I would highly recommend Sean Jeffrey's as a wedding photographer. The way he interacts with the couple and all guests is amazing and very natural . Sean works so smoothly that he blends in with the wedding guests and isn't intrusive on the day . He is also great fun and very good with all ages to get them to all smile naturally. Having seen lots of his work I couldn't recommend anyone better his pictures are times less.

Sean was the photographer at my brothers wedding, he was absolutely fantastic to work with all day long and his work is completely stunning. What can I say. So accommodating I was getting ready an hour away from the church. Travelling was not an issue. Sèan had done the photography for my brother in law and sister in laws wedding so when it was our turn we didn't think twice or look anywhere else. He has absolutely fantastic ideas the photos are better than ever imagined. Sèan is brilliant to be around, he's fun, easy going and just fantastic at his job. There's no standing in one spot for 10mins doing different poses it's stand for two seconds and he got the shot. Wherever you want photos he'll go, he'll know exactly where to capture the best photo. Completely professional. I've run out of words. Don't think twice just book!

We would highly recommend Sean for any of your wedding photography needs.
Sean captured our wedding in December and the photos were amazing. Even though it was one of the shortest times of the year and the weather would be uncertain we knew from meeting Sean he would handle everything and we wouldn't have to do a thing.
Customer service wise he went above and beyond. He went out of his way to meet us in Galway twice before our wedding and we received our photos back so quickly. The quality of the photos were excellent and the edits he did were perfect, not one complaint.
Sean made sure every request we had was met even including our three massive dogs in the photos!!
A true gent and utter professional the entire time.

Sean was amazing, incredibly easy to deal with, very flexible and accommodating to our requests. He was very subtle in his approach to taking photos so got some great natural photos and he took group photos very fast so we got to enjoy our day with our guests instead of spending it in front of the camera. I really couldn’t recommend Sean enough. Friends of ours had just booked him and they’re description alone was enough to go and meet him. As soon as we sat down with Sean we knew he was the photographer for us. His relaxed, candid and fun style appealed so much to us. On the lead up to the big day he was always there when we needed him and had endless ideas to help make our pictures unique for us.
On the day itself Sean took the lead and put us all at ease. He added such a fun energy to the house while at the same time blending into the background and catching all gorgeous candid moments.
He suggested to us that we try a first look photo and they’re our favorite photos from the day. He captured such a private moment so beautifully.
The rest of the evening Sean blended into the crowd and caught all fun on the dance floor. Within a day of the wedding Sean had sent on a collection of photos and we were blown away by the results.
We can’t thank him enough for all his help in making our day so special, it wouldn’t have been the same without him.

From start to finish Sean provided an excellent service. We were delighted with the photos and how he put us at so much ease on the day. No hesitation in recommending him to any future bride and groom, thanks Sean.

Sean was the perfect photographer for us. He came 1 hour before the ceremony started and stayed until the sunset. Even if this was no normal package, he made it possible for us. As we are from Germany, the organization was mostly through E-Mail, but he responsed always as soon as possible. We met him one time at the wedding venue and we were there 45 min, but he was already there and made himself a picture of the venue. He already had some ideas during our first meeting and some more during the wedding day. Unfortunatly it was rainy (what Else in Ireland) but he was prepared with some umbrellas for our guests. Also as my dress was dirty, he found a solution. Besides he did everything to get beautiful pictures, like going into the river. Not only we, but also our guests were really happy with him. He motivated our guests, but stayed in the background at the same time. The first pictures we got 2 days later and we can highly recommend him.

Sean war der perfekte Fotograf für uns. Er kam 1 Stunde vor der Zeremonie und blieb bis Sonnenuntergang. Auch wenn dies kein normales Paket war, hat er es für uns möglich gemacht. Da wir aus Deutschland sind, fand die Organisation meistens per Mail statt, aber man konnte sich darauf verlassen, dass er so schnell wie möglich alle Fragen beantwortet. Wir haben ihn einmal vor unserer Hochzeit an der Location getroffen und waren 45 min eher da, aber er war trotzdem vor uns da und hat sich einen eigenen Überblick verschafft. Er hatte bereits einige Ideen für Fotos und viele mehr während des Hochzeitstages. Leider hat es geregnet (in Irland zu erwarten), aber er hatte sogar Regenschirme für die Gäste mit. Als mein Kleid dreckig wurde, hatte er sofort eine Lösung.
Weiterhin hat er alles dafür getan, dass wir perfekte Fotos bekommen, zum Beispiel ist er in den Fluss gegangen. Nicht nur wir, auch unsere Gäste waren begeistert. Er hat es geschafft unsere Gäste zu motivieren und gleichzeitig im Hintergrund zu bleiben. Die ersten Bilder haben wir 2 Tage nach der Hochzeit erhalten und wir können nichts anderes machen, als ihn zu empfehlen.

I recently had the pleasure of having Sean as our wedding photographer. From the moment we meet sean he couldnt help us enough. He also done our engagement photos which were just lovely!I can't thank him enough for every picture he took of our wedding day. I love them all. Sean where do i start, you were hired to capture our wedding day but yet what stood out the most was the most wonderful personality you have. Sean was more than just a guy taking pictures the day of wedding, he went way and above his roll from fixing all our flowers, tying ties, even helped putting the veil into the hair all while capturing the whole morning.

We couldn't recommend Sean highly enough!! We absolutely love our wedding photos (they're now up all over our house)! Sean has such a great eye and used our wedding location and the autumn colours to create some really stunning photos. He came to both houses before the wedding and took lots of pictures, but the real bonus was his genuine friendliness, and ability to make everyone feel at ease, organizing everyone and generally keeping everyone relaxed. Sean was our photographer for our wedding on the 9th of June 2018 in Kildare. From our first meeting we got on great with him and felt comfortable. He stayed in contact with us in the run up to the wedding and travelling from Cork to Kildare to meet with us twice before the big day was no problem to him.
He arrived in the morning in top form and great fun was had. He snapped away and you would barely know he was there he worked with such ease! He was also our time keeper for the day and this was a life saver because it does go so fast. He had a snippet to us two days after the wedding which we really loved.

I couldn’t let any more time pass without sending you a few words from Dave & I.

Where do I begin...
From our first meeting in the Imperial Hotel Cork in Jan 2017 I knew you were the photographer we were looking for!

Dave, a person allergic to photos, needed someone non intrusive and me, I wanted someone non traditional style! You ticked every box and you delivered in every way on our wedding day! Dave said to me the following day I would recommend him to anyone as you were present but absent all at the same time! Your relaxed, cool personality along with your permanent smile and dickie bow put an extra big smile on everyone’s face! In short, you put everyone at ease upon meeting you! My mother said you felt apart of the family immediately moving from room to room like you had been here before!!

Everything I asked of you, you delivered and gave so much more! On Monday the 21st only 3days after our wedding, true to your word, you send through so many photos capturing our day from beginning to end! I was expecting 10 or so photos but we were so taken aback with the mini run through of our day! The expression on people’s faces that you have captured, mine after our first kiss, Daves during the speeches along with many more are the images that I will cherish so dearly!

From the first day we met Sean about doing the photography for our wedding he was an absolute dream to work with. He listened to all of our requests and took note of how we would like the day to run in relation to the photographs.

On the morning of the wedding he arrived full of energy and good humour. He floated seamlessly between the bride and groom’s house and captured the best natural shots imaginable. He never made any of us feel uncomfortable and if anything he put everybody at ease and added to the occasion with his fantastic, pleasant personality.

He ensured that we got all of the shots we wanted but he still got us to the hotel reception in good time so that we could meet our guests.

Sean is fantastic! My husband and I eloped from Australia, so before getting to Ireland hadn’t met Sean and only communicated by email. Sean was always fast to respond and extremely helpful, offering advice and going above and beyond to help us pick some fantastic locations. Sean met us at our hotel the night before our wedding and we clicked straight away. He made us feel completely comfortable with his friendly demeanour and professionalism. We didn’t have any guests at our wedding, just my husband and I. Sean and Shelia made our unique wedding day extra special. When I got engaged there were a few big ticket items that in my head were non negotiable for the wedding – they had to be AMAZING. One was the music, both in the church and at the reception, another was my dress and finally the obvious – the photographer! We looked around at a few different photographers because all I knew was that I didn’t want too many ‘posey’ photos but at the same time I knew very little about photography! When we found Sean my first impression was he knew what he was talking about and made everything so easy for us. He was very open to what we wanted. I had lots of questions for Sean in the lead up to the wedding and every time he went above and beyond to accommodate me. It was also comforting that he knew the areas that we wanted photos in. He took the time so suss out the church before our final meeting prior to the wedding so no stone was left unturned.

Come the day of the wedding, as expected there were 101 things to concentrate on. I could however, rest easy when it came to Sean. He arrived ahead of schedule and after the initial meet and greet, he faded into the background beautifully! He helped us in far more ways than just the photography - in his own words this wasn't his first wedding! He took no notice of any commotion and was one step ahead of me. There were a few lovely moments that morning in my home house that I looked around to ask Sean to capture, but every single time, he was already snapping away. This gave me a real feeling of reassurance that I could leave my hair down and my memories of a lifetime safely in his hands for the entire day. He was also wonderfully inclusive of my little boy (aged 10) who was with us girls the morning of the wedding. There was just the right amount of jobs to be done and help to be given.

When it came time to leaving the church and the walking down the aisle – Sean took not just me but the entire bridal party under his wing. Like a conductor he had us all giggling with excitement but all in the best spots for light, angles and all the other stuff that became apparent when we received the photos back. It was a sure sign of his experience and professionalism.

Now it was lovely to have Sean be so personable and friendly on the day but the main reason we wanted him was obviously for the photos. We wanted to capture moments to share with family and friends and for them to be handed down to the next generation. We got a little taster just after our meal. This was the best! We were all in our little newly married love bubble looking at photos that we had never seen before with all of our friends and family too. It was really special. Sean had asked us for photos in advance of our childhood and our relationship from beginning to wedding and he had these all displayed beautifully in a little video montage with the photos from the day itself. I would highly recommend this to any couple.

Just a few days after the wedding we were given a taster of the photos to come which was great to have and then obviously came the main photos. This was our only problem with Sean. The quality and quantity of photos made it near impossible to pick out our favourites! We have looked at them countless times and have shown so many people. There is such variety in them and moments that have far exceeded our expectations. I cannot recommend Sean highly enough. There are not many things that you will keep from your wedding day for generations so I am forever grateful to Sean for the work he did for myself and my husband!

Sean was great on our day, he was so relaxed which made me relaxed which was very much appreciated when we were getting ready to leave for the church, he was no way intrusive, unfortunately it was raining very heavily after the church so our photos had to be taken inside but sean was great, getting some beautiful shots and was able organise everyone, so many of our guests commented on how great he was and how they really liked how he stayed in the background,we are very happy we chose sean for our big day

After looking through several photographers we chose Sean for our wedding. We really couldn't have picked a better person for us. Sean is a wonderful photographer. His attention to detail and knowledge showed in the photos we got back. He was friendly and laid back from our first meeting with him and gathered all the information beforehand of what we wanted etc so on the wedding day, we were very comfortable around him and the photos didnt delay the flow of our wedding day itself. He mixed with the guests, was fantastic with our daughter and really created a relaxed atmosphere and still coming up trumps with our photos.

Sean was brilliant, we couldn't have asked any more of him. Obviously there were the staged shots with the bridal party and family and friends but from the start of the day Sean made us feel totally relaxed and you barely would have noticed that he and his wife were there. He made us laugh and got everything that we wanted and more from our photos. He made our day all the more special with his attitude and how he treated us and our friends/family. It's a true testament to how good he is that people were caught on camera during our ceremony and never even knew that the camera had been pointing in their direction. We can't recommend Sean enough to anyone out there who plan on getting married, our only disappointment is that we can't do it all over again and have the experience of dealing with such an excellent professional.

We booked Sean Jefferies for our wedding last December. From our very first meeting he was really professional but also put us completely at ease, which we thought was much more important. He was really meticulous in his preparation for our big day, and met us a few more times beforehand so he had such a thorough view on what we wanted out of the day. He has already also scouted the location and had so many ideas for us we had not even thought of.

The day itself was perfect. Sean Jefferies and his wife were so lovely, and made the whole experience really relaxing. They made it so easy for us, making us laugh and getting such beautiful but also natural photos. They were also so unobtrusive on the day, which made for such fun photos, but also kept our stress levels at an absolute minimum.

Sean was fantastic, he was always available to contact and meet with us anytime we wanted. We never felt we could not pick up the phone to ask something or send a text, Sean was always more than happy to answer any questions we had. On the day, he really made us feel at ease. Our photos were in the blarney castle grounds, there was no time where we felt rushed, instead we had a casual stroll though the grounds and Sean never put us under pressure. He is a true professional and has a unique ability click with people. Our wedding was always going to be a little less formal than normal as this represented our relationship, Sean fitted perfectly to this, he was fun to be with and delivered a great package and fantastic value for money. We would highly recommend Sean to anyone looking for a photographer.

From the moment we met Sean we knew he would be so professional as he was so friendly and listened to everything we said and absolutely nothing was a problem. He went through his own ideas with us too and showed so much interest in our upcoming big day. He was in contact with us regularly and we had absolutely no stress worrying about photographs, photograph locations, timing etc., he had us completely at ease.
On the day both Sean & Sheila were so relaxing and so helpful from the minute they walked in the door. The smiles on both their faces said a thousand words. Without intruding they captured every special moment and without a doubt the natural photos were amazing. They were the biggest surprise as they took photographs that we never even realised they were taking , all pure genius. From the house photos to the church photos to the location shots every thing was planned to a tee all without any fuss and every single shot was something special.
When on honeymoon, only 4 days after our wedding, Sean emailed us on a selection of our photographs and we appreciated it so so much, it was so thoughtful and both of us and our families enjoyed looking at them and all the surprise and intimate moments they had captured. The uniqueness was truely amazing.
Sean went beyond being just a photographer He was so helpful so calming and I honestly believe he the most talented photographer as our photographs were truely magical. I would recommend Sean to any bridal couple, ye will not be disappointed, He will be a massive part of your wedding party that ye will look back on for many years to come because he captures every single treasured moment .. amazing. We booked Sean for our Wedding Day without hesitation. We heard fantastic reviews and have followed him on Social Media so new the quality and unique photographs he is very much capable of doing.
We met with Sean a few weeks prior to our wedding day and explained what kind of photos we were looking to get done, "casual and relaxed atmosphere photos" is what we were looking for and nothing to him was ever a problem in what we were asking. He had his own ideas which he shared with us. We asked for a photo with our page boy and flower girl holding a picture frame with us in the background, he quickly said leave the frame with me I will get one for the day which we taught was very generous as he knew we had loads to do so taking such duties off us was a great relief.
On the day I met with Sean to see only the biggest smile on his face and that smile lasted till we parted ways late in the night. He was great amount our guests and children and at times never knew he was amongst taking casual photos. We received a selection of photos only 3 days after our wedding (which mean he worked on them on a Sunday!!) and a few week later we got every single photo from him and were absolutely blown away with the quality and style he captured.
We cannot thank Sean enough for helping us capture our special day in the way that he did. He have recommended him to lots of our friends and family and since then he has done some amazing events with them.

We are absolutely delighted that we chose Sean to photograph our wedding. We live in Australia so our initial dealings with Sean were all via email. We found it very easy to communicate with him from overseas. He was always prompt in responding to our queries and made it easy for us to make the deposit payment electronically. We didn't meet Sean until the week of our wedding when we travelled home from Australia to get married. Sean instantly put us at ease and we were sure that we had made the right choice. We went through the logistics of the day which helped us feel more relaxed about it all. Sean was also keen to hear any particular requests/ideas that we had to ensure that we got the best from our photographs. He also suggested a few things which we wouldn't have thought about like coming up with a Plan B in case of a rainy day. On the day of the wedding Sean was a pleasure to work with. He is so friendly and good natured and was attentive without being intrusive. Thanks to his great ideas and enthusiasm we got some amazing pictures despite the bad weather. Sean was absolutely fantastic to deal with from start to finish. He made us feel so relaxed and he is so easy to work with. We got gorgeous photos that we are thrilled with. i never seen a photographer at a wedding take as many photos and work on as late as Sean did. He blended into the crowd so well that he took fantastic natural photos when people were not even aware. The result was us having so many more photos to pick from than just the formal ones. Our story begins with Sean Jeffries when I entered & won a competition on weddings on line in April 2015. From my first phone conversation to our first meeting with him, his professionalism was clearly evident. He travelled from North Cork to West Cork to meet us again a few weeks before the wedding, nothing was too much trouble for Sean. On the morning of the wedding, he felt like part of the family in the house, he was never in anyone's way & was s very useful extra pair of hands when it came to flowers, jewellery etc ! He took some fab shots of us in the house & some lovely shots of the groom at the church before the ceremony. Everyone asked who he was, as he just fitted in so well & was so patient when other guests wanted to take photos. The photos themselves are just fab, we are struggling to pick the ones for the album as they are all gorgeous. Sean is a true gentleman, a complete professional & a brilliant photographer. We were delighted to have him be part of our wedding day & we feel he contributed to us having the perfect day. I would highly recommend Sean as a wedding photographer. We were so happy with his service & we were even happier with his finished product. We were clear from the start that we wanted natural photos without a photographer being in the way & annoying our guests! Sean listened to us & delivered. He was amazing on the day. From helping out in the morning with ribbons for the car, he was very patient when guests wanted to take photos, and most importantly, he was not in the way once. We found Sean through an internet search, sent through an enquiry form to which he responded in a very friendly and prompt manner, which his service was consistently after that.
We met to discuss what he had to offer and what we were looking for, which was a relaxed approach to wedding photography. After this meeting we decided to book Sean for our wedding 13th Mar 2015.
His price was absolutely unbeatable. The service he promised was outstanding and he most certainly kept his word. We met twice before the wedding and on the day of the wedding he was a great addition to the party. He was flat out snapping all day without being intrusive and demanding, I have been at weddings where the photographer seems to completely take over a couples day and that was the last thing we wanted.
In the interest of balance I will say that I was disappointed that I don't have pictures of some groupings of people but I do think that had I made specific requests to Sean that he would have ensured to arrange these and that the failing there was more on our part.

I found sean to be extremely professional and friendly the day of my daughters wedding.At the house,church and wedding venue he kept my daughter and the bridal party very calm with his relaxed attitude.That night he put on a video on a big screen of the bride and groom with pictures of them from early childhood to the present including all their family members.It was a fabulous tribute.All in all it was a great day and a lot of that is down to Sean.

Sean was the photographer for our wedding in March 2014. He was exactly what we were looking for - somebody that would take loads of photos of us to have to remember the day by but without intruding on our enjoyment of the day itself. Guests particularly noted that he was relaxed and did not impose on people for photos but took a lot shots which weren't posed,which we loved. Something that I particularly want to note is that Sean was in my (the bride!) house the morning of the wedding and we hardly knew he was there. Yet he managed to get some lovely shots of us all getting ready, without intruding on the moment. We couldn't recommend Sean highly enough!

Being from the US, it was very hard to plan a destination wedding in Ireland. Finding Sean Jefferies was a blessing to us in so many ways. Not only did he agree to capture our perfect day, but he also went above and beyond his duties as a photographer and helped us get in touch with the Registrar's Office so we could complete all needed paperwork and actually begin to plan our wedding (something we had been trying to do for weeks before we talked to him). Sean made planning our wedding completely stress-free. He discussed his amazing ideas with us, but most importantly, he listened to what our vision was and what we wanted. He also planned our amazing engagement photo session in Mallow. We eloped so we had previously decided we weren't going to do engagement photos. We are so glad that he changed our minds. After our engagement session, he went over all last minute details to ensure that we were all on the same page. His attention to detail and his professionalism were outstanding. Our wedding day would NOT have been the same without Sean and his wife Sheila! The photographs are even more spectacular than we ever could have imagined. They captured everything. It was the best 11 hours of our lives, and we relive that day every time we look at our beautiful album or watch our wedding day video. We have beach pics, garden pics, bridge pics, cobblestone street pics... We could go on and on. The only other thing we can say is they were so much fun! We gained two amazing friends by meeting Sean and Sheila, and we plan to visit them when we go back to Ireland.

From the initial meeting right to the final meeting Sean was a true professional and extremely flexiable. He really listened to what we wanted and delivered on these. On the day of the wedding he made having the photos taken fun and was very easy going.
The worst thing about it all was we had a hard time picking which photos to put into our album because all the photos he took we fab. Sean helped us with this and we were so pleased with our album. It's something will we cherish for the rest of our lives. I can't recommend Sean highly enough.

Sean photographed our wedding in 2012, and he did an absolutely fantastic job. He made a great effort to get to know us and because of this, he took photos that were very personal to us and they really reflected our day and the way we did it.
