A big hello and welcome to my profile. Sit yourselves down and let’s have the craic. So, you’re getting married. Well, I’m over the moon for you both. Please let me tell you a little about myself.
My name is Teresa, I am based in Newry, County Down and I am a registered Solemniser and Celebrant. As a solemniser I am able to conduct both the legal and ceremonial parts of your wedding all over Ireland - North, South, East and West, on any day of your choosing. The furthest I have travelled to officiate a ceremony is California. To be honest, I would go to the moon as I love what I do with a passion.
As we get to know each other I will help you to create a personal and heartfelt ceremony which reflects your love and life as a couple. It can be however you wish it to be. I am able to personalise your ceremony as much as you want, taking into consideration any traditions and beliefs you might have and how those can be entwined in your celebration of marriage… It's so important that we feel at ease with each other and make that spirit-on-spirit connection. Everything will just flow then.
My aim is to conduct your ceremony in a personal and meaningful way and for it to be an experience you will cherish forever.
It truly is an honour when a couple choose me as their celebrant.

✨ Teresa was our celebrant in September 2025 and honestly, there aren’t enough words (or compliments!) to capture how much we adored having her as part of our special day. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond for us.
Nothing was ever too much trouble — she always made time for a chat, happily answered every question, and even met with us in person, which felt so personal and meaningful. Teresa’s warmth, kindness, and professionalism are second to none. She guided us through every step of the ceremony planning, so we always felt supported and never once worried about how things would run on the day. We were given thoughtful drafts with every little tweak we asked for, and she crafted a ceremony that captured “us” perfectly — our silliness, our fun-loving nature, and the essence of our relationship.
Teresa didn’t just listen, she really got to know us. She added her own beautiful touches and thoughtful suggestions, each one making the ceremony feel even more special and unique to us. Our families adored her too — they couldn’t stop raving about how wonderful she was. Even when the bride was (a little!) fashionably late, Teresa kept everything calm and light-hearted, reassuring the groom and taking the time to connect with our families in such a genuine way.

Teresa was a pleasure to deal with from day one, she was always responsive even when on holidays and worked with us to give ideas for our ceremony.
All of our guests have said how much they loved our ceremony, for some it was their first celebrant led one so this was extremely positive to hear. She managed to sum up an 11 year old love story so beautifully and kept it humorous and relaxed throughout which is exactly what we wanted.
Hearing Teresa conduct our ceremony, you would be led to believe she had known us our whole lives and not just a few months with how she spoke about us, she gave it such a personal touch.
Teresa worked with us to pick our vows, the readings and when they should be in the ceremony, going against the 'norm' way of doing it which we loved.
I can't wait to receive our wedding video to listen to it back because it was so meaningful, beautiful and personal.

We found it really hard to get a celebrant that got what we wanted out of our ceremony until we met Teresa! From our very first zoom call and even after our wedding Teresa went above and beyond.
We really wanted everyone at our wedding to see us becoming a family unit (legally) and see how much we grew and developed with each other. Teresa understood that from our very first meeting. Reading the drafts of our ceremony in the run up to our wedding we could feel the love and how special our ceremony was to be.
Everyone after our wedding commented on how wonderful Teresa was involving our 3 children and my very religious aunt said it was the most beautiful ceremony she was ever at.
I cannot tell you how easy Teresa made our whole ceremony, taking away my worries and stress.

I could not fault Teresa from start to finish. On our first zoom call we knew straight away that she was the person we wanted for our special day, she was so friendly.
At our face to face meeting she listened to every detail taking notes of what we liked and didn't like. She made our day so personal and all about our love for each other. I couldn't have asked for anything more!!!

Where do I start! Oh my goodness, Teresa is one of the most nicest people we have ever met. Such a gem! From the initial meet up to planning our beautiful wedding ceremony. Everything was so perfect, she was so helpful and knew exactly what we wanted, and made our ceremony so personal and beautiful. She helped us with all the legal forms and always reached out throughout the process to see did we need anything. Teresa is the best and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Highly recommend xx

Not sure where to start, from the very first moment Teresa made our day special, Teresa added a personal touch and listened to everything that myself and my wife wanted to include in our special day! She was truly brilliant, from fact finding, to the final day in delivering our ceremony. I don’t even know where to start! From the day I contacted Theresa regarding a special favour, I knew if I were ever to get married I’d choose her to do the most important job of the day. There’s just something so warm and loving that comes from this amazing lady. We knew when we booked our date that Theresa was our first point of contact!! Not only did she keep me right the whole way through but always only an email or message away! Theresa gave us the most beautiful ceremony that a month later everyone still comments on….so personal, professional and good few laughs inserted along the way! It was just so us!! Theresa took the time to meet us and zoom call to get to know us so she could put together the most beautiful love story in our ceremony! It was just perfect! I can’t recommend Theresa enough both myself and my new husband think the world of her and are just so grateful for all she done for us the whole way through the planning and order of our day! We could not have been picked a better person to marry us than Teresa, from the first day we met her to the day she married us she was one of the most heart warming people we'd ever met. I felt she really wanted to get to know us to make our wedding day so personable. She really got to know us and our story of how we met and how we wanted our day to look.

From the moment we met with Theresa we knew that we wanted her to marry us. She was so lovely, down to earth and the most genuine person ever. We said exactly what we wanted our ceremony to be, intimate and about us and our family and that’s exactly what it was. A few weeks before the wedding Theresa emailed us over a run down of our ceremony which was amazing because we knew exactly how it was going to run, and it was just what we wanted. She was so professional, kind and made our guests feel so relaxed when telling our ‘love story’ which was such a magical touch because it was just about us and our kids. I had no idea what to expect with a celebrant service however I didn’t need to with Theresa guiding the way. From the first point of contact to after the service Theresa was just amazing, her professionalism mixed with her ability to get to know exactly what we wanted and put that into words/service is truly a gift. Theresa is warm, compassionate, passionate about her role and wants to make the day perfect. Leading up to the day you have all these nerves and forget what you should be doing/saying, Theresa was there always reassuring with a call or an email, we could not recommend her enough.

Teresa did much and amazing job with our ceremony. She took the time, met us in person, spoke on the phone to get an idea of who we were. She asked questions to find out our story and weaved it into a beautiful tale. She suggested rituals too, of which we did 2. One with our sons, we have one each, we performed a beautiful sand ceremony that meant we are now inseparable as a family. We also did a wine box ceremony, with our drink of choice. Where we placed letters inside to be opened on our 5th wedding anniversary.
We are so very grateful for Teresa's patience while we weaved our story. Her genuine happiness for us on our day. She was truly amazing. What a great soul.

Teresa was the celebrant for our wedding and honestly, if we could do it all again we would 100% pick Teresa. From the minute I first spoke to Teresa I knew she would be perfect, she was friendly, down to earth, professional and helped guide us with our ceremony. Teresa told our love story during our ceremony and kept everyone engaged throughout. It really felt more like a friendship with Teresa which made me feel really content and comfortable. Teresa was a absolute God send as our wedding Celebrant. We had spoken with a couple of others before getting in touch with Teresa but felt something was missing. From our very first conversation with Teresa we knew instantly that she was who we needed. She just has a lovely aura about her, someone special. We met for coffee dates and chats we had some craic! She allowed us to personalise our cermony to reflect who we are whilst guiding us with such loving support. Nothing was ever a bother, she would always say "it's your day, your way" and listened to everything we wanted. Our ceremony was so beautiful with raw emotion, all of our guests complimented Teresa and the ceremony saying how personal and beautiful it was. I can't thank Teresa enough and will forever look back with great fondness. She is simply an angel and I would recommend her to everyone

We knew instantly that Teresa was the right celebrant for us. She genuinely cares and wants your day to be absolutely perfect! Despite us being based in Australia Teresa made the entire process easy and stress free. On the day Teresa had everyone laughing one minute and in tears the next. It was everything we imagined and more.

I honestly could not recommend Teresa highly enough! She was incredible from start to finish! Her attention to detail is next to nothing and she made our ceremony so personal and beautiful! Words cannot describe the thoughtfulness and hard work Teresa put into our wedding ceremony. She listen to what we wanted while giving us so many options to help mould our ceremony into what we dreamed of. Her passion and pure joy in creating our special day was so evident and visible with every encounter and communication with Teresa.

We couldn't have wished for a better celebrant to marry us on our special day. On her business cards she has a quote saying "you bring the love, and I will bring the magic", and boy did she bring that. From the first moment we spoke to her we knew she was the one. She was so easy to talk to, kind and funny, and had an answer for all our questions. My husband wouldn't have been that into the details of the wedding but after he spoke to Teresa he was very excited about it all. We hadn't paid much attention to the ceremony before we spoke but she asked us questions to prompt out of us what we both wanted and then the proposal really was a mix of what was important to both of us. In the lead up to the wedding, the process was seamless.
Now, onto the wedding day. Wow! We were both very nervous being the centre of attention but as soon as I walked down the aisle and we sat down we honestly felt very at ease and I can truly say we both enjoyed every moment of it. It was magical, it was emotional, full of love and humour which is everything we wanted and more. Our guests went through a rollercoaster of emotions and they hung on her and our every word. It was intimate and the timing was perfect. Everyone was raving about it and we will never forget it. She really is the best at her job and she is so very into it, she really loves love. Thank you Teresa from the bottom of our hearts!

We got married on 5/4/24 at the Stormont hotel and Teresa was our celebrant! Honestly we couldn't have asked for a better person to marry us on our special day. On the run up to the wedding Teresa was amazing, arranging meetings whenever we needed them and responding to any questions we had. I was quite nervous on the run up and Teresa reassured me along the way and made me feel at ease.

Teresa was our wedding celebrant on 6th October 2023 at the Ulster Museum and she made our ceremony absolutely perfect and unique. She took on board everything we asked to be included and made a script that really showed how much she had understood our personalities and our relationship.
Teresa was able to create a warm, friendly and upbeat atmosphere amongst all our guests. We particularly enjoyed including the Celtic hand fasting and the ring warming rituals as well.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Teresa for our wedding ceremony on October 5, 2023, at the beautiful Drengh Estate in Northern Ireland. It's difficult to express just how grateful we are for her exceptional services.
Teresa's thoughtful and kind nature immediately put us at ease during the planning process. She was incredibly organized, ensuring that every detail of our ceremony was just as we envisioned. Her attention to detail and her dedication to creating an intimate ceremony were truly remarkable.
On the big day, Teresa's warm and welcoming presence filled the air. As we exchanged our vows, we could feel the love and sincerity she brought to every word she spoke. Our guests were not only moved but were moved to tears. It was a testament to her ability to connect with people and create an emotional and heartfelt atmosphere.

What can i say about teresa ?? from the minute i found her i knew she was the right person to marry me and mick?teresa kept in contact with us right up until our wedding day we went through a breavement 2 weeks before our wedding and teresa was still there being the caring considerate person that she is! Our ceremony was just the most beautiful thing and people are still talking about it now everything flowed so nAturally and our love story was told perfectly! I would highly recommend teresa to anyone its as if we were touched by an angel ?? thank you

Teresa was an absolute Angel during the run up and day of our wedding ! From our meet-ups to wedding day itself, she ensured our love story was told in the most beautiful way possible.

Teresa was Celebrant for our Wedding on 29th July and she was nothing short of incredible. She made us feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process leading up to the wedding and then throughout the ceremony too. She gave us so much control over how the ceremony would go in order to make it really personal to us and was so supportive of how we wanted it to go.
We had so much fun and our ceremony was absolutely perfect.

Teresa was celebrant for our wedding in July and we couldn't be more thankful to her! She made the day just how we wanted with no complaints! Everything was perfect for myself and my husband. Everyone at the ceremony commented on how lovely the service was. Teresa took our story from beginning to end and described us both to a tee!

Teresa was our wedding celebrant on our wedding day in June 2023. My husband and I are so very thankful we choose Teresa as our celebrant. From our very first meeting with Teresa, we felt comfortable, at ease and like we were in the company of a friend. We had 3 zoom meetings with Teresa and 2 in person meetings in the run up to our day. Teresa couldn't have been more committed and invested in ensuring our ceremony was exactly as we wanted.
Teresa provided us with sample ceremonies and ideas to guide us in developing our very own unique personal ceremony. Our Labrador dog and 10 month old son also joined in the ceremony and Teresa couldn't have been any more cool, calm and collective with this. Teresa spoke so elegantly and from the heart. The delivery of our love story was fabulous. Both my husband and I agree our favourite part of the day was our ceremony. So many commented on how fabulous Teresa's delivery was.

Teresa Boyle was our celebrant on our wedding at Barberstown Castle in May 2023. We are very thankful to have her as our celebrant. We had 3 zoom meetings with Teresa. Theresa was the loveliest woman I have ever met I contacted Teresa few months before the big day as it was last minute and the minute I met her she put me and my husband at ease and I knew I made the right decision , Teresa told me to contact her day or night if I needed her which I never did I knew she would get what we wanted down to a tee , every single guest commented on how personal the ceremony was, she was like part of the family, I would highly recommend Teresa x

My fairy godmother, my aunt Teresa Boyle who made it all possible: Solemniser- Celebrant, Teresa called with us just over a year ago to explain everything we needed to do. She guided us through the whole process from start to finish., her personal touches were amazing. Our hearts are filled with so much love for Teresa, her heart & soul went into our intimate ceremony. We love this lady a lot, people couldn't stop talking about how personal she made our ceremony and involving everyone there ??. You are truly an inspiration, incredible lady and her love for her job is amazing.

Teresa is the most kind and beautiful soul, we were so lucky she could do our wedding. She took all the stress away and made sure every detail was seen too. The ceremony was magical and so special with her wise words and symbolism through out. We wanted a non religious wedding but with lots of meaning and what we ended up with because of Teresa we will cherish forever. She included our friends and family and it felt like they were just as much a part of our ceremony as we were x The whole experience had a touch of magic to it because of Teresa.
