Scruffy, what an absolute gentleman! His professionalism from start to finish was outstanding! His show was the perfect balance and he read the room so well! The craic was unreal and it created such an energy in the room! Everyone was saying “they could feel the energy in the room”!! He is so easy to work with and went through everything a few days before the wedding! All our guests said “Scruffy was the missing piece to a wedding” I cannot recommend Scruffy enough!!!!

Incredible Fun!
Martin was brilliant from start to finish and really brought the party to life. He took the time to understand us as a couple and got a great read on our families, especially those who were well up for the craic.
I was a bit worried because there was a Mayo match on during dinner, but Martin just said, "Let's lean into it." Straight after the game he played The Green and Red of Mayo, got everyone going, and it worked perfectly, win or lose.
There were also a few unplanned moments throughout the day, and Martin and his team adapted without missing a beat. Nothing felt forced or over-managed—they let those moments happen naturally while still keeping everything running smoothly.
We had so many people commenting afterwards about how much fun they had. If you're looking for an MC who can read the room, keep the energy high, and make the day feel personal, I'd highly recommend Martin.

Scruffy Duffy provided the entertainment at our wedding, and he was outstanding from start to finish! Unreal MC -Scruffy is a must have!
We had seen Scruffy Duffy at a family wedding in 2020 just before Covid and we honestly thought he was one of the best entertainers we saw at a wedding. Soon after we got engaged when we started the wedding planning we knew we wanted Scruffy at our own wedding. He is so easy to deal with and he had us in stitches on the phone calls leading up to the wedding. He really puts his all in to it and so many of our guests have commented on how there was never any lull during the meal as Scruffy kept the buzz going. Scruffy was unreal. He was so easy to deal with and went through every step of the show with us. Absolutely Amazing!
We booked Scruffy for our wedding not knowing exactly what would happen and what the response would be from our guests. But OH MY GOD he was amazing!! A year later and our family and friends still mention how great he was. He got everybody up and dancing on the floor and even had mini games for guests to play. It was so fun and interactive! Would absolutely recommend for anyone’s wedding.

Amazing entertainment!
Scruffy was everything we wanted and more for our entertainment for our big day. From first booking him right through to the day of the wedding he was all energy and so responsive.
The fashion show, mr and Mrs quiz and the sing a longs….many of our guests had never been to a Scruffy wedding. They’ve all been raving about it since saying it just put the icing on the cake for an electric atmosphere
Scruffy really worked the room. We had young and old up on chairs singing and dancing. Without a doubt one of out best vendors, so thrilled we had him on the day

WHAT A DAY WE HAD!
Scruffy Duffy was just incredible and a massive Highlight to our wedding.
Our guests were just amazed by what Scruffy Duffy did. Our whole room was up dancing from the moment they were seated in the room until the meal was over. We were up on the chairs singing and dancing the whole way through the meal.
Scruffy Duffy even had special signs made for us as we were 2 brides, he made the day so memorable and we will be forever grateful. We would highly recommend this for your wedding day.

Scruffy was the first thing we booked and admittedly we were back and forth on wether we made the right decision throughout the whole planning process. Well oh my God it was the best thing we could have done! Every single guest both young and old were raving about how much fun they had and he was the reason! "Best wedding ever!" And this is truly down to his energy.
We wanted a wedding that we would love to be guests at and scruffy delivered!
Worth every single penny, do yourself a favor and book him!
Our venue were even impressed to the point he is now a recommended vendor going forward.

Amazing entertainment
Scruffy was our celebrant and MC for the day and we were not disappointed! Scruffy was so easy to deal with especially as we live over seas he made the whole process stress free, we had a circular ceremony and he bought everyone together and then of course there was the entertainment during the meal. He really does what he says he had the place rocking from start to finish, with a lot of guests travelling he got everyone involved! Our guests are still talking about it now you won’t be disappointed booking scruffy!

Myself and my husband were at a family wedding and it was our first time seeing scruffy Duffy in action. We knew that when we got married we had to have him! Fortunately for us Scruffy was available the date of our wedding he was helpful from the minute we enquired . From showing us our options to always been at the end of the phone for advice. We went for the full package . Everyone is still on about our wedding how brilliant he was the place was hopping even before the dinner was served. Unreal service and an unreal guy

Rocked the wedding!
I honestly don’t know where to start, this guy is the real deal! If you are thinking of getting scruffy Duffy at your wedding, don’t hesitate and go for it! From the moment the bell was rang for the meal this guy had the whole crowd rocking, he is electric and fun, you know he loves and takes pride in his job, but he is also a gentleman and a friendly guy, guests are calling it the best wedding they have ever been too and it goes down to this guy, he set the standard for the rest of the night, and nobody was sitting down after it. Honestly can not thank him enough, and we wish him and SD Entertainment all the best for the future.

Absolute legend!!
We had Scruffy from start to finish for our wedding and would highly recommend him! He is fantastic to deal with very professional and very very helpful. He will make you feel at ease which is always a bonus on your wedding day. The Best in the Business
Scruffy duffy is worth every penny and some. Didn't need a band at all, scruffy had the place rocking all night. You won't find anyone better at this than scruffy. The man knows exactly what he's at and can read the room as quick as lightning. He'll have you're quests leaving in awe of gow different and fun you're wedding was. I 100% recommend giving scruffy a call and let him take care of your big day. You won't regret it and we definitely didn't. Wedding with scruffy Duffy entertainment
Scruffy Duffy,was absolutely outstanding we got a full wedding package entertained from mealtime till late in the night!! We are still hearing from guests what a brilliant day and guests saying" best wedding they were ever at "and where did we find scruffy !!," They had never experienced a wedding with this kind of entertainment. Watching our wedding video seeing the youngest to the oldest guests up and out of there chairs laughing really enjoying the entertainment and a full dance floor all night gave us great joy to see again !! There was no lull ,everything was well planned out by scruffy !! Everyone was involved in the day and that was thanks to Scruffy. Unforgettable Day
Mr Scruffy Duffy what an amazing man! We had scruffy duffy Full Wedding package. What can I say other than a massive thank you! You were so professional, organised and understanding in everything we wanted from the get go! Our guests are still talking about you and how they have never been at a wedding like it. The dance floor never emptied and everyone had a ball from young to old. You rocked it.
We would advise anyone looking for something different for their wedding to sign up to the madness.

Martin is the best wedding host you will get and if you don’t get him you’ll regret it!!
From the first moment we spoke to him he sent us examples of his show and how he works the crowd and the videos and pictures do not do him justice! We also had multiple meetings with him prior to our day in relation to how his show will run and exactly the process he goes through and he is very open and flexible to our needs and the needs of our guests.
He was our wedding host from the wedding meal the whole way through to last orders and he had us and our guests on our feet enjoying every second. He is a true master of his craft and knows how to keep a party rocking!
Everyone from the morning after the wedding and beyond have been coming to us in awe of how brilliant he is and how he had everyone enjoying themselves.
We could not be more delighted with how the day went and how much fun our guests had and that is down to Martin and his fantastic show!

Scruffy absolutely made our wedding day! People are still talking about him and how it’s the best wedding they have been to.

We hired Scruffy as MC during our meal for our wedding and to say he had the room buzzing is an understatement. From the get go, he had young and old guests up dancing, signing along and enjoying themselves. Scruffy and his DJ colleague provided an energy which transcended the room and two months on, we still have guests commenting on how good he was.
From the initial contact, Scruffy was so professional, always prompt with his responses and wonderful to deal with throughout the whole process. He has a heart of gold and offered great wedding tips which was highly appreciated.

We hired Scruffy Duffy to provide entertainment on the day of the wedding and boy did he do just that! Our wedding was rocking with people jiving between the tables before the dessert was even served! In the lead up to the wedding Scruffy was professional and highly organised which was very reassuring. He also was so helpful providing advice when working with other suppliers! Highly recommend hiring him for a wedding!
