Kerrie Made Our Dream Wedding a Reality

Our journey to finding Kerrie was unexpected after our original wedding planner suddenly closed her business, my husband (fiance at the time) Zack and I were left scrambling. We were referred to Kerrie, and while we were initially unsure (starting from scratch with someone new so late in the game felt daunting), she instantly put us at ease. From our very first conversation, Kerrie’s warmth, professionalism, and clear passion for what she does gave us the confidence to move forward. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire planning process.
I’m extremely detail-oriented, I had a very specific vision, and I was planning everything remotely from Washington, D.C., while Kerrie was based in Lanzarote. Add to that a fair amount of family baggage and cultural complexity, and it was not a simple wedding to execute. And yet, Kerrie navigated every bit of it with ease, grace, and unwavering commitment.

Kerrie didn’t just help me stick to my vision she helped me enhance it. She brought so much creativity and insight to the table, always with a calm and confident demeanor that made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. She was the perfect mix of organized and realistic always keeping things on track while also dreaming big with us.
Throughout the planning process, Kerrie was consistently responsive, even across time zones. She made herself available, she listened deeply, and she offered thoughtful, strategic suggestions that brought cohesion and beauty to every detail. Her flexibility and patience were unmatched. She was also an incredible emotional support ;when I needed someone to talk to, vent to, or just share a worry with, she was there.

Our wedding day had a few unexpected hiccups most notably, my father (who was supposed to walk me down the aisle) got lost and arrived over an hour late. Kerrie handled the situation with absolute grace. She kept the timeline flowing without ever making me feel stressed or rushed. She managed guests, vendors, and logistics with what can only be described as effortless professionalism. No panic, no fluster just solutions and calm energy.
One of the most incredible things Kerrie did was help us weave together the many cultures that make up our family American, Irish, Spanish, and African. She treated each one with deep respect and made sure they were beautifully represented in the ceremony and reception. From small symbolic details to larger traditions, everything felt intentional, personal, and harmonious.

Our wedding day was more beautiful than I ever imagined not just visually, but emotionally. It felt right. And that’s because Kerrie made it so. She has a gift for understanding people, not just events. And that human touch, combined with her impeccable organizational skills and creative vision, makes her truly spectacular.
I still get chills thinking about the day, the love, the beauty, the joy, and I know it wouldn’t have been possible without Kerrie. She’s not just a wedding planner she’s a calm within the storm, a creative genius, and a true partner in one of life’s biggest milestones.
