Huge thanks to Tony and team in Dawson St, fantastic service. Delighted with our suits for my wedding and grooms party. All the lads were delighted with the service. Tony went above and beyond to kit my nephew out with a matching communion suit that doubled up for the wedding. Brilliant service.

Their Swords store sorted all 4 lads wedding suits literally less than 24 hours before our wedding after the place we originally bought from gave us the wrong sizes and left us short. They went above and beyond to get suits for us, putting a rush order in for various sizes to ensure we could get one that fit in time. They even sorted alterations on the day. Absolutely brilliant customer service. Would highly recommend.

Phoned to make appointment. Was told to turn up for 2 weeks in advance of the wedding. Staff member very eager to get me off the phone. Incredibly unhelpful

Dealing with the guys in the shop was such an ease especially given current lockdown restrictions. They were so helpful and flexible when it came to changing from buying to renting and a mixture of both.

Just wanted to say thanks to Tony and all the guys at Protocol. They kitted us out with some great suits and can't thank them enough. I have picked up a few suits and shoes over the years from them and they are always a pleasure to deal with. My groomsmen all live abroad and only had a few days before the wedding to get suited up and fitted and Tony got everything sorted straight away. Would highly recommend them and their other store Monza for any formal wear.
