Make Up by Grainne

Grainne made the whole experience of hair and makeup so enjoyable. I booked online for the Sunday wedding of my brother for our group of 5. I also needed hair so she brought Ruth who was also fantastic. We had the most fun and relaxed morning getting ready. All of us were really happy with our makeup and hair and received compliments throughout the day. Even our young sons joined in for some hair styling and photos- can’t thank Grainne enough. I would definitely recommend for a Wedding or event.

Grainne absolutely did a fantastic job for me and and my bridal party very professional,extremely talented and friendly! We were all delighted with our looks. shes a calm presences on a hectic day!

I can not thank this lady enough ???? I couldn't recommend Grainne highly enough! From the first enquiry to the day of the wedding, Grainne was so professional and helpful. She was a pleasure to have with us on the morning of the wedding, putting us all at ease with chats and her playlist! My makeup was flawless, as well as lasting all day (and through a lot of dancing!) it was so lightweight that I nearly forgot I had makeup on! I received so many compliments about it on the day. I can't recommend Grainne enough for the fabulous makeup she does! Grainne was an absolute delight! I had originally had a trial with another make up artist and was so deflated! Grainne paid such care and attention to me, we had many conversations where Grainne took the time to get to know me and my likes and dislikes. She was super professional and my god the results speak for themselves! I had so many compliments about my make up and the coverage was exactly what I wanted; the full face lasted into day two aswell! She really did make me feel like a princess. I was also super impressed with the care and attention she put into my bridesmaids also. I can never thank Grainne enough for contributing to marking my special day even more special.

Grainne os just AMAZING!! She is that calm and happy person you want to be around on your big day! The communication, make up trial.. everything was perfect! I was so beautiful and glad I had her on my big day! Would recommend 1,000 times!

Grainne did the make up for my friend Amanda’s wedding, she was so professional and did an amazing job on the whole wedding party. Everyone was so happy with their make up and Grainne was also so friendly and helpful throughout the whole morning!

Absolutely loved having Grainne do my make up on the day of my sister in laws wedding. Grainne has a beautiful personality and made everyone feel so relaxed. I felt so beautiful when I looked in the mirror after she was finished waving her magic brushes. Could not recommend her enough.

Grainne was my makeup artist for my wedding day, she did 6 peoples makeup on the day of my wedding. She done everyone's makeup in plenty of time. She was an absolute gem, she really transformed us all and made me feel and look so beautiful on my wedding day. My bridal party wanted a mix of a glam look and a natural look, Grainne just done exactly what we wanted. If you are thinking of using Grainne for your wedding day you would 100% be making the right decision. She really is so talented! She used Charlotte Tilbury and our make up looked flawless. The day before the wedding I got a really bad rash on my face and Grainne worked her magic and made my skin look perfect. I really cannot recommend her enough, she really went above and beyond on my big day, not only did she do our make up she also helped us all get into her dresses and helped us put on our jewellery, she also made sure to take loads of photos and videos on the morning and made them into a beautiful reel which really meant alot when you are waiting for ages for your wedding video and photos.

I had the pleasure of having Grainne look after myself and my bridal party for my wedding. This lady is a true professional in every way. No panic and everything done at ease which created the most relaxed atmosphere. I didn't get a trial done as I have been following Grainne and knew she knows her stuff and between myself and my bridesmaids we felt a million dollars. Makeup lasted until the next day and is absolutley fabulous in photographs. I can't recommend Grainne enough,a really fabulous makeup artist in every way.

Getting my make up done by Grainne was the most relaxing part of my whole wedding day. She is just such a lovely woman. Who made me laugh and and calmed me down just when I needed to. She is simply amazing and made me look fab. The make up lasted the whole day and no touch ups needed. Couldnt recommend this make artist enough to brides to be. I came upon Grainnes work online and instantly got in touch with her. She was so understanding. Time didn't allow for a trial and the morning of the weddings I had no fear, as I knew Grainne would work her magic. And so she did. My makeup, that of my sister and my mum was amazing. It was so natural and light. It lasted all day and so many guests commented on our make-up. Not only is Grainne extreme talented but we had a great laugh the morning of the wedding. I have previously had make up done with Grainne for events throughout the years so I didn't have to think twice when it came to deciding on who I wanted for our special day. So delighted to have had Grainne as part of our special day, the minute she arrived you could feel her calming presence. Myself and my 4 bridesmaids were delighted with our makeup which remained perfect the whole day, no rush, no panic with each of us getting exactly what we wanted. While completing your makeup grainne has such a lovely way with her, conversation flowing, calming the nerves! Grainne went above and beyond on my wedding day. She asked the girls what way they would like there make up incase someone wanted different. Grainne done an amazing job on myself, the bridesmaids and my mam. Our makeup stayed perfect throughout the day! All that needed touching up was our lipstick. Grainne also helped out when the last mad hour came! She kept everyone calm and helped where ever she could help! We would all highly recommend Grainne to any bride for there wedding day.

Grainne is so talented , professional & kind. I was so happy with my make up on the wedding day , it was exactly what I wanted, so comfortable & lasted all night, my lashes lasted a couple of days!! My bridal party were all so happy with their make up & looked beautiful. I wear makeup every day and so I was quite anxious about having something different for my wedding day bridal makeup. Grainne was great - she was so professional in her approach, she listened to me and what I wanted. We had a bridal trial and Grainne put everything into practice. She achieved my desired look both at the trial and on my wedding day! My bridesmaid sisters were also very impressed and happy with Grainnes work. Grainne is just simply amazing at what she does in every way. She has a very calm and friendly presence about her. My bridal party absolutely loved her and she had great time & chats for my mam which was so lovely as my mam loves nothing more. She listens to exactly what you want and pulls it off perfectly. Grainne was amazing on the run up to our Wedding Day. Due to Covid we had to change our date several times and Grainne was so accommodating and supportive. On the morning of the wedding, she kept us all at ease and we didn't have to stress about the order of the morning or how long we had to get ready. The morning was so relaxed and stress free. Let me begin by saying, I cannot recommend Grainne highly enough. 10 days before our wedding, my original MUA had to cancel. I was at school (teacher) when I received the message. One of the SNA'S next door to me suggested Grainne. I rang Grainne on my break and she was incredibly helpful straight away. She needed to move a few things around initially which shows how much she cares about her brides and ensured me that everything would be grand. She was so lovely to deal with and chat to on the morning of the wedding and created the most gorgeous look for my mam, my bridesmaids and I. We were thrilled with the final result and all agreed that Grainne was a Saviour! I can't wait to get my make up done with Grainne again!

Grainne done my makeup for my wedding day, when I say she went above and beyond for me she truely did. I was in the middle of chemo and had lost my hair, my wedding day was not the day I planned, Grainne made me feel so at ease. As a beauty therapist myself, I can be fussy enough and I couldnt point out one fault in my makeup. My makeup stayed on perfect, as you would imagine it was a very emotional day for me due to my personal health problems and my makeup didnt budge. It felt so natural on my skin and just looked flawless throughout the day. Grainne was so lovely to deal with and did and excellent job on 5 makeup's the morning of my wedding. She has a kind and easy going nature. On the morning of the wedding there was a bit of a disaster with the lipstick I had bought for the day but Grainne sorted it all out with no fuss. She also did a brilliant job with my mums makeup which was a different style to the bride & bridesmaids.
