Martin is the best wedding host you will get and if you don’t get him you’ll regret it!!

From the first moment we spoke to him he sent us examples of his show and how he works the crowd and the videos and pictures do not do him justice! We also had multiple meetings with him prior to our day in relation to how his show will run and exactly the process he goes through and he is very open and flexible to our needs and the needs of our guests.

He was our wedding host from the wedding meal the whole way through to last orders and he had us and our guests on our feet enjoying every second. He is a true master of his craft and knows how to keep a party rocking!

Everyone from the morning after the wedding and beyond have been coming to us in awe of how brilliant he is and how he had everyone enjoying themselves.

We could not be more delighted with how the day went and how much fun our guests had and that is down to Martin and his fantastic show!

From the moment Scruffy started he had everyone up on their feet enjoying themselves. It was the perfect amount of entertainment where the meal was still enjoyed with the fun inbetween courses.
One of the best decisions we made was having scruffy MC during our dinner it was just the best day.

We hired Scruffy Duffy to provide entertainment on the day of the wedding and boy did he do just that! Our wedding was rocking with people jiving between the tables before the dessert was even served! In the lead up to the wedding Scruffy was professional and highly organised which was very reassuring. He also was so helpful providing advice when working with other suppliers! Highly recommend hiring him for a wedding!

We Booked Scuffy Duffy for our wedding and was the best thing ever, had the place rocking and had everyone talking about how good he was. He literally made our day and was brilliant from start to finish. Would Highly Recommend you won't regret it.

WOAW.. what a show! Couldn't recommend this man enough. Professional as they come and my god can he rock a room. Worth every penny and the rest if there 1s thing I would book over and over it would be Scruff. Our whole room was rocking from the minute we entered into it till he left. My guests were left speechless they couldn't get over it. At breakfast all people were talking about even my aunties I'm their 80's were on their feet dancing and singing. Was genuinely a few hours which il cherish forever and moments that myself and my wife will forever be thankful to Scruff for. A gentleman which didn't disturb the service and the hotel also so complimentary of and couldn't believe they had never seen him before. If you book anything for wedding entertainment make sure it's him he will rock that room and make it a night nobody will forget. Thanks Scruff for making our day the best day.

If you are thinking of booking Scruffy Duffy. Please stop thinking and get him booked now while you can!!! He is an absolute legend. He promised he would have place rocking and he was true to his word. Every single one of our guests said it was the best wedding they were ever at even the staff in the hotel were blown away. We went for the full wedding package. Scruffy expertly performed as our celebrant and DJ but the highlight was most definitely the MC during the Meal show. It really was a wedding with a difference. Looking down from the top table seeing people old and young up on their chairs dancing/enjoying themselves is a sight to behold. What a night!!

Scruffy was absolutely top class. From the very get go he had the place rocking. When your sitting at the top table and looking down seen the older generation dancing on top of chairs you know your in for a good night. We had Scruffy Duffy for our wedding in September and he was absolutely amazing! He had the room buzzing from the get go and everyone had a blast. His professionalism from the first point of contact was second to none. If we had any questions at all, he answered them straight away and nothing was a problem. He made our day so memorable for everyone who was there. It was absolutely crazy but that sums us up completely. The best money spent and I couldn't recommend him to couples for their wedding or organisations for events/parties enough.

I cannot reccomend Scruffy Duffy enough! We laughed from start to finish, as did our guests, young and old! One month on from our wedding. and people are still talking about the fun ,energy @ crac he provided. From the minute we first phoned scruffy, he made us feel so at ease and even gave tips on other aspects of the wedding. He took care of everything on the day and took everyone into consideration, ie giving my brother and nephews ear defenders for the kids ,and also giving dad helpful tips before his speech! A true all rounder and a MUST have at your wedding !!! If you want a lively fun day, and a room rocking

From the moment we met scruffy, he was friendly, chatty and reassuring about what he could provide for us on the day, he did not disappoint, we booked scruffy for MC during the meal and dj following band.

The meal entertainment went beyond our expectations, everyone was on a high from the moment scruffy entered the room, there was speculation and curiosity as to what might happen with signs on each table to bring on competition for the loudest side of the room (bride or groom?!!!)

Everyone cheered as the groomsmen entered together followed by the bridesmaids with music to bring on the moves as they made their way to the top table.

Everyone was laughing, cheering as we made our entrance. The top table was on their feet, signs in the air, laughter, singing which encourages the guests to keep the atmosphere going. We chose 4 lads to take part in the surprise fashion show, the surprise did not make them hesitate, they put on a great show, it was absolutely hilarious with tears of laughter filling the room, the MOH and best man did a karaoke sing off and everyone joined in.

It was the best decision we ever made booking scruffy, it removed the dullness between courses when people begin to lack in conversation and focus on how full they are getting, the guests did not get a moment to stop and think and they were absorbed in the whole show which also led them nicely to the dance floor when the band began as they were on a high, the floor was never empty and as the night went on, the wildness continued with scruffy ending the night as dj.

Our guests are still talking about it, everyone from young to old are still laughing at moments from the show, couples due to get married are getting scruffy for their wedding, they never seen anything like it.

Thank you scruffy for making our day so fun, wild and memorable, we had the best day of our lives and you were the central part of it all.

I knew from the minute we booked it our wedding would be something special. What scruffy brought to our wedding words cannot describe! Our guests were blown away from the show he put on! Everyone is still talking about it a month later! Scruffy we honestly can't thank you enough for everything you did for us!

DJ Scruffy Duffy the wedding show was outstanding , and having a DJ was just perfect for a small intimate crowd of people ..you lit up the room and were just the most positive burst of energy , so much positive feedback from guests.

Absolutely couldn't recommend scruffy enough when I first spoke to him he promised us the best night of our lives he had absolutely every person up on there feet including my father in law who wouldn't dare to ever dance, absolutely everyone from the kids to the adults to the staff enjoyed him honestly and truly could not recommend him enough if you want a good fun night, 100% ho with scruffy, a genuinely nice man

Scruffy Duffy was incredible. He made our day and our covid wedding. We wanted to have 300 but could only manage 30 on the day. He was very interactive with our guests, while adhering to all regulations! We had great craic music and games. I wish I could turn the clock back one week and give our guests the best day of their life all over again. Alan and I cannot thank you enough. You are simply amazing at what you do and the best entertainer in the industry. I'd say our wedding will be remembered forever. We got married in April this year.
We aren't a huge fan of live bands so we knew we wanted something different for our wedding.
We had been to two weddings where DJ Scruffy Duffy MC'd during the meal and he was unbelievable.
When we got engaged, Scruffy was one of the first people we booked. We decided we wanted him to do the whole day - MC during the meal and do the music for the entire night.
He really is unbelievable at what he does. He gets the crowd going and fills the room with energy and fun.
I was a bit apprehensive about what the few older people at our wedding would think but I had nothing to worry about. My aunts and uncles were up on chairs waving their banners in the air and my Dad who doesn't drink even said the next day that Scruffy was "class" ????
If you want something different for your wedding, look up his videos. I can't explain the amount of craic he brings to a wedding.
The Mr & Mrs quiz, the Maid of Honor/Bestman dance off and the fashion show keep your guests highly entertained during the meal.

We can't thank Scruffy enough for all he did on our Wedding Day. Scruffy was MC during the meal at our wedding on Saturday and also DJ after the band. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it and are still talking about it. Our guests had never been to a wedding like it and he had us dancing from the very start of the meal. We enjoyed every minute of it. He created the exact lively atmosphere that we wanted and we will be talking about it for a long time to come. We would highly recommend booking Scruffy for your big day, he made ours.

If there's one thing you want for your wedding day, it's to have a day that everyone will remember! DJ Scruffy Duffy is by far the best entertainment around! We had 80 year olds standing on chairs, we had children laughing at all of the adults in costumes and myself and my husband had prime position watching the Guests in the catwalk, and the dance off competitions! We were worried it wouldn't be for everyone but we couldn't have been more wrong. He sets the pace for young and old and works the room to suit every age and personality of your guests! From the minute you enter the room, the atmosphere is electric! The music was fab, the commentary was so funny and the way he works the room is truly unforgettable. I have been lucky enough to be a guest at two of his weddings also and honestly a normal wedding will never be the same now! Book him don't even think about it just book him!!!

We had scruffy for the full wedding day package . We got married in 2017 and to this day we have friends still talking about our day . Some of our guests were standing on chairs before the soup was even served. The day absolutely flew and unfortunately it was over before we knew it . The wedding planner in the hotel said she never saw a wedding as lively as ours . Scruffy was so professional through the whole day . If someone didn't want to get involved he left them alone but anyone that engaged with him had the best of crack for the day . We would have no hesitation recommending scruffy and he is well worth his fee.

Martin (Scruffy Duffy) was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He is amazing. The entertainment he provided at our wedding really made our day. It set such a good atmosphere that continued throughout the night. His ability to get a crowd going is really impressive and so many of our guests complemented us on the entertainment and that was all down to Scruffy Duffy. He is definitely the best in the business! We would highly recommend him!!

Bloody amazing it was 3 years ago but none of us will ever forget it, we were living in england at the time but married in the Clayton hotel and scruffy made a small wedding feel like there were a hundred people there he got everyone up and entertained us all night amazing hilarious thank you so much especially from the little ring bearers Rhys and kian x
