Signing up with Kat was the best decision ever to get in shape for my wedding day. I knew I wanted to feel better in myself for the day and get fitter in general. Kat is not only a friend but a great coach and listener, always on the other end of the phone and truly invested in each and every client. I never imagined I would be able to eat as much while training, but the food choices are endless it's all about the right choices. Kat explains in great detail all the choices and how to interchange these..also the workouts I thoroughly enjoyed. Overall the plan was extremely enjoyable and I honestly felt a million dollars on my big day all thanks to this gal. Kat kept me accountable week in week out with the check ins and there was no place for hiding if you had a bad day, just pick yourself and keep going. Constant reminders that at the end of the day, if you put the work in you will reap the rewards?Kat was the constant support and pushed me and I am so thankful!!
