in organising our special day. I really don?t know where to begin with all the gratitude that is owed to you both. The day was just so perfect.
Torri itself, was just beautiful, it was like visiting a film set, with all the little streets, quaint buildings and the spectacular view of the lake. We were stunned from the moment we arrived, to the moment we left. We never tired of wandering around and soaking up the Italian way of life. To top this off this is where we would have one of the best days of our life?s together!!
Our wedding?? What can I say, it was fantastic, the months of planning, the relay of emails between us Sarah, your patience in answering ALL of my daft bride questions all paid off! Everything was catered for?
Torri castle is beautiful, sitting in its full grandure on the side of the lake, never in a million years did we expect to find the lemon grove situated in the middle of it, with its fairy tale feel and pure charm. After our visit with Anna we were so excited about the guests walking over the little bridge and seeing its beauty.
Then the sailboat, what can i say?. It was the highlight of most of the guests holidays, and will be a topic of excited conversation for many a year! The atmosphere was relaxed and the Prosecco flowed and the weather couldn?t of been better for it!
The Hotel Gardesana where we had the reception was fabulous, the service and the food were top notch, where we found room to put all the lavish courses I will never know. The hotel were very accommodating allowing us to use our own decoration, setting this all up for us and assisting any way they could with anything else.
James and I can both say hand on heart that we had no worries about our wedding day, after the welcome meeting with Anna, any questions we had were answered and she filled us with confidence and excitement. Everything that had been discussed in the UK had been passed on and everything was organised, we just needed to turn up!! Anna we owe huge thanks for allowing us to enjoy our day and for been calm and relaxed through out.
Finally Giuseppe our photographer, the photos have arrived and they are beautiful. Giuseppe was charming and made me feel like a princess for a day, his vision and skill are wonderful and he has captured our day perfectly.
So thank you both for everything, neither of us would have changed anything.
