My (now) husband and I had the absolute pleasure of having Steve conduct our humanist wedding ceremony in December.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better celebrant on our special day. From the very first meeting, Steve was warm, calm, incredibly professional, and genuinely invested in getting to know us as a couple. He really took the time to listen to our story, our values, and what mattered most to us, and somehow managed to turn all of that into a ceremony that felt deeply personal, meaningful, and completely us - and gave all of our guests a lot of laughs along the way!

So many of our guests commented afterwards on how beautiful, relaxed, and authentic the ceremony felt!!

We did not have a clue where to begin in what we wanted in a ceremony with regards to readings, music, rituals etc, but Steve guided us through that with a few drafts of the ceremony, no change or ask, or personalisation of certain parts was too much, and it really just felt like 'us'!!

If you’re considering a humanist ceremony and want someone who truly cares, who will honour your relationship, and who will create a ceremony your guests will still be talking about long after, we could not recommend Steve highly enough. We are so grateful he was part of our wedding — it genuinely wouldn’t have been the same without him.

We couldn’t have asked for a better celebrant than Steve. From the very start, he was incredibly professional and clear in his communication, taking the time to guide us through the whole process and really understand how we wanted our ceremony to run.

Steve was more than happy for us to try a few different drafts of the service and made every edit we requested without hesitation. As we are based in London, he also took the time to arrange a video call to walk through the ceremony in detail and answer any questions, which made us feel completely at ease.

On the day itself, Steve arrived early and did a fantastic job of settling my groom nerves. He struck the perfect balance of warmth and humour, and the ceremony ran incredibly smoothly.

From the moment we met Steve, we knew that he was the right person to marry us. The time and effort he went to for making the ceremony all about us and our story special was incredible. There wasn't one person who didn't come up to us to tell us how our ceremony was the best wedding ceremony they had ever been to and without being biased we couldn't agree more. Cannot recommend Steve enough! He married us last week and our friends and family are still talking about how great he was. We met Steve via zoom a few times before our wedding so he really got to know us and our story and you could tell that in the way he delivered the ceremony. Steve solemnised our marriage last week. The ceremony was more than we could ever have hoped for. Intimate, personal, with injections of humour and the overarching tone of sincerity that we wanted for our marriage.

Steve is so professional and personable. He met us three times (via zoom as we Iive abroad) to get to know us initially, then to finalise details of the ceremony. Steve was so responsive whenever we emailed him with queries.

We had wedding guests from all over the world, lots of whom said that it was the most beautiful ceremony they had ever attended. We couldn't recommend Steve highly enough as a celebrant.

Steve was an amazing officiant for our wedding. He was very helpful in joining us online for several zoom meetings (as we planned our wedding from Canada) to get to know our personalities as well as our values that we wished to be portrayed in our ceremony. We are a an older couple who were getting married. From beginning to end I found Steve to be a consumate professional at his job. His communications skills with us was excellent speaing to us on the level we were at. We had a few zoom meetings which were very helpful.
